  9. Place a few sticks of celery and carrots in the center of the tortilla and wrap the minced meat around them so that you get an oblong cutlet with a filling protruding from both sides. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining minced meat.
  10. Place patties in a greased skillet and fry on all sides until golden brown.
  11. After 10-15 minutes, when the meat is baked, pour the soy-honey sauce into the pan, reduce the heat and simmer the dish for another 10-12 minutes.
