Endogenous respiration. The essence of endogenous respiration

Proper breathing is the path to health

First of all, I want to draw your attention to the paramount importance of the issues for health and longevity raised on this page, despite the seeming simplicity of the topic.
Everyone knows that a person can live a month without food, without water he will last several days, and without air he will not live even 5 minutes. These facts indicate the importance of having the organs that provide our breathing in order. And this, first of all, is the respiratory and circulatory organs.
The page where you are now is dedicated to their correct use and additional stimulation.

But let's look at everything in order. First of all, it is necessary to find out under what conditions the respiratory organs were formed evolutionarily and how these conditions differ from modern ones. Science gives us some answers. From the very beginning of the development of living organisms, the content of gases in the atmosphere was completely different. Determining their exact number in such distant times as several billion years ago is a certain difficulty. But scientists speak with great confidence about the quantitative composition of the primary atmosphere at the beginning of the emergence of life and at a later period. Oxygen, at that time, was bound, most of all in the form of metal oxides, carbon and water. I will not go into too much detail about this, you can find out on the pages of popular science publications and sites on similar topics. V Wikipedia, for example.

Studying these materials, one might think that man, like all animals, evolved in an environment with a high oxygen content and a low carbon dioxide content in the atmosphere. But, taking into account the evolution of the cell, and their development in an environment with low oxygen and high carbon dioxide, and even life in an aqueous solution, the development of multicellular organisms took place without changing the local environments of the existence of the cells of these organisms. We can make sure of this ourselves: the cells of any animal are in the body in an aqueous solution of salts, blood plasma also consists in its basis of an aqueous solution, the same is lymph. All of these media make up a very large percentage by weight of the body's body weight. Recall that the human body is 60-70% water. And what is interesting, the ratio of dissolved salts is approximately corresponding to the indicators of the content of those in the water of the primary seas and oceans. So does this mean that the need for the composition of gases entering the body must correspond to their initial values.

Science has confirmed this conjecture. Research and experience in the prevention of various diseases have proven the beneficial effects of the weak hypoxia and hypercapnia on the course of intracellular processes and a sharp increase in immunity, of course, subject to a gradual change in the ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide and the absence of pathologies.

Now it's time to tell in what way and what exactly we can achieve if we artificially create conditions for hypoxia and hypercapnia for our cells.

There are several methods of breathing exercises. We list and characterize some:

  1. Pranayama yoga- control over prana ("vital energy") through special breathing practices;
  2. Respiratory gymnastics by A.N. Strelnikova;
Gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova- the only one in the world in which a short and sharp breath through the nose is done on movements that compress the chest. Exercises actively involve all parts of the body (arms, legs, head, thigh girdle, abdominal girdle, shoulder girdle, etc.) and cause a general physiological reaction of the whole body, an increased need for oxygen. Since all exercises are performed simultaneously with a short and sharp inhalation through the nose (with absolutely passive exhalation), this enhances internal tissue respiration and increases the absorption of oxygen by tissues, and also irritates that vast area of receptors on the nasal mucosa, which provides a reflex connection of the nasal cavity almost with all organs. That is why this breathing exercise has such an unusually wide range of effects, it cures a lot of various diseases of organs and systems.
  3. Respiratory gymnastics according to K.P. Buteyko
The object that allows a person to breathe shallowly is the diaphragm. KP Buteyko formulated the essence of his method as reducing the depth of breathing by relaxing the diaphragm. Correct breathing according to Buteyko is not visible or audible, only through the nose. The inhalation is so small that neither the chest nor the stomach sway. Breathing is very shallow, the air goes down to about the collarbones, and carbon dioxide "stands" below. You seem to be sniffing an unknown to you, possibly a poisonous substance. In this case, inhalation lasts 2-3 seconds, exhalation for 3-4 seconds, and then a pause for 3-4 seconds, the volume of inhaled air, the less the better.
  4. Breathing simulator Frolova
A modern effective device for breathing exercises, which combines the achievements of well-known specialists ("Buteyko Method", "Strelnikova's breathing exercises") and the achievements of modern science.
  5. Breathing simulator "Samozdrav"
Complex "Samozdrav" designed to improve blood circulation throughout the body and primarily the brain and heart. That is why this device is used to treat seemingly completely different diseases: hypertension, asthma, insomnia, osteochondrosis, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, migraine, constipation and many others. In connection with the improvement in the supply of blood and oxygen to the diseased organ, its work is normalized, the root cause of the disease is eliminated.

The most polluted human organ is the brain (polluted with unnecessary information), followed by the lungs, which are a key filter in the body. 70% of the waste is removed through the lungs (this is in the molecular ratio of the composition). For an average person, the lungs do not work by 50 percent, since there are large dead volumes that are not ventilated and are filled with mucus, tar and other unnecessary, harmful and dangerous substances (especially in people who smoke).

The first task facing a person who wants to effectively cleanse his body is any respiratory stimulation.
Breathing exercises increase lung space and perform dynamic lung clearance, refresh lung tissue, improve lung tissue elasticity and finally release negative substances.

All this makes it possible to facilitate the oxidation of fats in the body, eliminate excess hormonal stress, improve and stimulate cardiac activity, improve the balance between the heart and lungs in the process of providing tissues with oxygen, due to the respiratory movements of the diaphragm, we massage the internal organs and the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), leading to acceleration of motility, acceleration of excretion of food debris and improves blood supply to the gastrointestinal tract and all endocrine glands.

Breathing is one of the key mechanisms that allows you to cleanse the body in the fastest way - on the one hand, and on the other hand, it delivers the much needed oxygen for rapid oxidation and removal from the body of all that is in excess.

What molecular basis can lie in the effect of respiration?
The main component of respiration is mitochondria. The mitochondrion has a respiratory chain. That is, from oxygen and water, ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is formed. Naturally, this formation occurs provided there is a sufficient amount of ADP (adenosine diphosphate).

The basic concept associated with mitochondria is that it is the main energy factory in the cell. Recently, evidence has begun to accumulate that the mitochondria is not only the main energy factory, but also a tool with which the cell can either accept or reject an external signal (for example, insulin signal). That is, the mitochondrion is not only an energy element, but also a regulator.

For example, everyone knows that insulin is a hormone responsible for storing and consuming energy during feeding and during fasting. It is more correct to say during periods of food intake and lack of food intake. At that time, it was known that there was such a phenomenon as insulin resistance. That is, insulin cannot induce adequate actions in the cell in certain situations. Standard clinical situations are obesity, diabetes, and now it turned out that Alzheimer's disease is also an insulin-resistant condition in which there is a dysfunction of the signaling of the insulin receptor in the brain. Further, Parkinson's disease and many other diseases that include insulin resistance.

Despite the fact that insulin resistance has been studied for a long time, its mechanism of action was not known. That is, such a situation happens - the receptors are normal, there is more than enough insulin, but the insulin does not work. It turned out that the mitochondria is involved in the very process of activation of the insulin receptor. When insulin enters the insulin receptor at this moment, a certain enzyme, all the processes associated with glucose and mitochondria. It turned out that when insulin hits the receptor, it sends a signal to the mitochondria and hydrogen peroxide is released. This hydrogen peroxide is needed to activate the insulin receptor, which starts working. Thus, when mitochondrial function is suppressed or hydrogen peroxide is removed from the interaction, the effect of insulin is not fulfilled.

There is a consequence: any inhibitor of mitochondrial respiration will inhibit the insulin receptor.
Free fatty acids are known to be a respiratory uncoupler. There are works that say that fatty acids reduce the potential of mitochondria, inhibit the process of hydrogen peroxide.
There are two phases in breathing, the first is when there is a lot of oxygen, the second is when there is little oxygen. Normally, we do not have large breath holdings and mitochondria produce ATP. If we hold our breath, and then quicken our breathing, the following processes will occur: At the moment of holding our breath, the partial pressure of oxygen in the system drops and at the same time there is a sharp increase in the concentration of succinic acid in the tissues. If you hold your breath for one minute, the concentration of succinic acid increases 10 times. With a further increase in the respiratory rate, succinic acid is the best substrate for the formation of hydrogen peroxide. It instantly energizes the mitochondria, which responds with the release of hydrogen peroxide.

In addition to the insulin system, in which mitochondria play a large role, there are others.
When holding the breath, the mitochondria releases hydrogen peroxide by a mechanism associated with succinic acid, this hydrogen peroxide activates the factor HIF-1 (Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1, Induced in Hypoxia Factor-1). It launches expression more than 60 genes. One third of genes are responsible for glucose utilization (anaerobic). The second third is responsible for erythropoiesis, and the rest for neovascularization... That is, the system simply adapts to a low oxygen content - it prepares the body for subsequent existence in anaerobic conditions.

The third system that responds (reacts) to holding the breath is AMP kinase, which is the energy heart of the cell. When this is activated, the process of formation of new mitochondria starts. The process is regulated by two energy substrates ATP and AMP (adenosine monophosphate). If the cell receives enough energy, the ATP level is high and the AMP level is low, the third system is regressed.
In a situation where ATP falls and AMP (its concentration) increases, i.e. energy falls, the process of formation of mitochondria starts.

