Children's house with their own hands. Photos and ideas

Once upon a time, we used to build constructions of chairs, pillows and blankets for games. So why not help the younger generation today and build a real children's house with your own hands? You can use any available materials - wood, PVC or aluminum pipes, plywood, wooden pallets or thick cardboard.

Play house in the apartment

Even in a small room, it is quite possible to install small frame, upholstered, in the form of a tent or wigwam. If square meters allow you to build a full-fledged wooden or plywood house in the nursery in the form of a fabulous hut, carriage, trailer, rocket or ship.

House-wigwam

As you know, a wigwam is a special design, consisting of several long poles connected at the top and covered with dense fabric. Such a structure can be easily disassembled and put away for storage, moved from room to room, taken out into the fresh air, into the yard, or packed in the trunk of a car and transported to a garden plot.

And making such a playhouse for a wigwam is not difficult at all.

You can use as a framework:

  • carefully polished and coated with varnish or linseed oil wooden slats 120 cm long and 2-4 cm thick; for installation in the fresh air, you can also use strong tree branches, but only if (!), if even the smallest twigs are cut down from them
  • plumbing PVC pipes
  • lightweight aluminum pipes, for example, left over from old curtains

For tight-fitting a tent house, it is better to choose thick linen or cotton, which is good for air permeability. Under such an awning, children will feel comfortable and breathe easily even on hot days.

The simplest wigwam structure- three poles, firmly connected in the upper part at a distance of 10-20 cm from the apex. To make the mount strong, it is still better to connect them with bolts, drilling holes in the upper part of the frame. The design can be slightly complicated by making a rigid base for it from wooden slats or pipes, which will be installed on the floor. From the side of the entrance to the wigwam, the crossbar does not need to be done - the children will constantly stumble about it.

In principle, you can build a full-fledged tent in the form of a quadrangle or a tent, but you will have to tinker with the frame mountings a little longer. We will talk about this below.

Several small pillows made of colored fabric, a mattress or a soft fluffy carpet will decorate the children's wigwam and make it more comfortable.

PVC pipe tent or tent

Plastic water pipes craftsmen has long been used not only by direct appointment... After all, they make them quite durable and comfortable. garden chairs, tables and even greenhouses.

Fairy house made of cardboard

There are ready-made cardboard buildings on sale - you just have to decorate them at your discretion. But it will be better if you make and paint the house with the children from start to finish.

Its design can be either the simplest one with a door and a window, or a complex design one. You can attach a tower, a porch to it, make a dwelling for children from several rooms with furniture, etc. The costs of making such a structure are almost insignificant. But the joy in children from this is unlikely to be less.

To make a house out of cardboard, we need:

  • several large boxes made of thick cardboard(boxes from under the refrigerator, TV, etc. are suitable)
  • construction knife: it will be more convenient for them to cut parts
  • stapler and tape for fastening individual parts

It is better not to cut through the doors and windows to the end - let them be opening-closing. Although they can be hung on tape. Window and doorways are best done in the form of an arch or any thematic figure. The gable roof is also attached with tape. The joints must be glued with them on both sides.

For furniture, use a double layer of cardboard - this will make it stronger. If the dwelling turned out to be spacious enough, you can make from cardboard not only tables, chairs and armchairs, but also washing machine, a kitchen stove with painted burners, a TV, a refrigerator, a crib for a doll, etc. Attach a bright doghouse to the house, in which your favorite toy puppy will settle. Build a cardboard fence next to the house and "plant" a few carrots, flowers or an apple tree cut out of cardboard from colored paper.

Decorate the windows of such a makeshift house with chintz curtains and lay a rug. Outside, the dwelling can be pasted over with a cloth, the remnants of wallpaper or colored napkins, painted with paints, decorated with applique, bright balloons, flags and garlands. Let your child participate in the finishing process by handing him a brush and paints.

Plywood construction

It will take no more than a couple of days to make such a house:

  1. There are a lot of drawings for making a children's house on the net. You can use any of them. We will describe only the assembly principle itself.
  2. The floors in the house are warm, and the house can do without them. But it is still better to make a small elevation using wooden logs with plywood screwed to it. It will be more convenient to attach the frame to such a base, and the structure itself will turn out to be more stable.
  3. We mount the frame from the racks-bars attached to the floor. It is better not to use nails - they can loosen. Fastening with screws will be much more reliable and durable.
  4. Horizontal jumpers are screwed across the racks.
  5. A bar is attached between them, which forms the ridge of the roof.
  6. For gable roof you will need to make a pediment - wooden slats knocked down in the shape of a triangle.
  7. It remains to sheathe the walls and roof with plywood, paint it with paint or paste over with wallpaper.
  8. The roof can also be made single-pitched, sewn up with plywood upper part buildings at a slight slope.
  9. The door is made from wooden planks or only a frame is made for it, and the door leaf itself is cut out of plywood. They hang it using ordinary metal hinges, which can be purchased at a furniture store.
  10. You can paint or paste over the house with a cloth, wallpaper or bright applique from the inside.
  11. Curvilinear figures from plywood at home are cut out with a jigsaw. If you know how and love to work with wood, make furniture for your child that he can put in his new house.
  12. Plywood can even be bent by soaking it in the bathroom. Thick sheets should sit in water for a couple of hours. For thin plywood, a 10-15 minute soak is sufficient. The softened part is laid on the surface and fixed with self-tapping screws so that during drying it takes on the desired shape.
  13. Plywood is painted with ordinary oil or enamel paint. Do not forget to prime the surface beforehand. In this case, the paint will lay down more evenly, and it will go away much less.

Children's house in the yard

For children living in an apartment, the dacha may seem like a boring place. To make the habituation process as fast and invisible as possible, take care of creating a playground and a cozy house with your favorite toys. Such a structure will be an excellent decoration for a garden or a local area.

There are many options for making fabulous dwellings in the courtyard. A children's house for a summer residence can be built from:

  • wood
  • plywood
  • Fiberboard or chipboard
  • polycarbonate
  • vinyl siding
  • pallets (pallet)
  • waterproof fabric stretched over a frame made of PVC or wooden slats
  • tree branches, etc.

There are a lot of ideas for children's houses. The design can be based not only on images from the network, but also on pictures from children's books. Attach a slide and a swing to the house. It is better to place the pool at a distance, otherwise water will constantly get into the children's home. You should not use drywall for the construction of the roof and walls - even moisture resistant, it will quickly swell in the rain.

For a children's playground, you must choose a well-visible place without drafts. It is not worth starting construction in the lowlands, where rainwater constantly accumulates.

