Let's start preparing the filling. To do this, mix half a serving of grated cheese with herbs, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.

Put each fried piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and cover the meat with the filling on top. Add another layer of grated cheese on top.

We bake the finished pieces under the "fur coat" at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

It is not necessary to take chicken meat for this dish. Pork is also fine. But then you do not need to fry it, but immediately put it in the oven.

And cook for about 35 minutes. You can also add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers or mushrooms fried with onions to the filling.   • 200 g sugar;