Thus, with deep breath holding, in conditions of reaching critical AMP values, we can start mitochondrial biogenesis. This process is very important for people engaged in types of physical activity and strength training, increasing the physical capabilities of the body, both in terms of developing endurance and developing strength qualities.

Why can obesity be cured by breathing practices?
In body tissues, which include neurons, liver, heart, etc., insulin receptors and mitochondria form an activation system of these two elements.
And for adipose tissue, it was found that the system does not play any role. Thus, we have a system in which the insulin element is the same, the concentration of insulin is the same, and the second element is different. That is, if we inhibit mitochondria, then in tissues in which the process of activation of insulin receptors is associated with mitochondria - this process will be inhibited .
This means that there will be a situation in which tissues (liver, heart, etc.) will be insulin-resistant, but adipose tissue will not, and the glucose flow will be directed to insulin-sensitive tissue or adipose tissue.

The standard way to reduce obesity is to restore mitochondrial function. Carbon dioxide plays an important role in breathing training. The fact is that hemoglobin carries oxygen to tissues and carries away carbon dioxide. And the system is designed in such a way that hemoglobin gives off oxygen where there is more carbon dioxide. That is, the breathing system can, among other things, adjust the system so that carbon dioxide does not disappear, and prevent excessive emission of carbon dioxide.
In all breathing practices, there is no measurable parameter other than the patient's well-being and faith. those. they are not scientific.

Thus, carrying out breathing exercises according to the methods proposed on our website, creating conditions for hypoxia (lack of oxygen) and (or) hypercapnia (excess of carbon dioxide), activate a natural mechanism that allows you to use stored fats as an energy material (provided that there is no introduction into the body of light carbohydrates - such as sugar, for example). Believe it or not, regular breathing exercises (at least 30 minutes a day) will allow you to lose excess fat for several months and get a slim and beautiful appearance without exhausting aerobic training (no fitness, cardio equipment or running outdoors). The effect of breathing practices to normalize body weight and improve health, increase the status of the immune system can be improved and accelerated by combining them with training in the gym with weights and on special simulators.

I was always convinced that breathing less often is very useful. The first thoughts on this topic came to mind in childhood, when I paid attention to the respiratory processes of animals / mammals. For example, cats and dogs breathe very often (this is generally visible with the naked eye), while they live 15-20 years at best. And if we take a turtle, for example, we will notice an absolutely opposite picture! And yet they can live for hundreds of years! Something like this)

Vladimir Pavlovich Yakovlev and his wife Tamara Fedorovna began to master a new breath in May 1997. And in November, Vladimir Pavlovich wrote a letter (see the last review). In May 1998, the couple summed up their one-year experiment. V.P. Yakovlev's letter with his consent is fully and unchanged below.

A year ago we were regular clients of the polyclinic, and the most serious illness for us was hypertension. The blood pressure reached 210/110 mm. rt. Art., so I had to regularly take medications. There was no normal life from constant headaches, dizziness, tachycardia, pain in the heart, insomnia, etc. Now our blood pressure has dropped, the upper one by 30-60 mm. rt. Art. and lower by 20-30 mm. rt. Art. And all the indicated ailments disappeared. The need to take appropriate medications has disappeared. And yet it must be borne in mind that the body, which has worked for many years at increased blood pressure, must now adapt to a new, close to normal, blood pressure. This adaptation process is lengthy and painless. With a decrease in blood pressure, weakness and malaise sometimes appear, which after a while disappear without taking medication. This must be borne in mind and not be afraid of such ailments - they are not dangerous and eventually completely stop.

Concerning sleep at night. Insomnia accompanied us for many years, we had to take sleeping pills, various tranquilizers. Now we have a sound sleep. At the same time, the required sleep time was reduced to 5–6 hours, and I simply do not want to sleep anymore. And in the daytime - no nap, high efficiency, despite our advanced age (71 and 75 years).

What makes us especially happy is the significant reduction in food requirements for ED. We gradually switched from 3-4 meals a day to 2 meals a day. Breakfast at 11-12 o'clock, lunch (aka dinner) at 17-18 o'clock. Between breakfast and lunch, sometimes an apple or a carrot. No more meals. From the point of view of modern advanced dietetics, this is the ideal meal option. It should also be borne in mind that we have practically stopped taking meat food and only occasionally use boiled fish. Fats - unrefined sunflower oil, lard (raw), occasionally sour cream and even less often butter. We do not comply with the separate power supply requirements. During 1998, as an experiment, we carried out two prolonged fasting for 10 days each. ED, which we did not interrupt during fasting, made these tests relatively easy to pass. Especially ED helps to overcome the most difficult first 2-3 days of fasting. We were convinced that fasting gives a subsequent improvement in the state of the body if it is carried out correctly and exited from it. However, our conclusion is this: prolonged fasting is a stressful situation for a person and should be carried out only in extreme cases and under the supervision of experienced persons. Prolonged fasting leads to a decrease in muscle mass, which is then restored for a long time and not always completely. For six months now, after two 10-day fasting, I have not been able to restore the original number of pull-ups on the bar. From the point of view of cleansing the body, prolonged fasting may well be replaced by weekly daily fasting. If we take into account that with ED, the breaks between dinner and the next breakfast are 17-18 hours, then, in fact, such breaks are very close to daily fasting, and they are repeated 7 times a week. It is an excellent detoxification method achieved with ED. With ED, food is absorbed more fully, due to which the need for it decreases, the intestines work properly, and all this leads to a general improvement in the body. On the work of the intestines of yoga, they say that it should be emptied as many times a day as a person takes food. After all, a clean intestine is one of the main conditions for health. For many elderly and young people suffering from constipation, this is an almost unattainable dream. A year ago, it seemed impossible for us as well. But a year has passed and with the help of ED we have achieved this.

Another positive factor for ED is that we got rid of the seasonal colds that ruin many people's lives. In spring and autumn, as a rule, we repeatedly suffered from sore throat, flu, acute respiratory infections. But for two seasons we have passed with confidence without any hints of illness.

For many years my wife and I have been engaged in various systems and methods of healing - yoga, breathing according to Buteyko, Strelnikova's exercises, dousing with cold water, Norbekov's system, etc. We have been persistently engaged for years, but have not received significant results. And only ED had a serious effect.

ED has a beneficial effect on the functioning of all organs of the body. During the year of ED, our eyesight improved so much that we began to read, write and watch TV without glasses, and previously we used glasses for this. In addition, we have significantly improved memory, increased energy, efficiency and improved mood.

It is also interesting to note that ED helps restore sensation and circulation to areas of the body where they have been impaired. It does this by optimizing the energy of red blood cells. The process of restoring blood circulation and sensitivity is long and painless. In those parts of the body where it occurs, sharp pains, tingling, and cramps often appear. These pains should not be feared, they indicate the beginning of the process of renewal and recovery. So, despite the fact that we have been breathing endogenously for a year now, my wife still has sharp pains in the injured spine and leg, but they occur less and less and she has become much more confident in walking.

At the front in the Patriotic War, in the cold winter of 1942, after being wounded, my legs were frostbitten, and since then they have been constantly freezing. But lately I have begun to notice a slight improvement - there is a feeling of warming in the fingers and toes.

Most people now suffer from periodontal disease. We were no exception, which is why we lost most of our teeth. But during the year of ED, the remaining teeth hardened and the gums stopped bleeding. We only have to regret how late Vladimir Fyodorovich Frolov invented his simulator.

Along the way, I would like to say about one more thing. How nice it would be if our children and grandchildren breathed only 15–20 minutes a day at school with the Frolov simulator. There is no doubt that children would grow up healthy, strong and reasonable. What would be the cost savings for their treatment? If only those on whom it depends understood this.

In our experience, ED without a simulator is especially effective. The fact is that with the simulator you can only breathe while sitting, while it is difficult to perform any other work (except watching TV, listening to the radio). During ED, you can do almost any job without a simulator - go shopping in a store, go to work in transport, cook, clean a room, wash, iron, etc. Thus, an ED can be performed for several hours at a time. per day, without using for that specially allotted time. We perform exercise-free ED in a simple way - we exhale air through tightly compressed lips so that the amount of resistance on exhalation is approximately equal to the resistance during exhalation through the simulator. The duration of micro-exhalation is the same as when breathing with a simulator (5–7 sec.), But when walking quickly, this duration is reduced by itself. We also do morning exercises with ED, sometimes with restrained (but not held) breathing. It is important that there are no deep breaths that negate all our achievements with ED. Strokeless ED is completely invisible to others, it can be performed anywhere. Since there are no breaths in ED and you only breathe out air, the surrounding atmosphere, even if not very favorable, will be less harmful to you than if you breathed normally.