House made of colored translucent polycarbonate

It is attached to a metal frame, PVC pipes or wooden blocks:

  1. For such a light structure, a foundation is not needed. It is enough to dig four supports to a depth of 50-60 cm to ensure stability. Otherwise, during a strong wind, it will turn over.
  2. To protect against moisture, pour a small layer of rubble on the bottom of the holes prepared for the supports. The lower part of the metal pillars must be treated with anti-corrosion impregnation, and then wrapped with roofing material. The bottom of the wooden posts is covered with bitumen.
  3. The sizes for the children's house are arbitrary. It is more convenient if they match the dimensions of the polycarbonate sheets.
  4. The floors will need to be lifted with wooden beams and floor slats - prolonged exposure of children in the shade on damp ground is unacceptable.
  5. So that the tree does not quickly fall into disrepair, it is better to install the structure on bricks or concrete blocks... They are dug into the ground at the corners of the base on the bayonet of the shovel.
  6. To obtain a durable structure, you will need polycarbonate with a thickness of 8 mm or more.
  7. They cut its sheets with a construction knife.
  8. The protective film is removed after the completion of construction. Otherwise, scratches may appear on the plastic.
  9. Any arched structure can be made of polycarbonate - it bends easily, but only in length.
  10. The strength of this plastic is ensured by the special structure of the sheets. They are made in the form of honeycombs (stiffeners). However, this also has its drawbacks - when improper fastening water may collect inside. To prevent polycarbonate from darkening with moisture and losing its attractiveness, cut the sheets so that the stiffeners are vertical. The ends of the sheets are closed with a special end profile to prevent moisture ingress.
  11. To avoid exposure of the material to ultraviolet radiation, the sheets are attached with a protective layer outward. It always has inscriptions and pictograms.
  12. If one sheet is not enough to close the wall, dig an additional support into the ground so that the joints of the sheets fall on its center.
  13. In case of temperature drops, the material is able to change dimensions, so you should not place the sheets back to back. It is necessary to leave a small technological gap. When installing, use thermal washers to help compensate for expansion.
  14. When drilling holes for fasteners, make them a couple of millimeters larger than the diameter of the screws. Do not twist them tightly, otherwise the plastic will crack during thermal expansion.
  15. For the manufacture of a gable roof, you will need a ridge element made of the same plastic. You can buy it at a hardware store. You can also protect the ridge from moisture with a metal strip bent at the right angle.
  • The children's house made of wood does not require a foundation. To protect the wood from moisture, you can install it on a brick base. You can also use low wooden or metal piles... It will be possible to attach a slide to the porch of a house installed on such supports and raised above the ground.
  • The floor must be strong enough and of good quality. Use is better floorboard or plywood. They are attached to lag bars. The side facing the ground is impregnated with an antiseptic.
  • As a frame in the corners and at the location of windows and doors, it is mounted thick bar 50x50 mm thick. To impart rigidity to the structure at the top and bottom, horizontal beams are attached.
  • The corners are reinforced with spacer bars - bevels, racks - with metal corners.
  • It is better to make a gable roof so that the child is not tempted to climb in there. First, pediments are prepared from the bars - the end sides that have the shape of a triangle. Between them are horizontally running bars, on which the lining is stuffed or plywood is attached.
  • To avoid splinters, the tree must be cleaned and sanded.
  • To ensure ventilation, sufficient lighting and the convenience of observing children, several windows are made in it. They are located 50-60 cm from the floor.
  • The height of the door should be at least 20-30 cm higher than the height of the child.
  • You can equip swings, slides, and a sports corner next to the house. For a girl, you can equip a small flower bed with flowers, which she can take care of herself.
  • Great if you are organizing the grand opening of the lodge with tea, holiday posters and music.

    Covering light structures with heavy slate is unacceptable. Indeed, in the event of a collapse, the child may suffer. Use lighter polycarbonate, wood or plywood covered with soft tiles for the roof of the children's house.

    Building a children's house with your own hands is simple and fun. Having already ponored in construction and repair, you can put this building in the right place in a day; "Off the hook" - over the weekend. Construction costs will be at least three times less than buying a finished one, and the benefit from it will be great: the desire of the younger generation to build "halabudas" is biologically inherent in us since the times when the ability to build a temporary shelter from scrap materials was a matter of survival, like the ability to hunt or distinguish edible fruits-roots from inedible ones.

    We are not primitive for a long time, but our children still need a playhouse - it is one of the means that contribute to the formation of personality, the acquisition of skills and abilities, and physical development. Play house will take little fidgets with full awareness of their importance: having their own territory and living space, they will not fiddle with adults that are irrelevant, just to remind them of themselves. And dad, mom, guests can calmly go about their adult affairs or just sit at the table, without fear of stratification of generations and hidden friction in the family.

    What to build?

    The house for children is being built, firstly, taking into account the peculiarities of child psychology. As deep as, for example. at, in this case, it is not necessary to delve into them, but it is necessary to reckon with something. Secondly, the nature and duration of use matter, namely: in an apartment a house or on the street, personal for your children, perhaps with their friends, or common in the yard, it is designed for one generation until it grows up, or for a long use. Third, the gender of the child: it is common knowledge that girls and boys behave differently from infancy.

    The construction of a toy estate for posterity is unlikely to cause difficulties for parents-"dummies": the small size of the structure will help here. They affect not only the saving of materials. We will return to this later, but for now let us state: the main task in this case is to decide what exactly to build. From offers of "orphanages" for sale eyes run up, but the general impression - as if it was in the XVII-XVIII centuries, when children were sewn the same caftans and pantaloons as adults, only smaller. This applies not only to the appearance, but also to the technologies used, on which the price of the product directly depends.

    Children today wear adult-cut clothing under appropriate circumstances, but they are not intended for play! A house for a child needs to be made on the basis of what will be played in it. Yes, children's games are preparation for adulthood, but not learning from instructions. A child is not a robot that needs to be "stitched", he is a full-fledged member of human society and can organically enter it himself, showing his abilities and achieving success thanks to them. One of critical features the child's psyche is a combination of pure pragmatism with unrestrained imagination. With this in mind, children's playhouses can be viewed in a specific order, see fig.

    Like adults

    House on can be conditionally called "master's". It is built from wood as the most environmentally friendly, affordable and easily processed material. Durability, without thorough impregnation and protection against blocking, will be at least 7 years in the middle zone of the Russian Federation, which is enough for a house for its children - they will grow up during this time.

    The "master's" house is a universal structure: the inhabitants themselves have the opportunity to equip it according to their taste, needs and abilities, unobtrusively learning at the same time to invent and make with their own hands. Imagine, for example, a mast with a sail on the roof - it will not be difficult for a child's imagination to draw the rest to the "Black Pearl" or "Walrus" by Captain Flint. We remove the yard, we hook the flag on the pole - here is the castle, and in-oh-n that snag is a fire-breathing dragon, from which you need to save your sister or girlfriend-princess. Those who remember how they were a child will think of a lot more.

