If the roof is sloping, the slopes are sheathed first. To do this, drywall sheets are screwed to the frame with self-tapping screws, which are screwed in at a distance of about 25 cm from each other.
To securely fasten the sheathing material, each self-tapping screw must enter the plate by at least 1 cm.
- After all surfaces are sheathed, the gaps between the sheets of drywall are puttied.
At the joints between the plates, you can additionally apply a reinforcing mesh, and the joints with other materials are processed with acrylic putty