But what about ED at night while you sleep? We noticed that in the morning, as soon as we wake up, we breathe relatively deeply. And during sleep we seem to breathe deeply as well. So our daily achievements with ED can be canceled out by deep breathing in a dream? Yes, it probably is. We see the solution to this problem in increasing as much as possible the ED time during the day, in order to significantly overlap the time of deep breathing at night and so that the body gradually develops the reflex of shallow breathing during sleep. On this issue, it would be interesting to know the opinion of endogeners.

Above, we mentioned only our main ailments that annoyed us in life and disappeared in a year of ED. We can name a number of other, less serious ailments, of which we have only an unpleasant memory after a year of ED. These are stomatitis, cracked heels, itching between the toes, severe hair loss, dandruff, snoring during sleep, etc.

Among our friends and relatives, there are several people who have mastered ED and have received a significant improvement in their health. Our friend, Konstantin Pavlovich Potapov, who is 85 years old, has been breathing endogenously with and without an exercise machine for 8 months and is very pleased with the results. He got rid of headaches, pains in the heart, dizziness, ailments, etc., he asked on his behalf to thank Vladimir Fedorovich Frolov for his invention of the TDI-01 simulator, which was very necessary for people.

But among our friends there are people who have mastered ED, have been working with the simulator for a long time, and the results are not very high, although there are some improvements. We understand the reasons for the low effect of ED in these people, but the scope of this article does not allow us to dwell on this issue in detail. We refer everyone who needs it to the books of S. N. Lazarev "Diagnostics of Karma", especially to his 4th book. After reading this book, it will become clear why the results of your work do not give the desired effect.

And in conclusion, we would like to warn those who start working with the TDI-01 simulator that this will require a lot of effort over many months. But your work will pay off and you will feel a healthy body and a cheerful soul. We wish you success. Spouses Yakovlev.

Fedorovich, has already left our world. But every year the number of people who practice endogenous respiration is growing. Negative reviews on the Web side by side with enthusiastic ones. Let's try to figure out what this method really is.

Where did we first learn about endogenous respiration?

The first references to endogenous respiration were in the HLS newspaper, in the April 1977 issue. There was published an article "Breathe according to Frolov - you will live longer". The editor-in-chief of the bulletin, having familiarized himself with the work of scientists, in his comments spoke of the book as a very difficult work that still needs to be seriously corrected.

The article tried to convey to the readers how important it is for a person's life to be able to breathe correctly. And a little later, the famous Frolov simulator was already advertised.

What is endogenous respiration?

The method was developed by scientists: candidate of biological sciences Frolov Vladimir Fedorovich and doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Kustov Yevgeny Fedorovich. They were based on the works of the Russian scientist Georgy Nikolayevich Petrakovich and Hendrix Guy, a professor at the University of Colorado. The methods of ancient teachings were also studied.

Guided by the available rich store of knowledge, scientists discovered the reasons due to which most diseases arose. They argued that all diseases appear due to improper breathing technique. Frolov and Kustov created their own technology, which became a whole complex of respiratory therapy, called "Third Breath".

The method opened up an opportunity for anyone who wanted to independently master the exercises, thanks to which, it was argued, the most unimaginable goals became realistically achievable. It includes the principles of breathing yogis, pranayama. The teaching was supplemented with new functionality, more understandable and easy for ordinary people. This is how the concept of "endogenous respiration" was born.

It is an indisputable fact that breathing is of paramount importance in human life. If it is done incorrectly, then life expectancy is reduced, regardless of the conditions in which a person lives. At the same time, even under not the most favorable conditions, due to proper breathing, human health is maintained, and life expectancy increases.

Scientists have distinguished between first, second and third breath. They attributed to the second one that appeared during and after heavy loads. In modern life, a person rarely engages in hard physical labor. Therefore, the third breath is the most relevant for him. It is specially designed for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle. Breathing is designed to adapt to these conditions in an optimal way in order to maintain health and increase life expectancy.

The practice also aims to uncover internal reserves, which currently remain almost intact. These include, for example, metabolism at a deep level. It is programmed by genetics itself and leads to an improved supply of energy to the body. Special techniques restore the ability to receive energy, increase the efficiency of those processes that are already used by modern humans, and teach the body to adapt to new conditions.

Frolov's simulator and massage of the respiratory organs

The third breath consists of a special technique, as well as the use of a special device, through which less oxygen and more carbon dioxide enter the body. A mixture is formed, which according to scientists is the ideal concentration of gases. Moreover, its creation is associated with the very inhalation and exhalation of a person.

It is also necessary to do a kind of massage, implemented by resisting the breathing process. Despite the fact that the pressure is small, it is optimal for the work of everyone and the intestines.

The air stream comes into contact with the liquid contained in the device. As a result, a structure is created, consisting of cells, which provides a positive effect on the alveolar At the same time, air humidification occurs.

The drug is approved for use by people of all ages. Its use by numerous patients over several years under the supervision of doctors helped to study what endogenous respiration is. The benefits and harms are not comparable here, since it has already been proven that the device is absolutely harmless. Moreover, there is factual evidence that it was thanks to this device that an improvement in health was observed in a wide variety of diseases.

The essence of the method at the physiological level

The effect that was achieved through the use of the simulator can be obtained without it. But this requires significant conscious efforts and a long time. Let's try to delve deeper into the essence of the special

The technique is based on:

  • oxygen starvation;
  • the formation of pressure on the exhale.

With oxygen starvation, the smallest vessels dilate and the blood thinns. This provides the best nutrition for the tissues. The use of carbon dioxide was known even before the Frolov method, but the creation of pressure in the lungs was not used before the scientist.

Let's try to figure out what this leads to. Under the influence of oxygen, the number of erythrocytes becomes larger, and their excitation, caused by the same oxygen, decreases. When normal respiration is carried out, there are very few such erythrocytes, and the rest serve as a kind of ballast. At the same time, a small number of active erythrocytes, in contact with the walls of the vessels, transfer their energy to them. But food hardly reaches the tissues located far from them.

When endogenous respiration according to Frolov is carried out, everything turns out the other way around. Erythrocytes will no longer injure the walls of blood vessels with their energy. But a large number of them are capable of reaching even the most remote areas. Thus, all tissues are provided with good nutrition. If endogenous breathing without a simulator (or with it) is constantly practiced, then physiology is gradually rebuilt, and cells begin to work in a new way. As a result, less atmospheric oxygen is required.

Practice without a simulator

Frolov's technique does not have any strict dogmas. Even the author changed it several times. But in general terms, the following picture emerges: after a deep breath, you should hold the breath, and then exhale in portions, making little effort.

Having breathed so little, you can find the optimal cycle for yourself, armed with a stopwatch. It is necessary to find such a duration at which the lung is felt, but after it you can still definitely be without oxygen for a long time. At the same time, one should not bring oneself to such a state in which the air is actually "grasped" by the mouth. For a healthy person, the duration is 25 to 35 seconds. And if you cannot hold out even 15 seconds, then this indicates the presence of some kind of disease.

Then the pressure for exhalation is selected. At this stage, Vladimir Frolov proposes to implement endogenous respiration with his apparatus, creating pressure through the water. But quite calmly and effectively, the same can be done without an additional device. It is enough to cover your lips loosely and exhale through them. In this case, the strength should be approximately the same as if they are blowing on tea, trying to cool it down, and maybe even weaker. Thus, the method called "Endogenous respiration - medicine of the third millennium" is easy to implement without the apparatus.

It is best to first exhale with very little pressure so that the lungs have time to adapt to the regimen. You should not set yourself the task of getting a quick result from the very beginning. Let the session last no more than 10 minutes a day. Bring the regimen to several hours within a few months. At the same time, increase the duration of each inhalation and exhalation. True endogenous breathing begins when one cycle is a full minute. This, of course, will take a long time to come to this. But the result is worth it.

And the initial exercises, which are also called hypoxic, are already able to strengthen immunity and improve health. At the same time, the ability for mental and physical work increases, the body receives enhanced protection and develops a stable ability to withstand the harmful effects of the external environment. An increase in inhalation-exhalation is realized due to an increasing pause between cycles.

The exercise is easy. It is necessary to sit or lie down to be comfortable. We observe our breathing for 5 minutes. You can count how many seconds the inhalation, exhalation and pause between them lasts. Having decided, you need to breathe like this for a few more minutes, but taking a second pause between cycles. Such five minutes are repeated at least 5 times per day. The pause increases over time. However, you cannot deliberately force your body. The process should be natural. Training will be correct only when there is no desire to breathe more deeply than usual after a pause.

It is worth noting here that such endogenous respiration still has contraindications. Benefit and harm, of course, defy even comparison. However, women should keep in mind that the practice should not be performed during menstruation. The same applies to any bleeding in both sexes, as it can worsen.

Endogenous respiration according to Frolov: reviews and results

The world has long known the fact that when the body temperature drops by a couple of degrees, the aging of the body slows down dramatically. But this very effect was noted by those who regularly practiced endogenous respiration. Reviews testifying to this have already appeared in the virtual space more than once.