    The "master's" house is, in general, an imitation of an adult house of a simplified design; its typical layout and dimensions are shown in fig. on the right, but how to build one, let's see further. An indispensable feature is the enlarged window openings. It's not just that it's more convenient to play this way. Human vision is formed in childhood; in order not to spoil it from a young age, you need to follow medical guidelines for the amount and nature of illumination. And with a decrease in the size of the windows, their area, transmitting the luminous flux, falls along the square of the size of the window frame. To withstand light fluctuations in acceptable limits, especially when moving from the street to the house and back, the area of the windows relative to that of the walls in the orphanage should be larger.

    - "master's" modification in the form of a gazebo for children of sanguine / choleric extroverts. They are often with the inclinations of a leader, for full development they need to keep their surroundings in mind. For children, however, a few (not to autism, of course) closed and deep in themselves are more suitable "house on chicken legs", ... Let us remember that children are pragmatists to the core. The aspiration of thoughts to the heights of the highest for them is associated with a real distance from the earthly firmament. But don't forget about lighting! See the skylights? Such children do not like large windows, but they need light. And on the roof - nothing, there is a sky, clouds. There is where to direct the visual and mental gaze. Dreamer children usually lack physical exercise; in this case, this problem will be solved by itself in the form of a ladder, and the slide will also remind you of simple everyday joys.

    The outdoor sandbox house is for the little ones. There is a shelf - they themselves will understand that it is more convenient to put toys there, and not to throw them anywhere. And it is more convenient for adults to collect them from there, and not pick them out of the sand. However, sandboxes are a different story.

    Little ladies

    For girls, a stall house is more suitable: a gazebo with higher sides, , or "master's" with a veranda-counter and a window facing it, ... You can't help it, girls like to play bargaining. Whoever they grow up, they manage the economy, and purchasing is a rather delicate and responsible business. Therefore, a girl's house, in the yard or in an apartment, , must be equipped with shelves for goods, scales, etc. For on-the-job lessons, shelves are fine too.

    For girls, the importance of the style and decor of the house is greater than for boys. Homebody-mothers helpers are more suitable for the "gingerbread" style, ... Constructors for assembling gingerbread houses are on sale, but it is not necessary to assemble them from purchased plastic parts: a typical master's house easily turns into a gingerbread house using scraps of plywood, boards, a jigsaw and paint. He needs a simple, but constant care, so little troublemakers need it.

    Artistic natures with the manners of a future pop diva or socialite are more suitable for something not so solid (artistry is inextricably linked with the desire for a change of scenery), but more lighthearted and more glamorous; perhaps to some extent tinsel, ... Just do not design such a house right away: for artistic natures, be healthy with imagination, but individuality is pronounced, and self-discipline is often lame. Give a foundation, a push, and then let her work for her own pleasure and improve herself in the process of work. For more on this, see below when we get to the cardboard houses.

    A special case is the tomboy girls who are on friendly terms with the boys. On "you", then they are on "you", but they understand that they are not boys after all. Therefore, their requests are higher and more original. A house for a tomboy girl is a special case; like eg. build a playhouse for a girl like Pippi Longstocking, see

    Video: house a la Pippi Long Stocking, Fazenda program

    To be really cool

    It's easier with the boys: if it is not possible to build a master's structure, they will be completely satisfied with a shelter with a ladder and a climbing frame under the porch or in a corner, ... The limit of the desires of any boy is a tree house, ... If there is a suitable one in mind, incl. and according to safety requirements, a tree, then how to build a house on it, see the video:

    Video: tree house, Dachny Answer program

    But on a personal plot or dacha this is rarely found, especially since it is necessary to beat nails into it; fruit tree from this can die. In this case, you can make a children's tree house without damaging it, as shown in fig. left. Instead of a roof, you can hang an awning tent, as described below, or make it a hut.

    A complete replacement for a tree house, "completely cool" for children - a hut, ... For her, however, it takes quite a lot natural material and the ability to assemble it into a reliable structure. Therefore, instead of a hut, it is better to build a hut, ... We will return to the "real" huts for children, but for now, in fig. on the right - a drawing of a 2-level hut. It is strong, stable, no foundation is required for it, they just put it on the ground. There is only one drawback: more space is needed than for the "master's" house. Assembly technology:

    • make A-shaped frames in size from a bar of 150x75. The corners are fastened with M10-M16 bolts, see below right in the figure, with nuts and washers with a diameter of 40-80 mm. Figuratively speaking, all the rigidity of the triangle falls on its corners, and nails / screws in this case will not be reliable enough;
    • put the frames alternately to one side and sheathe the upper corner with 2-3 belts of boards, getting a frame blank. You can do more without bringing the cladding to the floor of the 2nd level, it will only be more accurate. The perpendicularity of the plane of the frames to the ridge girder is controlled with a square from 0.5x0.5 m;
    • also controlling the perpendicularity, sew on a 2nd level floor board on each side;
    • put the workpiece on its feet, it is already quite tough. They put something under the sagging legs, or they dig something that abuts against the ground until the ridge run rises horizontally; check by level;
    • they lay the floor (board 100x40 or 150x40), make a ladder, partition, climbing frame, etc., complete the sheathing of the slopes - done!

    And if there are two? Or a crowd?

    What to build if there are two or more children? Different sexes and different ages? The simplest option- phyto-building, , everyone will like it. But, alas, phytoarchitecture is growing slowly, and you need to think about phytodomics long before the birth of the first child, even if clematis is allowed on the base lattice.

    Prefabricated version - 2-storey house, ... it perfect house for a playground, see eg. rice. on the right, but it requires a fairly strong base. Let's see how to do it further. In fact, a full-fledged children's play complex is a separate article; just in case, in fig. below is a typical diagram of its device and dimensions.

    If the children are a boy and a girl with a small age difference, then the floors of a 2-storey house need to be equipped according to their needs, ... In this case, the house must be built of boards from 30 mm thick: a light structure designed for a neat girl will not withstand boyish loads, and a rough one made of a bar or log, see below about fairy-tale houses, is unlikely to please a refined nature. If she is alone, then she will most likely approve of Baba Yaga's hut, but in front of the opposite sex she will be outraged by the "brutality" of the building, if only out of harm.

    Maybe you have no desire and / or opportunity to practice earthworks... Let's say there is nowhere to put a house, except on a well-groomed lawn. If so, compare ... Hut? Hut. But quite modern. Made according to the "master's" technology, see below, only the facades are assembled in frames with curvilinear generators. It is more difficult to collect such rails, but the roof is simplified: in this case, the roof is a simple plank sheathing. And its configuration gives (especially in children's imagination) a virtual 2nd floor with a slide; the slope is steeper - a climbing frame, as it was there.

    And in the country?

    A children's house in the country is most often a kind of tent. There is no point in building a stationary house there, except that the dacha is elite and the territory is guarded. The simplest tent is made from a sheet, bedding and rope, ... There are also a lot of children's tent houses for sale, , but similar ones are easy to do on their own, fastening the frame made of metal-plastic pipes (they can be easily bent as you like) in several places with tape. The same method is applicable to apartment tents, to which we will return. If there is a lack of natural supports or material for them, you can put up a corner tent, see the figure on the right. The sidebar in it - different variants constructions.