Constant practice leads to the fact that infections cannot take root in the body. The book describes that immunity is strengthened when endogenous respiration according to Frolov is carried out. Reviews confirm this. Also, many people claim that the sleep time they need is reduced and the body's endurance increases. Sounds like the results from doing yoga - right?

Yoga and Pranayama

Yoga is a knowledge that was known 5000 years ago and has survived to this day. The word itself means "connection with the Highest." Hence the practices that are aimed at achieving the perfection of the spirit. Science consists of 8 steps, which are gradually comprehended by a person.

The lowest stage consists in a complex of physical exercises, then breathing is practiced, and then health, proper nutrition, self-control, moral norms and rules, subtle bodies surrounding the physical, and spiritual practice itself are comprehended.

When performing physical exercises or asanas, the greatest attention of the yogi concentrates not on the posture, but on the breath. This is how breathing exercises, or pranayama, are comprehended.

The word "prana" in translation means "vital energy". According to the teachings, all living things are its manifestation, from the smallest particles to the universes. Yoga is based on the fact that threads of energy pass through a person. These are the subtle bodies that support the functions of the body. Prana connects a person with all that exists, penetrating to every living being through his breath. However, it also enters through food. But breathing is a more subtle manifestation of it.

Science has long denied this phenomenon. But the factual data eventually led to the fact that scientists had to admit: the functioning of the human body is impossible without the exchange of energies within the body. Hence the recognition of the fact of the existence of energy centers in it, and so on.

Thanks to pranayama, a person expands his capabilities and heals the body, opening himself to comprehend the Higher Consciousness. A reasonable question arises: where does Vladimir Frolov, endogenous respiration, medicine of the third millennium have to do with it? Everything is very simple and complicated at the same time.

Pranayama and breathing according to Frolov

Yoga serves for the possibility of comprehending perfection, happiness and peace. This happens through the disclosure of powerful internal reserves, which in their usual state are used only at a minimal level. However, for a modern person who grew up in European culture, it is too complex. In addition, not everyone can devote time to classes. So an alternative way was invented - a work authored by Frolov ("Endogenous respiration - medicine of the third millennium").

Asanas are done in a completely different way from ordinary physical exercises in our country. The poses are static in nature. During their execution, it comes as a surprise to many that even the lightest of them can be very difficult to withstand for 5 minutes. This is due to the connection of body, emotions and mind. All people have muscle tension associated with emotional experiences in the past, but not realized in the present. It is the tension that prevents the release of energy, clamping and blocking it. But it allows you to gradually direct it to the right places of subtle bodies. When concentrating in a certain place, prana releases all blockages. Then a kind of toxins of the emotional plan are removed, and the person begins to feel more free.

Endogenous respiration brings about the same result. It was noticed that people who are too degraded cannot practice in the same way as yoga is inaccessible to them. This only speaks of a large number of blockages in them, which is why endogenous breathing, a practical guide to which is much simpler than yoga, becomes incomprehensible. There were times when people even began to choke. Some may think that this is the harm of endogenous respiration. But it would be more correct not to blame the method, but the practitioner. Rather, there is nothing to blame him for. He has to understand that at first he will have to step over the feeling of discomfort. If he can go to the next level, a huge amount of unconscious energy will be released, which may have been blocked for a long time. After two weeks of regular practice, breathing correctly will become natural and easy.

What's next?

Endogenous respiration according to Frolov describes the instruction in as much detail as possible. For those who have the goal of improving their health and increasing life expectancy, this will probably be enough. However, in yoga, as we remember, physical and breathing exercises are only basic on the path to perfection. Ahead lies the use of the right food, that is, the one that is necessary for prana. The food must be in a certain amount. Overeating is strictly not allowed. In addition, food intake must be effective. For yogis, this means thoroughly chewing. Food can arouse passions or, conversely, cause laziness and apathy. But one should adhere to such food that gives a person sensitivity and clarity.

Despite the fact that the technique called "Endogenous Breathing - Medicine of the Third Millennium" does not provide for a special diet, practitioners noticed that they gradually reduced their food intake simply because they no longer wanted to, and they also lost the desire to eat meat and other similar foods. ... There was a transition to vegetarianism, which the body itself demanded. Thus, the body healed and protected itself from the occurrence of various diseases. There was a desire and need to eat properly healthy food, and many of them diminished in quantity. Good quality food in a reasonable amount naturally leads to rejuvenation of the body.

The gradual release of tension heals and rejuvenates it. It is stress that triggers and increases the aging process as the body begins to deteriorate. For yogis, flexibility is an indicator of youth. Losing it is tantamount to aging. The formation of a large number of free radicals and the accumulation of metabolic waste. The former are formed due to poor quality food, the latter due to poor circulation. The practice of yoga cleanses the body and rejuvenates it. Endogenous breathing increases energy and also promotes longevity.

Conclusion

Yoga is definitely a profound teaching that allows you to purify yourself spiritually. But practice presupposes a long and rigorous comprehension of it.

Endogenous breathing can be compared to an alternative to the lower stages of the Eastern teaching, achieved in a shorter time. But this does not mean that you can. You need to learn to listen and hear your body and allow it to reveal its capabilities to the human consciousness gradually, as necessary.

Many health problems are associated with ineffective breathing. Normal breathing leads to fatal deficiencies in the vital functions of the organism. So, even at rest, 1-2% of the body's cells are subject to increased wear and tear. It must be borne in mind that this damages the cells of the lining of blood vessels most important for vital activity, which leads to atherosclerosis.

With an increase in the load on the body, tissue wear increases sharply. At rest, up to 90% of cells do not receive energetic initiation, therefore, they are not provided with energy and oxygen. Thus, energy deficiency and cellular hypoxia are integral properties of the body with external respiration. Hence, unsatisfactory metabolism and immunodeficiency. Disease and aging are thus natural. Normal breathing leads to vascular damage, disease, aging. Even in adolescence, healthy people are rather an exception. There is no fundamental theory of health. There are about 300 hypotheses on aging! A lot to count on for success.
A new understanding of the essence of the breathing process was created by the talented Moscow scientist and doctor G. N. Petrakovich. V.F.Frolov got acquainted with a new hypothesis about respiration in 1993, when he tried to explain the newly discovered phenomenon of endogenous respiration.

The author of the simulator Frolov Vladimir Fedorovich developed and improved the technology of respiration, created the theory of endogenous respiration. The new theory discovered the main laws of the life support of the organism. The role of respiration, nutrition, naturopathic remedies in providing energy, metabolism, immune status is shown, as well as their influence on resistance to disease and aging. How does our body really work and what is the role of respiration in this? Normal breathing is called external, since oxygen is consumed from the outside. During endogenous respiration, a person produces oxygen himself, which is confirmed by the instrumentally noticeable increase in the volume of exhalation in comparison with the volume of inspiration. It turns out that cells themselves are able to provide themselves with energy and oxygen through the chemical reaction of free radical oxidation of unsaturated fats that are structurally included in their membranes. This process is triggered if the cells receive energetic electronic excitation, which is brought to them by red blood cells. Thus, the cell functions normally if it periodically receives electronic portions from the outside. Erythrocytes, in turn, receive energetic excitement in the capillaries of the pulmonary alveoli. Logic suggests that it is red blood cells that can acquire properties that cause damage and wear and tear of the body, or vice versa, leading to tissue rehabilitation. VF Frolov managed to find a mechanism for controlling the fundamental processes of energy supply to cells, metabolism, and the formation of a high immune status using respiration.

There are objective data confirming the regularity of the ongoing processes. The study of metabolism and energy indicators of cells in endogenous breathers shows that the body functions at a much more efficient level. The level of cellular energy is increased by 2-4 times, the amount of free radicals, the excess of which is associated with aging of tissues, is reduced by 4-8 times, the body temperature is reduced by 1.3 - 1.5 degrees Celsius. These results are among the highest scientific achievements and cannot be reproduced even in laboratory conditions. Scientists predict that maintaining such parameters in the body increases life expectancy by more than 1.5 times. Endogenous medicine has come to us, which confidently enters life. Is it not surprising that hypertensive patients with more than 20 years of experience in 1-2 months reduce the level of blood pressure from 220 - 240 units to 120 - 140 and live with it without pills, without knowing worries. Bedridden patients with multiple sclerosis gain mobility and self-care. Patients with diabetes are cured, and the synthesis of their own insulin is restored in insulin-dependent patients. Full rehabilitation of patients with various forms of angina pectoris, arrhythmia and extrasystole is carried out. The migraine and headaches that have plagued 20 - 30 years will go away forever. After 2-3 months, people with bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis become practically healthy for 10 - 20 years.

Endogenous respiration is a process in which numerous cells of the body - alveolocytes, erythrocytes, endotheliocytes - work in a clear rhythm, in resonance. They produce not only oxygen, but also electron plasma, thus increasing the energy of the cells. Endogenous respiration is characterized by optimal production and distribution of energy, high energetics of the bulk of cells. Optimally active cells with a self-regulating energy level are 60-65%, cells of average activity 30-35%, highly active cells 0.3% - 0.5% (alveolocytes, erythrocytes, endothelial cells).

But it is surprising that each person is able to reproduce similar miracles, recovering from a wide variety of diseases. You do not need expensive drugs or special food. All you need is this small and affordable device - Frolov's breathing simulator. It is a symbol and means of endogenous medicine. The transition to endogenous respiration is available to almost everyone and is carried out within a few months. But what is 3-5 months, if the life expectancy of endogenous breathers increases sharply. A noticeable rejuvenation is observed already during the first year and continues in the future. The observation period is still 3-5 years, during which endogenous breathers continue to improve their health and improve their appearance. Such results are unprecedented, because the age of those observed is from 55 to 75 years old. So far, we can only predict that an endogenously breathing person will live for 120, 150 or 200 years, but the quality of his life will undoubtedly be much better. Today, each person is offered a priority and effective technology of healing and real rejuvenation.

In the future, we will analyze the well-known means of health improvement and talk about the possibilities of the practical application of breathing technology on the TDI-01 simulator. It is very important to use objective criteria in this review. These, first of all, are the body's deficiencies in external respiration:

Vascular-destroying ultra-concentrated energy production;
- deficiency of cellular energy;
- insufficient general exchange;
- immunodeficiency;
- imbalance of the immune and hormonal systems;
- the damaging effect of the stress reaction.

It should be noted that immunodeficiency and insufficient general metabolism are due to a deficiency of cellular energy. There are enough funds to boost cellular energy. But as soon as they are applied, the destructive processes of the vascular wall intensify with all the ensuing consequences. It is not possible to break out of this vicious circle without transforming the breath. Endogenous respiration practically eliminates the influence of the first four disadvantages and reduces the harmful role of the last two. This is theoretically justified and confirmed by practice. Let's start our brief overview with breathing, which is closer to us in terms of topics.

Breath of yogis

Here is what Ramacharaka, one of the patriarchs of the yogic teachings, writes about him: "Any method of breathing that allows the entire volume of the lungs to be filled with air should be highly appreciated by a person, since the largest amount of oxygen is absorbed ... Full breathing involves the muscles that control movement. ribs, this increases the space in which the lungs expand, as a result of the action of the muscles the middle part of the chest cavity increases to a maximum. The upper ribs also rise and move forward due to the contraction of the intercostal muscles, which allows the chest to expand to the limit and in the upper part. "
So, the main purpose of breathing is to absorb the largest amount of oxygen, it can be considered that full breathing is realized. But already the huge practice of using hypoxic methods has proven that the benefit from breathing is the higher, the less oxygen is absorbed. Ramacharaka's thoughts will seem far-fetched if you get acquainted with the unique action of endogenous respiration. The effectiveness of our results is unprecedented in world practice. But endogenous breathers consume oxygen 10-20 times less than the norm.
What do we have, in fact, with the full breath of the yogis? The chest is expanded to the limit. Consequently, the alveoli and gaps between the cells of the alveoli are maximally open and air bubbles increased in volume are absorbed into the capillaries. Large bubbles - a powerful burst of surfactant - powerful energy excitation of erythrocytes - increased energy excitation of the target cell - excessive free radical oxidation that affects the cell membrane. This breathing gives more energy than normal breathing. But the damage to the vessels is also higher. The full breathing of yogis, depending on the methods of its implementation, in terms of energy is inferior to breathing on the TDI-01 simulator by 3-8 times, in terms of the complex effect by 5-10 times.

Breathing Strelnikova

Active, rapid breaths are synchronized with movements that reduce the volume of the chest. Air is constantly pumped into the lungs. The pressure in the lungs is increased most of the time, which promotes the introduction of more air bubbles into the capillaries of the alveoli than during normal breathing. These bubbles are larger and have an increased oxygen concentration. Thus, vascular damage increases dramatically. The energy output of such breathing can be 2-3 times higher than with a full breath of yogis. Therefore, it is not surprising that certain, subjectively felt improvements occur. But it would be nice to look into the vessels. With this breathing, atherosclerotic tissue damage occurs. The alveoli and their capillaries, heart, brain, kidneys, lower extremities, and in the long term - the whole body suffer.

Breathing exercises with the method of sharp breaths

The method has appeared recently. Air is inhaled with 21% oxygen and immediately exhaled with 19% oxygen. Thus, the breathing variant of Strelnikova is realized with approximately the same damaging effect. But with this option, more energy goes to the immune system, since it is less spent on mechanical work. This breathing is more attractive for patients than Strelnikova's breathing, since it is less tiring. But the end results are close.

Sobbing breath

Appeared recently. The benefit or harm is difficult to assess, since the C, description does not show how the diaphragm works. Depending on the type (strong, moderate, weak) breathing provides a different energy output: from the level of Buteyko breathing to Strelnikova's breathing. During breathing, pressure in the lungs may increase, which provides a beneficial effect. However, to control such breathing, it is necessary to have a good level of development of the respiratory and skeletal muscles. That is, the method can be successful in people with predominantly strong breathing. In terms of its complex effectiveness, the method can correspond to the breathing of yogis.

Buteyko breathing and tube breathing

In terms of efficiency, these types of breathing are approximately the same. The tissue wear due to the effect of hypoxia is less than during normal breathing, but treatment and rehabilitation are slow. This is due to the low energy output of breathing (it is 5-10 times inferior to breathing on the TDI-01). People with high energy and reduced sensitivity to carbon dioxide get tangible benefits. With a weak respiratory and cardiovascular system, the healing effect is minimal and quickly reaches the limit. The methods may be unsafe for patients with reduced sensitivity to carbon dioxide and high volitional motivation. Attempts to stay at high concentrations of carbon dioxide for a long time lead to acidosis, which is life-threatening.

Hypoxic methods

They consist in breathing air mixtures with a reduced (up to 9-10%) oxygen content. The most effective among hypoxic methods is breathing with the use of Strelkov's Hypoxicator. Its useful result comes close to breathing on TDI-01. However, it is impossible to master endogenous respiration on Strelkov's hypoxicator. In addition, when using this appliance, the carbon dioxide absorbers need to be changed frequently.
After this analysis, the reader himself can test other breathing methods. To do this, you need to imagine how stretched the lungs are, that is, what gaps can be between the cells of the alveoli, what pressure occurs in the lungs, which air bubbles are introduced into the capillaries of the alveoli, what is the concentration of oxygen in the bubbles and how fast breathing and pulse are.