    The second option is a tent-hut, it is also a folding tent. The design is clear from ... Boys like these more and still more hygienic than a hut. Although doctors are unanimous in this regard: children from whom, as they say, dust particles are blown off, are more likely to grow up frail, sickly and insecure.

    Much more romantic and suitable for both floors is a wigwam tent, pos. 22... So that it is not stuffy in it, there should be a gap at the bottom, and a hole for ventilation at the top. How to set up a tent or wigwam hut, see below. Finally, a more girly design is the tent tent. Putting it up is elementary, see fig. on the left, and the view on ... If the daughter declares that she does not feel like a Shemakhan queen in him, it means that she simply breaks down.

    Fairy tale or true story?

    A special kind of children's games are fairy-tale houses. Similar topics, What's on , you can build yourself from available materials. But, unfortunately, their gaming functionality is extremely narrow. Reread The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. How many games did they beat Huck Finn in one summer? But even a child's imagination will save you if you need to turn a pirate ship into a Robin Hood cave. Unless your position allows the butler to dispose of: "Samuil Sigismundovich, please make sure that by tomorrow morning the ship-house is replaced by a castle-house." Zombifying children in one line is unacceptable, because they will grow up. And what are the prospects for a society inhabited and governed by moral monsters?

    There are also fabulous houses with a fairly wide functionality, ex. But behind their external simplicity lies a very complex technology of creation. Their production begins with computer simulation of the structure.

    Log, timber, croaker

    Good fabulous wooden house you can do it yourself in a rustic, i.e. rustic style... But here it is just right to dodge. For example, a product on impresses both children and adults. The latter are more expensive, somewhere around a one-room apartment in a Moscow new building. And to look for the material yourself, the house is not like children, grandchildren will be late. Moreover, snags suitable for rustic creativity are highly valued, their miners earn much more than treasure hunters with metal detectors, they have a trained eye, they scoop out fancy stumps, dead wood and dead wood from the forest.

    A hut on chicken legs from a bar or log, , is already more accessible. But in order to build it, you need to be able to erect a log house, and this is a rather complicated matter. For a gingerbread chopped hut, , the difficulties are at least tripled. If there is a simple dead wood in the vicinity, you can build a gazebo hut, , however, there is not enough waste from garden pruning for it. In this case, a cheap retirement from sawing timber will help out - the croaker. It is quite laborious, but not difficult, to revile him. Then - 4 pillars, poles, some boards on the floor and steps, and it turns out something like that on ... Quite rustic, cheap and cheerful. By the way, the roof is better combined with the hut, not with a hipped roof, but with a much simpler gable.

    How to build?

    There is in technology sometimes harmful, and sometimes useful law of the square-cube. Its essence is that with an increase in the size of something while maintaining the proportions, the volume of the thing increases in a cube of linear dimensions, and the cross-sectional area, cutouts, openings, grooves, etc. - by their square, i.e. slower. In it, by the way, lies the answer to a question that often baffles young cadets-sailors and students-shipbuilders: why a wide 7-meter pleasure yacht with a heavy false-keel fin in the fresh wind goes with a strong heel, and a narrower one, with a greater relative sail area and without any additional means of giving stability 70-meter barque - almost without heel? Only in this case, the square-cube law is transformed into a law of 3-4 degrees, since and heeling, from the wind pressure on the sails, and restoring, depending on the volume of the submerged part of the hull, moments must also be multiplied by their shoulders, which have the dimension of length.

    In relation to the orphanage, the square-cube law works for the builder, making it much easier to build, using less material, but no less reliable. Take, for example, load-bearing beam half the size of the "adult" size. Its volume (and its own weight) will decrease 2 ^ 3 = 8 times, and the cross-sectional area holding the load will decrease 2 ^ 2 = 4 times. Because the beam must also support its own weight, an excess of bearing capacity appears, which can be used to simplify the structure. In addition, the lengthening of the beam also changes, i.e. the ratio of its length to the largest transverse dimension. The distribution of stresses in the part significantly depends on the elongation: their diagrams can change dramatically, although the beam looks the same, only smaller. We use these and some other circumstances to build a playhouse for children easier and cheaper.

    Base

    The orphanage does not need a foundation as such. If you want - lay at least a monolithic one with a basement, it won't get any worse. But in general, it is unnecessary, and on any kind of bearing soils, except for muddy and subsiding, but there is nothing for children to do - it is dangerous.

    The point is, firstly, in the bearing capacity of the soil. According to the square-cube law, the load from a house with a raging crowd will not exceed 0.2-0.3 kg / sq. cm, you can count. And any more or less bearing soil holds from 1 kg / sq. cm; in extreme cases - from 0.5 kg / sq. see. The stock is in any case more than sufficient.

    Secondly, in the peculiarities of the frost heaving of the soil. On an area up to about 5x5 m, it is almost uniform: no obvious bumps are formed, the entire area rises by several cm in winter, and returns to its place by spring. This will not be felt by the capital structure, and the rigidity of the orphanage is higher due to the less elongation of its parts.

    Therefore, the orphanage can, after leveling the platform, simply put it on the trims of the timber (pos. 1 fig.), Concrete blocks (pos. 2), bricks, etc. The props are still necessary so that the floor does not rot, but, as we will see below, they can be included in the structure. Another facilitating moment is that the site can not be leveled, but a suitable natural one can be selected according to measurements. Construction slopes are standardized in mm / m (up to 3 mm / m or 0.003 for residential premises). For a house up to a maximum of 3x4 m, the permissible initial slope in degrees will be correspondingly greater and, due to the increased rigidity of the structure, is safe.

    What is really needed to prevent decay is the processing of the base from the underside, i.e. from the side facing the ground, pos. 3. Best impregnation- natural, heated in a water bath, drying oil or special impregnating oils for wood. As a last resort - mineral oil or working off, but then small fry can be allowed into the house no earlier than 2 weeks after the completion of construction. Anyone who has experience with children will probably immediately prefer drying oil.

    It is best to leave the upper side of the base "bare", untreated, pos. 4. If it is suitable for painting, you need to wet it or soak it with a water-polymer emulsion or PVA, diluted 3-5 times or more. The latter is preferable for budget option: 0.5 kg of a can, loose in half a bucket of water, is enough for the whole house.

    What about the props?

    For a house on chicken legs and, especially, for a common on the street with a sports and game complex, a more impressive foundation is required, otherwise the naughty brethren can overturn it on themselves. That is, the supports of the house, wooden or steel, need to be buried in the ground from 0.5-0.7 m in the first case and from 1.2-1.5 m for a collective use complex.

    In this case, the base preparation technology is usual: the lower ends of wooden supports, for a length equal to the depth of penetration + (10-15) cm, are treated with bitumen mastic or liquid, without filler, hot asphalt (tar). Steel ones are poured with the same tar; both are wrapped with roofing material and dug in or concreted. A sand cushion of 10-15 cm is poured under the heels of the supports. The wells for the supports are drilled with a garden drill with a diameter of 20 cm, so that the supports enter them with an interval of 3-5 cm, counting from the edge or corner of the pillar.

    If the durability of the base is needed for more than 15 years and you do not want to mess with concrete, the lower ends of wooden supports for the same length must be burned over a fire until charred to a depth of about 5-7 mm, continuously turning over the fire. Such a base is especially reliable if the supports are made of tar-pine or oak logs. During the excavations of Ancient Novgorod, burnt wooden foundations of buildings were found in many and, according to the conclusion of construction specialists, a large proportion of them remain suitable for construction.

    There is a trick in firing wood on a foundation: all of a sudden the tree burst into flames, and in no case should it be extinguished with water. It is necessary to bring down the flame with a felt mat or sand, extinguish the embers in the sand, and continue firing.

    Design

    The optimal technology for the construction of a children's playhouse is a prefabricated panel board according to a single power circuit. Wireframe, according to the sample country house or, it is also possible to build, but there will be more work. Step-by-step instruction the construction of a prefabricated panel children's house is not difficult, see fig. below:

    The prefabricated panel technology is suitable for modular construction without significant changes. For example, in fig. below - drawings of a 2-level house with a separate porch. A whole brood of 3-4 chicks can play in this. The elevation of the base above the ground can be increased by bringing the height of the overground part of the supports to 1.2-1.5 m.

    When building, first collect the bases and put their feet in the pits. Then they are leveled by adding / removing bedding, the frames of the walls are placed and sheathed.

    Roof trusses are assembled according to the usual A-shaped scheme, see fig. on the right, placed on temporary jibs. Then a ridge is made from a pair of boards, at the top in the figure, the jibs are removed, and the crate is laid under the selected roofing material. The rest is as before. case.

    Country-plywood option

    Children's playhouse from plywood boards well suited for a summer residence: for the winter it can be disassembled and folded into a compact bag stored indoors. The assembly is carried out in a way that is familiar to lovers of Chinese puzzles: on grips. Such a connection is also called "deep paw", because it works in general the same way as joining the logs into a paw.

    The assembly procedure and connection method are shown in Fig. below. There are 2 tricks here. The first is the toes long walls must face down, pos. a. The second - the edge of the last roof sheet in the order of assembly should go to the edge of the penultimate one, pos. b. Then, not knowing that for disassembly it is necessary to press and move the last sheet obliquely upward, the house can at least be turned over, and nothing will be done to it. Assembly / disassembly only takes a few minutes.

    Hut

    In terms of fascination, game functionality and psychological and educational value, the hut in the garden is on the 2nd, if not 1st, place in the hierarchy of children's homes. How to make an ordinary hut-tunnel, it is clear from the fig.:

    In the absence of spruce branches, but in the presence of hay, straw, reeds, it will be easier to build a hut-chalet, see fig. on right.

    Actually, "hut-chalet" is a tautology; "Chalet" in Russian is a hut. Flexible rods or wire are laid in the flyers of the chalet frame. It is not necessary to fix the top of its frame with a thin bucket: if the support flyers with forks at the top, you can simply hook them onto each other, see fig. left.

    Bundles (sheaves) of sheathing material are hung on protruding knots in rows, starting from the bottom. To make the sheathing smoother, and it is advisable to take the strapping rods with knots; sheaves are also hung on them.

    The pinnacle of hut construction is a wigwam hut or a conical hut with a neck, it is never stuffy in it. The installation method is shown in fig. below. If the lower ends of the poles are put in a trench and covered with excavated earth, it will stand for more than one year. In the same way, you can put a gazebo for adults. Having decorated it with taste, we will see a new meaning in the well-known "In the hut rustling with silks ...".

    It is advisable to add something to the hut for children's games. Child psychologists joke that a normal child should be able to get dirty in a sterile medical box. There is no big trouble in this, see at the beginning, but from a hut with a straw bedding, small things sometimes crawl out utterly grimy. So that adults have less hassle with washing and washing, children's hut better placed on a platform. It is easy to arrange it between the trees, see fig. on right. And for the kids, he will immediately acquire the reputation of a tree house, which cannot be cooler.

    Cardboard houses

    It makes sense to make a children's house made of cardboard, firstly, for the smallest, sliders yet. Requests for registration they have nothing at all (eyes still do not see in full force), but they grow quickly and a solid house will soon outgrow. "Construction" is reduced to unnecessary cardboard box, pos. 1 in the figure:

    Secondly, for artistic natures, pos. 2. A clue so that eccentricity is reborn into purposefulness, in this case the most eye-catching and technologically complex units are window frames and doors. And then - create, invent, try, dad and mom will help. A complete fiasco - it does not matter, we will make a new one, whatever that cardboard is.

    Another option is a garden-country house, pos. 3. Think fragile? And there plywood is glued on the bottom and ceiling from the inside, it will withstand the season. If there are foam shipping liners left over from the contents, even better. Glue them onto PVA, turning the straight side inward. Only plywood or the same cardboard should also be pasted over: foam plastic after all, but how not to pick it up if it is pickable?

    House in the apartment

    A play house is also necessary for a child in an apartment. And it is all the more necessary if the family gets out of town from time to time. There is a place for a children's corner, it is advisable to build a permanent house there, from the gypsum board to wooden frame or plywood. Construction technology - usual, pos. 1-3 in Fig. There will be a place, it is advisable to make the booth larger so that a working corner can fit in it; children need solitude and peace during classes just like adults. In this case, you can equip a loft bed on the 2nd floor.

    A temporary version of an apartment children's house - a tent. Plastic pipes will go to the frame of a homemade wigwam, pos. 4, and on the tent-house - bent metal-plastic, fastened in the corners and in the middle with tape, pos. 5. These pre-assembled houses need storage space. If there is a lack of it, you can hang the tent of the Shemakhan queen, as in the garden. True, not all boys like him. To hang the tent on the cabinet, you need to put a rod from the pipe, securely fastened. In order not to interfere when not needed, they make it swivel, movable, telescopic, etc.

    Do you need papers?

    A children's playhouse, if it is not on a foundation, is not legally building structure as well as real estate... In fact it is homemade toy not for sale, the production of which is not regulated in any way. For sports equipment with all the requirements for it, you can still "pull up" the playgrounds, but as the litigants say, there is a clue - there will be an excuse. Therefore, the documentation of the yard orphanage for collective use is extremely simple, and for personal use it is not needed at all.