Here is the opinion of the well-known specialist in sports medicine L. Markov on this issue: “By itself, elite, professional sports can bring nothing but benefit to a person. "(1996).
Olympic champion in 1000 m running V. Kuts died at the age of 48, the famous speed skater P. Ippolitov died at the age of 58. The talented runners, the Znamensky brothers, passed away very early. Seraphim died at 36 years old, and George at 43 years old.
Olympic champion, figure skater Grinkov died in training at the age of 28. Another Olympic champion, a great swimmer from Volgograd Sadovy, was forced to leave the big sport when he was not 25 years old. I have heart problems.
A.G. Dembo, referring to the literature, cites many deaths of athletes training for endurance, including at the age of 17, 19.22 years.
How to compare the known facts and the opinion of a specialist. One can only assume that L. Markov, as the president of the Federation of Sports Medicine of Russia, in 1996 was still not frank enough. Perhaps this was his belief, since there was no convincing theory of bodily injury. But in 1998, in a January TV interview, the respected master clarified his position. To the commentator's question - does sport extend life, he replied: no, it does not. Since the interview did not talk about the dangers of sports, the phrase can be understood that sports does not worsen or improve health. There is no harm or benefit in it.
Here is the opinion of another specialist in sports medicine M. Zalessky: "Mountains of popular literature have been written about the beneficial effect of exercise on health. From it you can learn that regular exercise improves blood circulation, breathing, digestion, sleep, well-being, and working capacity. They also prolong life. , help to prevent the whole list from heart attack to stroke, etc. And all of the above is true only for small moderate loads, which are used for sports and physical therapy. As for real big sports and its effect on the body, then for him, the usual laws are not written ... First of all, the cardiovascular system suffers. At the same time, the "secondary" organs (stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys) lack blood supply, nutrition, oxygen, and pathological changes develop in them ...
Special mention should be made of one of the "suffering" systems in athletes. It's about immunity. The higher the load, the more the body's defenses are depleted. Large, especially peak loads, are stressful for athletes with all the ensuing consequences.
Conclusion: sports achievements are very expensive for the fastest, the strongest, and so on. The same conclusion was reached by one of the most authoritative specialists in the field of sports medicine, doctor of the famous German national teams in football, boxing, athletics E. Deuser, who said: "There is little in common between the sport of the highest achievements and the health of an athlete."
Who is right? The materials available in the world literature on this issue are few and contradictory. Should they be completely trusted when it comes to such a monopoly as sports? Anything anti-sporting is still unpopular. Nevertheless, let us consider two studies known in the world practice, which cover a long period of time and a large number of people. The German scientist Schmid, based on the materials of 870 Czechoslovak athletes who died in the period from 1921 to 1965, notes a higher proportion of diseases of the cardiovascular system that led to the death of athletes than in the rest of the population. Burlier (1962) investigated the life expectancy of former students at the University of Cambridge. According to research, the average age of deceased athletes and non-athletes is approximately the same.
Two studies and it seems we have two different results. But this is only an appearance. In fact, both results confirm that sport significantly shortens life expectancy. To understand this, consider an interesting example.
Efim Slavsky left the post of Minister of Medium Machine Building at the age of 88. At 86, he surprised his subordinates with both memory and reaction. When I was told about this (1988), I took the phenomenon for an ordinary legend. A few years later, I accidentally found out how Slavsky's father died and realized his mistake. He danced vigorously at the wedding. As befits, drunk. Inadvertently, his head touched the chimney, which he destroyed. He died from the blow. He was 105 years old.
Efim Slavsky is a typical long-liver. There is approximately one long-liver per 5-10 thousand of the population, hoping to overcome the 100-year period. And what kind of competition does a runner-distance runner overcome to become a master of sports. He is one in tens, hundreds of thousands of people. For example, runners, skiers, swimmers, and cyclists of this skill have a level of cellular energy about 3 times higher than the average. Basically, this advantage is provided due to innate qualities. With a high sports qualification associated with endurance work, a person has an advantage in longevity for about 20-30 years. But this is in the event that he does not play sports. This advantage becomes less, the longer the sports life. At the counseling center, I see potential centenarians who look less than 60 years old at 70. They were lucky, they did not join the big sport. I see former masters of sports younger than long-livers by age, judging by their faces, they will have to improve their renewed breathing for many years before outwardly they become equal to our veterans.
Even from this brief message, it becomes clear that big sport shortens life. The arguments acquire logical harmony as soon as they are comprehended from the standpoint of the theory of endogenous respiration. The processes of damage to the vascular wall at high physical exertion proceed more intensively and cover all tissues of the body.
Let's consider the problem in the light of the new methodology. It is shown that the intensity of "hot" excitation of erythrocytes is determined by the nature of respiration. The stronger the heart beats, the faster and deeper the person breathes, the more he consumes external oxygen. This means that the combustion of the surfactant is more active in the capillaries of the alveoli, the size of the air bubbles is maximum, and their number increases according to the minute volume of respiration and blood flow.
How many times the number of bubbles increases, the same number of times increases the number of "hot" erythrocytes, and hence the load on the endothelial cells. This load is not difficult to estimate.
A person's ability to perform work is assessed by the indicator - maximum oxygen consumption (MOC). The larger it is, the more power a person is capable of when performing physical activity. For example, Olympic running champions K. Keino and P. Bolotnikov had a maximum oxygen consumption of more than 80 ml O2 / kg min (the number of milliliters of oxygen per 1 kg of body weight per minute). For many people, the maximum oxygen consumption does not exceed 25 ml O2 / kg min. Practice shows that a person through prolonged training can increase the VO2 max by no more than 25%. This means that most people, even at the cost of their lives, will not be able to keep up with the talented athlete. Out of millions of people, only a few climb the highest sports pedestals.
If we take oxygen consumption at rest for an ordinary person 3 ml / kg min, and for a talented athlete - 4 ml / kg min (which is quite reasonable), then it is easy to calculate the degree of increase in the number of hot erythrocytes in the bloodstream during the transition to the state of maximum oxygen consumption (for example, running at a heart rate of 170 beats / min). The increase is in an ordinary person (IPC = 30) - 10 times, in a talented athlete (IPC = 80) - 20 times. Now imagine that this athlete is running at a distance. The destruction of erythrocytes quickly reaches the maximum rate, which is far from compensating for their reproduction. But the most difficult test is the cells lining the inner surface of the vessels. The heart and lungs are working at full capacity. Vessels are opened to the limit. Blood moves at maximum speed. In addition to the heart, it is powerfully pumped by the muscles contracting during movement, and especially the muscles of the legs. In the capillaries of the alveoli of the lungs, mainly large bubbles are continuously absorbed, which corresponds to an increased level of energetic excitation of erythrocytes. The energy excitation of the cells of the intima of the aorta and large arteries sharply increases. Due to the high blood flow velocity, the zone of active discharge of energy by erythrocytes is transferred to small arteries and capillaries. Their cells, less trained for the free radical oxidation regime, are forced to work with a high load. Continuous and ubiquitous energy excitation of free-radical oxidation processes translates them into a mode of branched chain chemical reactions that lead to damage to entire areas of the inner surface of blood vessels.
We managed to carry out field experiments to make sure that the processes are real. But with prolonged continuous loads, signs of wear are written on the face. It is not for nothing that there is a saying among marathon runners: "Do you want to see yourself in 10 years, run a marathon."
Pay attention to the words of M. Zalessky, as aptly noted: "Sports achievements are very expensive for the fastest, the strongest." Who is able to consume more oxygen, he burns faster and in sports. Seraphim Znamensky was more talented than his brother George. And from this, his life became shorter by 7 years. Surprisingly, a person who should have lived for at least 100 years only lived for 36 years. But an ordinary person, even weak by average standards, with loads approaching the limit, also works with overload. An increase in oxygen consumption by 12.5 times (as in our example) is also a great stress, which can be qualified as a damaging load.I recall my visit to the Institute of Oceanography of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a conversation with specialists in underwater medicine:

At what pulse do divers work underwater?
- "170 bpm".
- According to the theory of endogenous respiration, divers are primarily affected by atherosclerosis of the coronary, cerebral and renal vessels, and atherosclerosis of the lower extremities. Are they likely to develop kidney and gallstones?
- "All this is true, but they often do not live up to stones."

It was evident that these people, associated with a difficult diving business, had not been afraid of atherosclerosis for a long time. But I once again received confirmation of my theoretical positions: it is enough to increase oxygen consumption and atherosclerosis is guaranteed.
How can one still live if increased loads are dangerous? After all, there are schools, educational institutions, the army and other institutions where standards for physical training are passed. How scientifically substantiated are these standards? Are these standards benign? Will it not harm the health of people, and above all the younger generation, their development and delivery?
These standards have arisen empirically and express, first of all, "social need". They have not been tested for harmlessness, since the theory of vascular damage and the subsequent development of atherosclerosis has not yet existed.
Already today it is possible to assess the enormous harm that the health of the younger generation can be caused by the use of such standards for all people. Each person has his own margin of safety. What is available to one can hurt another.
The current system of physical education is in need of immediate reform. It is required to monitor the physical capabilities of our children from the elementary school class. Physical training should be based not on "social" needs, but on the real capabilities of the individual.
Young people should not be allowed to spend years in sports, where the absolute futility is obvious. Wasted energy, academic lag, crippled health - who wants this for their children.
If a person has sports talent, he makes his own choice. But knowing what heavy loads can lead to is better than the uncertainty in which champions are today. This will allow you to better distribute forces to achieve success and to take preventive measures to reduce damage seriously.
But today, both ordinary people and athletes need to master endogenous respiration. Ordinary people need this to ensure youth, longevity, and life comfort.
For champion athletes, endogenous respiration will increase life expectancy in big sports, increase athletic performance, reduce the damaging effect on the body of high sports loads, reduce trauma due to the higher elasticity and strength of blood vessels, skin, musculo-ligamentous apparatus and bones. to provide gentle conditions for keeping fit.
But both champions and ordinary people should always remember that sport and health are incompatible.
When do athletes and non-athletes need to master endogenous respiration? It has already been said that this must be done in the first grades of school. The sooner endogenous respiration is mastered, the less damaged the organism will be in its owner.
The reform of the system of physical education of the younger generation should provide for a one-year course of breathing in the 1st or 2nd grade, with the transfer of the student to endogenous non-apparatus breathing. Having worked for one year, a small person will provide health for a very long and interesting life. His success in any place, including sports, will always be higher.