    If the house is intended for all the surrounding children, its project consists of the following sheets. On a sheet - for the types of facades of each module, with cross-sections and a plan, as in the figure, and for a modular one there is still a general view; possible in isometric view. That is, for a house with a porch, 3 sheets are needed, and for a simple one - 1. Another one is for a schematic plan with the location of the house on the site. These sheets show the representative house manager companies, or, if the house is collectively managed by residents, convene their general meeting and present it to it. A resolution of the manager or a resolution in the minutes of the meeting is enough for the house to gain full legal force. And the rest - if only the children liked it.

    To organize the child's leisure time, parents have to rack their brains in search of a suitable solution. In fact, the answer is quite simple: in order for a child to spend the day in active games, it is necessary to organize his personal space. A way out of this situation will be a do-it-yourself children's house. In any courtyard, you can allocate a small area for the construction of a playhouse. It remains only to pick up a scheme, materials, tools and get to work. Acquainted with detailed instructions you can in our article.

    Common types

    In order to make a children's house, you can use a variety of materials that remained after construction or repair, if there are none, buy them at a hardware store. Undoubtedly, the most popular are sawn timber:

    • bars;
    • plywood;
    • boards.

    Let's consider the common options.

    Plywood

    The construction of a playhouse made of plywood begins with design, that is, they create a drawing or a layout, which can then be used to calculate required amount material and make blanks. At this stage, the places reserved for the door and windows are marked. For the construction of the simplest summer hut, a couple of sheets of the selected material will be enough, but in general, the consumption will completely depend on the dimensions of the structure. Consider a few more important points:

    • windows are located from the floor at a height of 60 cm;
    • the doorway should be 15–20 cm higher than the child's height;
    • the size of the future house should allow the child to feel comfortable;
    • the roof is equipped with an angle of 45 °;
    • plywood sheets can be cut ordinary saw and fasten with nails;
    • all corners must be sanded sandpaper so that the child is not injured during the game;
    • when choosing paints and varnishes, it is best to give preference to safe and non-toxic types.

    Note! The location of the house should be beneficial for the parents: it should be maximally visible from the windows or from the porch of the house in order to constantly monitor the child.

    Wood planks

    If you want to equip a solid and reliable house in the country where the child can play all year round, then you should choose wooden boards. This material has clear advantage- the tree, when properly processed, practically does not undergo wear and tear. The following points are taken into account:

    • for the frame, beams with a cross section of 5 cm are chosen;
    • to strengthen the strength, the frame is upholstered with 2 cm thick planks;
    • the finished house is covered with deck varnish;
    • they approach the coloring stage from the creative side, choosing bright colors and drawing the child's favorite cartoon characters.
    Note! As with any structure in a wooden playhouse, it is necessary to provide waterproofing for the roof.

    Legged hut

    To make not a simple house, but a fancy place for playing games, it is best to stop at a fabulous hut on legs. An important stage is precisely the initial one. Having a correct and calculated drawing to the smallest detail, you can count on getting a practical and solid house. When choosing a material to create the most interesting element - legs, you can focus on:

    • wooden blocks;
    • metal pipes;
    • stones.

    A variety of combinations are suitable for decoration. In addition, you need to pay attention to the following points:

    • The height of the legs should not exceed 70 cm.
    • The base of the legs is poured with concrete for stability.
    • For convenience and comfort, there should be a low staircase or open steps.
    • The whole house is assembled from wooden boards: first, the frame is knocked off, which is then sheathed with boards.
    Note! Since the house is a place for active play, the legs should not be high. The structure must be safe and stable.

    Step-by-step construction instructions

    To make a simple children's house out of wood, you will need to set aside a little of your time, collect material with a tool and get to work.

    Materials (edit)

    Any construction must start with planning. Only a clear scheme will allow you to calculate the right amount material and make a purchase. For the described playhouse, you will need the following materials:

    1. Plank panels (180 × 240 cm) - 6 pcs.
    2. Treated timber (with a section of 10 × 10 cm, length 180 cm) - 4 pcs.
    3. Processed timber (with a section of 5 × 10 cm, length 240 cm) - 6 pcs.
    4. Treated timber (with a section of 5 × 7.5 cm, length 240 cm) - 2 pcs.
    5. Roofing material - 1 roll.
    6. Screws (30 mm) - 2 pack. to 500 g.
    7. Screws (75 mm) - 1 pack.
    8. Roofing nails.
    9. Stain - 10 l.
    10. Thin planks.

    The racks are formed from a bar with a section of 5 × 7.5 cm, a length of 240 cm. It is from them that the basis for the board panels is made.

    Note! When choosing a stain, you should choose two colors: 7 l - "light cedar" and 3 l - dark green.

    Instruments

    From construction tool you will need:

    • shovel;
    • rammer;
    • level;
    • hammer;
    • drill screwdriver;
    • Circular Saw;
    • beat;
    • brushes;
    • stationery knife.

    Note! It is necessary to make cuts with a circular saw from the inside of the panels so that the outside no chips were formed.

    Completing of the work

    Before you do beautiful house for DIY games, it is enough to familiarize yourself with the following algorithm of actions.

    Floor and walls

    1. A site for the future house is selected, leveled and compacted. If desired and available funds are available, it is recommended to dig trenches and fill in a layer of crushed stone for support beams with a section of 10 × 10 cm.
    2. The length of the support beams is equal to the distance between the two extreme posts of the plank panels, that is, 140 cm.For convenience, you can take a beam with a section of 5 × 7.5 cm and a length of 240 cm, attach it to one panel, mark the location on it. Thanks to the available markings, it is possible to install lags without much difficulty.
    3. The soil is leveled, focusing on the lowest point. First, the first support bar is installed, which will be the front, after which it comes to the rear. Check evenness and horizontalness, and then you can install two central ones.
    4. To fasten the supports together, 2 beams with a section of 5 × 10 cm and a length of 240 cm are used. They must pass between the racks of the plank panel, which will be the floor. Fix them with screws. The voids formed must be filled with soil, leaving air gap about 3 cm, which is necessary for normal air circulation.
    5. The plank panels are cut to the required size and the flattest for the floor is chosen. It must be laid so that it does not come into contact with the ground anywhere. To achieve this, you can additionally use timber trimmings. The edges must be in perfect alignment with the support bars.
    6. To correctly cut the side panels, first mark the height of the side panels, that is, 150 cm. You also need to leave a margin of 5.5 cm. Cut only from the inside.
    Note! Be sure to leave a little headroom for the back and front panels. Thanks to this, they will be able to overlap the side posts. To ensure an overlap, it is necessary to measure another 2 cm from the outer edges of the racks.