20. Swimming is more harmful than running

Physical culture enthusiasts ask me: "Are you against physical education?" Of course not. I was an avid volleyball fan and had been running for over 30 years. And maybe he would have continued to run if endogenous respiration had not appeared. Now I am convinced that the new technology is an order of magnitude higher than all known ones. In this case, only the unreasonable continues to destroy himself. Again the question: "But without physical education, the muscles are flabby?" Please do any physical activity. But don't get out of endogenous respiration. As long as you are in this breath, protection against aging is provided. If you gasp for air, damage is possible. It is better not to be distracted by physical education before switching to endogenous respiration. Without physical education, the transition is faster. There is a club "Harmony" in Podlipki near Moscow. I remember this episode after the conversation. The head of the club, A. A. Serebrennikova, addresses her colleagues: "Do you remember what kind of back I had? (Meaning kyphosis). Now it has straightened." An inveterate gymnast, who is already over sixty, herself is surprised by this transformation. But he interprets it from a mechanical position: she was sitting upright while breathing - her back was straightened. No, the impact of our breath is of a different quality. Energetic blood and a strong immune system open blood vessels, capillaries, growth factors stimulated by energy stimulate the restoration of old vessels and the formation of new ones. And now the muscles along the spine were filled with blood again, muscle cells began to work, muscle tone increased, and the back began to straighten. Physical exercise in this case is ineffective. By engaging hundreds of muscles in hard work, you can hardly get billions of cells to work actively. New breath, stimulating the beneficial work of hundreds of trillions of cells, provides the rehabilitation of organs and tissues.
The central law of the theory of endogenous respiration connects energy, metabolism, immunity and destructive processes in tissues. An increase in energy, which is necessary to improve metabolism and increase immunity, enhances destructive processes.
But it turns out that any treatment, if it seriously counts on success, is implemented for the most part through the management of cellular energy. The well-known means of naturopathy - physical exercise, hardening, fasting, primarily increase the level of energy processes. Therefore, together with the benefits, they bring damage to the body.
In the spring of 1997, a well-known journalist, clarifying my position, asked: "But NM Amosov? He is now conducting an experiment on rejuvenation through physical exertion!" I replied: "The respected academician should not be envious, the finale is known. But it is better to inform him about it now."
Six months passed, and Nikolai Mikhailovich told about his failure. Here are excerpts from his story: "In the six months that have passed after 3 years of experiment, the belief in the omnipotence of physical education has collapsed. Now you need to think again, how to preserve the remnants obtained by such labor? ... A new increase in the heart and a decrease in function. Seizures have returned. Angina. 1997 unhappy year began with a misfortune: a bilateral hernia formed. It hurt. I wanted to be operated. The surgeons said - from weights. The prostate increased. Shortness of breath when walking uphill. "
What I gained through logic, analysis of facts and experiments, another person found among the materials of insurance surveys. Deepak Chopra, MD, USA, has shown that people with very modest levels of physical activity have the best chances for longevity. For example, those who walk daily for 30 minutes. In new studies by British scientists (1998), even light jogging is qualified as a damaging load. These observations are fully consistent with the spirit and logic of the theory of Endogenous Respiration. Excessive exercise stimulates tissue breakdown and aging.
The damage to the body can be assessed by the pulse. The higher it is, the more dangerous the load. But among physical exercises, there are those that are most dangerous. This is primarily about swimming. As a fan of this important form of physical education, I grieve. But the truth is more precious. Swimming is the most damaging form of exercise. There really is a way out. The problem is relieved to a certain extent by swimming on your back.
Why did I suddenly take a dislike to swimming? No, I want to plunge into the clean and warm waters of a real sea. But I will swim in a completely different way. If swimming crawl or breaststroke is traditional, that is, lowering the head into the water and exhaling through the water, then a pressure of more than 100 mm of water rises in the lungs. Art. But it was found that breathing under a pressure of more than 40 mm of water. Art. can become damaging. When a person who swims with full breasts, with pleasure and lingeringly, breathes out into the water, he drives the maximum amount of large air bubbles into the capillaries of the alveoli. If this is carried out at a good pace, the best conditions are created for the defeat of the vascular bed and heart.
Those who want to have a really beneficial effect from swimming should master Endogenous Breathing. But it is recommended for them to swim on their backs, and if on their stomachs, then with a small immersion of the face in the water. And of course, do not leave the Endogenous Breathing mode.
Information on the damaging effects of swimming should be of interest to coaches. Backstroke training for swimmers should be specific.

21. Ice water burns blood vessels

Academician N. M. Amosov, having made his honest confession, became my voluntary associate. And I will try to help him regain his lost health. But there is another type of health improvement, the popularity of which does not correspond to the real usefulness. It's about hardening. Former hockey player of the Chelyabinsk "Tractor", master of sports, told how he tried to maintain his health. His arsenal included running, skiing, fasting and hardening. In a conversation with me, he did not hide that, using the indicated means, he still could not ensure good health. I especially remember what was associated with hardening. "I will plunge into the ice hole in the morning and walk until 15 o'clock in a state of euphoria and comfort" - this is the beginning of the experiment. But a year has passed, and the effect of the ice font lasts for five minutes. I had to explain to my counterpart what happened to him. A master of sports who is capable of working like a "machine" on a hockey rink has a powerful energy system. The main energy hormones are glucocorticoids - adrenal hormones. You already know how powerful these hormones are released by the masters of sports. Why has their production dropped so dramatically? Decreased adrenal function. Figuratively speaking, during this time the adrenal glands were "lowered into the hole."
The popularity of hardening with cold water is generated by the feeling of comfort, euphoria that arise after the procedure. Glucocorticoids are energy and stress hormones. They are both rolled into one. Dousing with ice water is a severe stress. The adrenal glands instantly release glucocorticoids, which, spreading through the blood, quickly trigger the mechanisms of energy production in cells. But these mechanisms are implemented by an increase in free-radical oxidation of lipids of cell membranes, and, therefore, blood vessels are affected in the first place.
Under stress, the precursor of glucocorticoids is the hormone adrenaline, which under these conditions, i.e., at a high concentration of glucocorticoids, exhibits a strong thrombotic effect. Cold stress poses a particular danger to blood vessels. I remember the reaction to this information of one of my middle-aged listeners (AP Levchakov, Serpukhov): "I saw Porfiry Ivanov, he has black legs." Expert of the Bulletin of Healthy Lifestyle A. A. Loshchilin said on this occasion that he saw P. Ivanov when he already had gangrene. But there are plenty of examples of victims of this procedure today. After all, it is not only the legs that suffer. The whole organism suffers. After all, a stress reaction is fraught with another unpleasant phenomenon for the body. Glucocorticoids are antagonists of the immune system, and their systematic release gradually destroys it. The danger of hardening with cold water in its repeated systematicity. All organs and tissues are affected. But no less dangerous is the effect of glucocorticoids on their own adrenal glands, leading to their own dystrophy. Remember how our hockey player's adrenal production dropped? As a result, the body has lost a powerful source of energy, which is no longer possible to restore by traditional means. My counterpart has not been tempered for a long time, he stopped mocking himself. He likes a new breath and he continues to master it. And we hope that with the help of the TDI-01 simulator he will be able to rehabilitate the body.
We can talk about the benefits and harms of cold water hardening. The benefits are associated with improved cellular energy and metabolism. This allows you to get rid of inflammatory and colds. The harm affects primarily in the negative effect on microvessels and capillaries, since adrenaline and glucocorticoids inflict the main damage in these areas. In this they are superior in action to the effect of average physical exertion. Glucocorticoids have a negative effect on immunity. This must be remembered primarily in the treatment of cancer, asthma, allergies, bronchopulmonary diseases, periodontal disease, sinusitis, rhinitis, rheumatism, arthritis and other diseases. Cold procedures are dangerous for cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, migraines.
How is a person treated when he is doused with ice water? Hormones: glucocorticoids and adrenaline. Glucocorticoids are cortisone, prednisone and other hormones that doctors use today to "treat" asthma, arthritis, rheumatism, and dermatitis. But here is what Herbert Shelton, an eminent American hygienist, writes about this: “Recent example: cortisone is used to treat arthritis, the cause of which is not known. elimination of symptoms was enthusiastically declared a successful treatment. After a while, it was realized that this treatment was just as illusory as the other treatments. "
The patient said that after hardening, the pain in the joints disappeared. He believes he has achieved success. But this is a Pyrrhic victory. Joint pain is signaled by nerves that are not adequately supplied with blood. When hardened, its own hormones ensured thrombosis of microvessels and capillaries. The nerve was dead, the pain was gone. The function of the tissue is impaired. Movement in the joint will never become as free as it was before the disease, because the capillaries do not open and tissue rehabilitation is impossible.
In the first edition of the book, I just touched on the topic of hardening. But after talking with hundreds of people, I realized how big the industry is. Its formation is associated with a person of the greatest energy and soul. Porfiry Ivanov remained a legend, but he could have been with us. Health was released to him for two lives. And we can only regret that we did not save this unique and amazingly kind person. His premature death is a call to reason and moderation.
A pregnant woman, having sunk into icy water, has no idea what a cruel blow will be inflicted on her unborn child. And now the mother, lowering the baby into the hole, is also expecting a miracle. But miracles are looking for journalists, caring about the sensation. They are not afraid that miracles can be imaginary. And their action will harm millions of people. If everyone writes about the benefits of cold water, it should be so.
In front of me is a thin, middle-aged woman from Taganrog. The state of a person starting to dry out. Tells. She began to pour cold water over her, began to lose weight, then a stomach ulcer appeared. I wonder if the douche continues. Yes. Continues. But her worries are now associated with peptic ulcer disease and reduced weight. Holy simplicity! Itself has linked cause and effect, but does not dare to think about it. Can it be harmful to pour cold water, the usefulness of which has been hammered into the mind for many years and from all sides.
A 42-year-old woman from the town of Fryazino near Moscow. Metastases one year after surgery for breast cancer, bad blood vessels in the legs. - Drenched? - Yes, I doused myself for several years, even before the cancer, and I continue to do so now.
Here's a story. She does not even realize that both cancer and lesions of the vessels of the legs are the consequences of the main reason - the action of her own hormones stimulated by cold water. They destroy blood vessels and suppress the immune system. This is necessary and sufficient to cause many diseases, including such a formidable one as cancer.
Many such stories have been told to me, but these are enough to avoid making mistakes. Remember that a healthy person never gets used to cold water. The action of cold always leads to a stress reaction with suppression of immunity and destruction of blood vessels. Carrying out procedures daily, you deprive yourself of reliable immune protection at all times of the day and burn blood vessels. Don't be deceived by the state of joy and comfort after a bucket of ice water. The consequences are seen in months and years. May the bright memory of the kind and great man Porfiry Ivanov, who prompted the right path, always remain in our hearts. Let's be reasonable so as not to make mistakes in front of us.