    Roof

    1. Since the roof is the most difficult structural element, you will have to focus and give all your attention. The laboriousness also lies in the need to unscrew all the racks of the rear panel, so that they can then be reattached. On the front panel, measure the distance from the center top point to the side one, which is located below. This will allow you to determine the location of the roof panel uprights.
    2. Note that the post that runs along the ridge must be positioned exactly 5 cm from the centerline. In this case, during installation, both racks will not overlap.
    3. In the role of additional racks (if any), it is best to use beams with a cross section of 5 × 7.5 cm. During installation, you should constantly check their perpendicularity to the top of the roof. If necessary, they are aligned to the bottom edge.
    4. All irregularities on the tops are successfully masked with a ridge.
    Note! It is only necessary to remove and reposition the struts one at a time to maintain rigidity and strength.

    Final stages

    1. For a doorway, a size of 60 × 120 cm will be quite enough. This size will ideally fit into the span between the pillars. However, other sizes can be selected if required.
    2. First of all, cut out the window (s), and then move on to the door. Please note that you must be careful and attentive with the door, do not cut it to the end, as the panel is not fully fixed yet and the structure will lose its rigidity.
    3. All elements are covered with wood stain and varnish. Paints and varnishes should be applied both from the inside and outside to form a protective layer.
    4. Using 75 mm screws, all elements are fixed to each other and to the support rails. When the frame is secured, the doorway can be completely cut out and the roof installed.
    5. The door and shutters are made, the porch is assembled and fixed.

    The very final touch is the interior decoration of the house, making furniture such as a table and chairs.

    Note! It is not necessary to insert glass into the window openings, you can do without them altogether. Plexiglass is also suitable, which is safe.

    Do not forget that interior arrangement also plays a big role, especially if it comes about little princesses who imitate adults while playing. No matter what material and construction has been chosen to create the play space, your little one will be delighted. It is in the house that he will be able to spend hours of active recreation with pleasure every day, developing his imagination.

    DIY guide to building a children's playhouse

    It makes no sense to build a capital foundation for such a structure. Instead, you can put a wooden beam with a section of 100x100 mm. You can connect the elements together with steel corners.

    Next, you need to install supports for the upper floor of the structure. For these purposes, you will need boards with a section of 80x30 mm. In order to connect them, you can take jumpers, on which the boards of the second floor will be laid.

    After that, mount wooden supports, which will be the basis for the stairs. You should also install wooden floors.

    Advice: in order for the overlap of the second floor to withstand a heavy load, it is necessary to install wooden boards with the edges down.

    It is better to install the supports of the house on the paving slabs.

    For safety, balusters with railings must be installed on the stairs.

    Supports from above are fastened to each other. It is recommended to use jumpers to fix the wall frame.

    Wooden panels are cut and laid flat in a horizontal position. They need to be fastened together with a bar.

    Important! To make the flooring uniform, you need to lay the panels with a margin, and then saw off the excess.

    Step 4.

    Next stage - side panels. It is necessary to make markings with the help of skipping, while leaving a margin of about 6 cm in width on each side. The height of the walls can be 1.5 m.

    Slots for windows and doors are immediately made according to preliminary markings. In this house, the size of the door is 1.2 * 0.6 m.

    Between each other, you need to knock down the parts, cover with a stain and proceed to the next step - assembly.

    Step 5. Panels inside and outside can be opened varnish... The deck is securely fixed. After that, the walls are attached to it with screws. On the side, a board with a section of 5 * 10 cm with a protrusion beyond the edge is fixed.

    Step 6. The evenness of each wall after installation in position must be checked by the level, after which the rest are attached.

    Step 7.Next, you need to install the roof and cover itroofing material... Use a wide skate to cover the gaps between the panels.

    Step 8.To make the house look more interesting, you can create a porch for it, and make shutters on the windows.

    The collection of the house will be carried out according to the principletenon groove, which will make it possible to disassemble the structure if desired, for example, for the winter.

    1. The frame is assembled as in the photo. If shutters are planned on the window opening, then hinged hinges should be purchased in advance.

    2. A blank for the hatch cover is being made.

    3. The railing for the porch is being made. For this, holes are drilled in the bars at the same distance, having a depth of half the thickness of the bar.

    4. Finished strips must be fitted into the drilled slots.

    5. After matching, the slats must be removed and temporarily fixed for ease of painting with nails.

    6. An important stage- bookmark foundation... 4 holes 1 meter deep are pulled out under massive piles. Will be needed for them metal mounts... The supports are poured with cement and left to solidify.

    Important! The deeper the piles are placed in the ground, the less likely the house is to move or collapse.

    7. Frame built of 4 main ribs and two side ribs, which will be necessary to support the roof.

That is why we decided to write an article where we will describe in detail the process of creating this small structure on the site.

    In our case, the height of the ridge of the building will be 90 centimeters, and the overall dimensions will be limited to the following indicators - 160x160x140 centimeters. To build a children's house, you will need the following tools and materials:

    • Screws with nails;
    • 4 foundation blocks;
    • Dye;
    • 4 floorboards;
    • Edged board;
    • Lining;
    • 6 beam holders;
    • Mounting corners;
    • 11 bars for flooring and 5 for roofing;
    • Carved platbands;
    • Furniture board.

    Work order

    • Assembling the frame for the floor... The first step is to carry out the foundation of the future structure, followed by strengthening with metal corners and diagonal alignment.

    • Definition with a plot... Should choose flat place... If there is none, then you will first have to level the area for the building. On the site, using the frame, it is necessary to designate four corner points, which will become the markup for placing the foundation blocks.
    • We give stability to the base... Before laying out the frame of the house, you should place four foundation blocks on the surface of the sand cushion, no more than one bayonet of the shovel in depth. After that, a waterproofing material is laid between the frame and the base.

    • Floor execution... In the next step, the frame is completely sheathed with boards, thus obtaining a flat surface.

    • Bottom side processing... After the floor is assembled, it is necessary to process the outer surface of the boards, that is, the one that will subsequently adhere to the ground. Then you can start to build walls, insert doors and windows.

    An important point! For the construction of a children's house with your own hands, you should only select jointing materials... Thus, children will not become injured and receive splinters while playing in a small building. For the same purpose, it makes sense to chamfer the corners.

    • Rafters... First of all, a preliminary marking is drawn on the working surface. Then, with the help of temporary nails, the bait is made. The next step is to fix the reinforcement, and also close up all the joints with corners. At the end, the nails are removed.
    • Fastening the rafters... To install exactly on a plumb line, 3 rafters should be placed on the frame, resting them with an inclined support. The walls of the future orphanage will be attached to the frame with metal holders.

    • Wall cladding... A self-assembled frame can be sheathed different materials, however, lining is most often used for this.

    • Roof assembly... Starting from the ridge, the roof of the house is sheathed with carved boards on both sides. On top of it, you can lay ondulin, which is quite simply cut to size with a grinder.

    • External decoration... Having finished with the construction of the orphanage, do not stop there - decorate appearance new building for the child, making the structure more elegant and beautiful. To do this, you can embellish the corners of the building with curly corners, and the doors, windows and ends with carved platbands.

    • Interior... Do not overlook and, placing inside, for example, a small bench or table.

    Thus, you will get an almost finished children's house. As you can see, doing all the work with your own hands is not difficult at all. In the end, all that remains is to paint the walls of the new building.

    Children's house on poles

    You can easily build a play house for a child on your own at a summer cottage, right in front of your home. One of the most common options is a do-it-yourself building on pillars.

    Instructions for work

    Of course, the new structure on the site will not be very heavy, and therefore there is no need to make a foundation for it. However, some foundation is still required even for a children's facility. In our case, it is best to use wooden beams 100 by 100 millimeters. You can fasten the timber together using steel corners.

    The next step is to place supports that will hold the top floor of the orphanage. For this purpose, it is worth using boards with a thickness and width of 30 and 80 millimeters, respectively. For fastening, jumpers are useful, which will simultaneously hold the boards of the 2nd floor.

    Together with this, wooden supports are installed, they will act as supporting structures for the stairs. A wooden floor is being installed.

    Expert advice! In order for the overlap of the future structure to be able to withstand a heavy load, it is recommended to place the boards with the edges down.

    It is best if the supports of the building will be placed not somewhere, but on paving slabs.

    To prevent children from getting hurt while playing, it is worth installing balusters with railings on the stairs.

    In the upper part, the supports must be fixed to each other. Jumpers should be used to secure the wall frame.

    You can sheathe the walls with ordinary boards, it is recommended to use plywood for the roof.

    For greater safety and to avoid injuries in children, before building a children's house, it is worth sanding all the timber with your own hands. In addition, it is better if you inspect all the boards in advance for chips, cracks and breaks in order to minimize the risk of splinters during the operation of the building.

    For the roof, you can use almost any modern soft.

    In addition to the main entrance, it will not be superfluous to provide in the design of the house for children and "black" and simply an emergency exit. For this purpose, you can make a small hole in the floor of the structure, where the rope will be stretched. Undoubtedly, the guys will appreciate such a solution!

    Closer to the end, finishing works are being carried out, for which various decorative elements and multi-colored coloring materials are used.

    Finally, between the pillars, under the first floor, you can create a sandbox.

    DIY master class on creating a house

    First option

    For work you will need the following materials:

    1. Corners made of wood.
    2. Edged board.
    3. Sheet piling for flooring.
    4. Nails.
    5. Metal mounting angles.
    6. A bar for a frame with a section of 45 by 45 centimeters.
    7. Biotex.
    8. "Block house".

    Before you start creating a do-it-yourself children's house, you need to draw up a drawing future design... In our case, the building will contain a single room with a doorway and a window and a small veranda.

    As you know, any construction work begins with foundations, which will simultaneously play the role of gender. The three logs are connected together with the tongue-and-groove boards by means of a tenon-groove fastening and nails.

    After that, a frame of a new building is made from a bar. Do not forget to use metal corners.

    So that in the process of fastening the "Block House" the material is not damaged and does not spoil its appearance, it is necessary to use scraps and a hammer.

    Wall cladding should be based on the location of the doorway and windows.

    The street corners are covered with wooden corners.

    For the roof are used edged boards, that on each side are fixed with nails. The flooring is recommended to be made of bituminous shingles.

    After you have completely built the children's house with your own hands, it is necessary to treat the walls, floor and roof of the building with Biotex. This composition will not only give the surfaces the desired color, but will further protect the structure of the building from the negative effects of rain and sun.

    Like last time, shelves, a table and benches are made inside the room.

    Thus, with our own hands, without the help of specialists and additional costs, we will get a beautiful and reliable children's house, which your children will certainly appreciate.

    Second option

    In the second case, the following components and materials will be required to build a house:

    1. Thin boards.
    2. Roofing material.
    3. Six wooden planks 2.4 x 1.8 meters.
    4. A set of screws.
    5. Bars of various sections.
    6. Stain.

    It is recommended to lay the foundation using crushed stone, if possible. Alternatively, you can simply level the ground under the new structure. Further, bars with a cross-sectional area of 10 by 10 centimeters must be cut into equal parts, after which they should be placed with a step between the racks of 1.4-1.5 meters.

    The support bars should be placed under the posts in the soil, so we will exclude the process of floor decay in the future. We place bars 5 by 10 cm in cross section between the posts and panels, which will subsequently become the floor. The fixing of the beams is achieved by means of screws. The existing voids between the lags should be covered with earth.

    The next step is to cut the wooden panels into equal parts, and then lay them out in a strictly horizontal position. Fastening is achieved by means of a bar.

    In order for the flooring to end up as even as possible, the panels should be laid with a small margin, and then saw off the excess parts.

    Next comes the work on creating the side panels. In this case, the markings should initially be performed, leaving at least a 6-centimeter margin in width on each side. As for the height of the wall for the orphanage, 1.5-meter panels can be made as an example.

    In the process of assembling walls with your own hands, one should not forget about door and window openings, which are also created based on pre-made markings. In our case, the dimensions of the door will be 0.6 by 1.2 meters.

    Internal and external panels are varnished. After the flooring is well fixed, the walls are attached to it with screws. A board with a section size of 10 by 5 centimeters is placed with a slight protrusion beyond the edge on the side.

    Once new wall will be placed on site, its installation must be checked using a level. Only after making sure that the location is correct can you move on to the next wall!

    The next step is to build a roof, which at the end is covered with a layer of roofing material. To cover the gaps that may accidentally form between the panels, a wide ridge should be used.

    For greater beauty, you can create shutters on the windows or assemble a small porch in front of the house with your own hands.

    At this, the children's building will be ready.

    Above ground building with stairs and slide

    An interesting option can be a children's house built on suburban area on a hill. In this case, the following materials and products may be required:

    1. Dye.
    2. Ladder.
    3. Chipboard plates.
    4. Sand with cement for the base.
    5. Slide.
    6. Bars made of wood for piles.
    7. Screws and nails.

    This version of the structure will be erected mainly due to the thorn-groove connection, which will allow, if necessary, to disassemble the building, for example, for the winter.

    The frame of the house is assembled in the same way as shown in the photo below.

    If you are going to make shutters on a window opening, then you should buy hinges in the store in advance.

    The railing is going under the porch. For this purpose, small holes are made in the bars with a certain step, with a depth of no more than half of the bar.

    The slats should be measured along with the drilled slots. After making sure that the slats fit well, they should be removed for a while and secured with nails for more convenience in painting.

    Most important point during the construction of any structure, the foundation is laid. The orphanage is no exception! In our case, it is necessary to dig 4 holes under the piles of the building, the depth of which will be approximately one meter. Further, the supports are poured with a cement mixture, after which it remains to wait for final drying.

    It is important to emphasize that the deeper the piles are placed in the soil, the more reliable the finished structure of the house will be, reducing to nothing the risk of collapse and mobility of the child's building.