The need for joint consideration of these processes became apparent as soon as the priority of the energy concept emerged. Breathing determines the processes that provide the body with energy. But there are statements, and in the minds of some they are dominant, that energy is provided by nutrition - food. What is true? Since this issue is the most important for a person, we will consider it in more detail.
Here is what the naturopath and thinker G. Shelton writes on this subject: "Food burns in the body to give heat and energy. This is, at least, the current theory of scientists. There are others who deny this and insist that heat and energy do not depend on the food supplied, that food provides material exclusively for the construction of new and restoration of old tissues and the formation of secretions.
Chemical types of energy in the body do not arise on a purely chemical basis and are associated with something that is internally associated with organic synthesis, which chemical energy is designed to support. At least I see no other explanation. I have no doubt that chemical energy, like mechanical energy, is used by the body, although both are subordinated to some kind of directing and universal non-chemical energy. However, this remains a dark issue that will only be resolved in the future. I personally do not believe that all the energy of a living organism is taken only from food. "
The author of "Natural Hygiene" doubted not in vain. But the opportunity to clarify the understanding of the issue appeared only today. It has already been shown that the main energy level of the body arises due to FRO EFA (free radical oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids) of cell membranes. The latter are understood as membranes of cells and membranes of cellular mitochondria. And you can imagine the scale of this process in cells, where mitochondria are in the hundreds and even thousands. The main energy units and products of FRO NLC are electrons, which, with the participation of ferrous and ferric atoms, create an electromagnetic field that interacts with protons emitted from mitochondria (GN Petrakovich, 1992). In its most general form, the cellular energetics of the main energy level can be represented as the interaction of the processes of FRO NLC and electron-proton plasma formed with the participation of iron atoms. Today, this understanding fully corresponds to the real practice of external and endogenous respiration, although it is possible that new ideas may appear.
However, a more simplified approach is also possible. Energy can be assessed by the number of free electrons generated during FRO ELC. Indeed, in other organismic processes, electrons are only absorbed (GN Petrakovich). Today, such energetics can be easily controlled by biochemiluminescence. It becomes obvious that the more cellular structures are involved in the FRO process of EFAs, the more strongly each cell is involved in this process, the higher the energy. In what follows, for convenience, we will call it "electronic" or "cellular" energetics. The process of FRO EFA in cellular structures is stimulated by respiration, electromagnetic background radiation (the main factor is solar radiation), artificial electromagnetic radiation and by eating special food products. Among these factors, respiration is the main one. Cessation of breathing paralyzes the work of "electronic" energy and death immediately occurs. But in the deepest mine, where the electromagnetic background is reduced to zero, a person, thanks to breathing, continues to exist normally. At the same time, background solar irradiation is essential for humans. It is maximal at the equator and decreases towards the poles, higher in the mountains and lower at sea level. The sleeping sickness experienced by the inhabitants of the northern regions of Russia and Finland is a consequence of the deficiency of electromagnetic radiation from the sun. Energy deficit problems are also experienced by representatives of professions working underground: miners, miners, metro workers. And the fact is that it is impossible to improve the situation through ordinary breathing.
The second level of energy is associated with enzymatic biochemical reactions, as a result of which adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is formed. But these are processes of the second stage. They are completely dependent on how actively these reactions are supported by electrons and oxygen, which are produced only with FRO EFA of cell membranes. Therefore, the energy resources of the body are entirely determined by breathing. This is expressed in the simplest form: as much as we breathe, we receive so much energy.
But the human body has another drawback: an irrational relationship between breathing and internal exchange. This is clearly perceived if the functioning of a person is compared, for example, with the operation of a car. In the car, the power plant (engine) is first put into operation, and then operation (movement) begins. The person first went, and after that, by increasing the heart rate and respiration, the energy conveyor turns on and goes to the optimal mode. Before entering this regime, the body spends more energy than it receives, that is, it works in debt. Such a general principle of the functioning of external respiration is that it intensifies only when an energy deficit occurs in the body. If a person does light work, he is in a state close to the balance of electronic energy. The hard work is being done with energy shortages. Rest is then required to replenish the body's resources. And only during sleep and passive rest during breathing more electrons arise than are required for the vital activity of the organism. But this is a very small level of excess (over the usual state) energy. Due to external respiration, it is impossible to increase "electronic energy" for the future. But it turned out to be possible while breathing on the simulator. Here you can breathe at a rate of 5-10 times the energy production.
The issue of the relationship between respiration and nutrition becomes key, as soon as the task is set to maximize the use of electronic energy for the rehabilitation of the body. It turned out that a person spends more than half of the received cellular energy on digestion. For successful treatment and rehabilitation, the problem of saving energy for the body's own needs is the leading one. You can, of course, not save energy. Then you have to breathe a lot. But it turns out that the breathing resource of a person on the simulator is also limited, despite his desire to work hard. The optimal training time, which progressively increases cellular energy, is 40 minutes. For weak people, this time is initially limited to 20 minutes. But in both cases, the energy received during breathing should be rationally used. With the same breathing time, you can have 10% and 120% success.
A rational respiration technology should ensure the maximum working time of tissue cells and the immune system in the most favorable conditions for the rehabilitation of the body. That is, the body should not be distracted by either external or internal functions. Tissue cells must work for themselves. The immune system should not be interfered with.
In the daily mode, from these positions, the most favorable time is from 22 pm to 7 am. This is the time of rest and the most active work of the immune system. The most rational is breathing at 21-22 hours, after which you should not eat or drink. The last meal should be light and no later than 3 ^ 4 hours before breathing. In this case, the active rehabilitation time will be 8-9 hours. In this case, the contribution of immune cells to recovery and repair processes, taking into account their extraordinary activity, turns out to be decisive.
Breathing at night is essential for prevention. This applies, first of all, to people suffering from ischemic heart and brain disease, arrhythmia, hypertension, with renal and asthmatoid-bronchial pathology, with increased blood clotting. Breathing at night is the best way to prevent and protect against stroke, heart attack. Breathing at night is a reliable stress reliever and the best natural sleeping pill to guarantee sound, healthy sleep. This breathing option is the most rational and beneficial way to lose weight for obese people. The usual weekly rate is about 1 kg.
Some people consider breathing in the morning preferable, it fits into the prevailing stereotype. With morning breathing, the growth of energy is the same as in the evening. But the acquired electronic energy will be immediately wasted as soon as a person went to work. It is spent on walking, on emotions, on production activities. The cells "for themselves" will get little energy. But in the morning, another serious hindrance arises: at 7 o'clock in the morning (according to the daily cycle of the body's functioning), the adrenal glands release hormones glucocorticoids, which suppress the immune system. This means that rehabilitation will be carried out several times slower than in the evening version.
Digestion is the body's main consumer of energy. The effects of respiration are largely determined by rationality and food culture. Therefore, you should follow the well-known nutritional rules formulated by G. Shelton.

There is only when you feel hungry.
- Do not eat in case of illness, malaise.
- Never eat during, before or after serious work.
- Do not drink while eating.
- Thoroughly chew and moisten any food with saliva.

These rules have accumulated a great deal of experience. But most of them are perceived in a simplistic way, as the best way to get nutrients from food. The author also draws attention to this idea. But he also states: "You can save a lot of energy in the digestive process if we spend only a little more time chewing food. In addition, swallowing food without chewing leads to overeating, hasty eating and all the resulting digestive troubles from this chain." Naturally, G. Shelton was not familiar with our energy concept, but as a scientist and brilliant researcher, he could not fail to notice this pattern. G. Shelton believes that it is especially important when eating to use your own enzymes as much as possible. All food taken should be thoroughly chewed, moistened with saliva and absorbed as much as possible already in the oral cavity. It is known that when using enzymes, the processes of food breakdown and digestion are faster. They practically do not spend scarce electronic energy. Recommendations to use more greens, fruits and vegetables in the diet have a similar result, with the only difference that natural food enzymes are used. In addition to saving electronic energy, enzymes have a stimulating effect on the immune system.
The proposed version of evening breathing has been successfully tested in practice and is recommended for breathing on the TDI-01 simulator. To increase the success of training on the simulator, it is advisable to increase the nutritional culture and limit the intake of refined carbohydrates, which reduce the energy exchange of refined carbohydrates.
