At the same time, the effect of these plants on the functionality of the digestive system practically does not differ at all. Galenic preparations of fennel and dill enhance the secretory activity of the glands of the digestive tract, stimulate bile production, eliminate spasms, stabilize peristaltic activity, and have a certain antimicrobial effect.

Fennel for flatulence is most often used in the form of an infusion: 2 tbsp. l. Fennel is poured into a thermos and 250 ml of boiling water is poured, infused for 15 minutes, cooled and filtered. This infusion is consumed in a third of a glass up to 4 times a day. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Fennel can be purchased without any problems in pharmacies: it is available in the form of dry raw materials in packs of 100 g, or in the form of fennel oil. The oil is a clear liquid without a specific color, but with a distinct specific odor, similar to that of anise. This oil is mixed with water or other liquids: it copes well with flatulence, and is also indispensable for bronchitis and dry cough.

Cumin with flatulence

Cumin is able to stimulate the production of gastric juice, extinguish the development of putrefactive processes in the intestines, relax the intestinal muscles and stabilize the function of the entire digestive tract as a whole.

Kefir with flatulence

Kefir has long been considered one of the most useful products. However, does kefir help with flatulence?

Most experts recommend that you definitely include fresh kefir in the diet. Its main property is to normalize the state of the intestinal microflora, especially in case of dysbiosis, facilitating the digestion process. Also, a fermented milk product helps to remove toxic substances from the body and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria. It is not for nothing that kefir is recommended to drink after food intoxication.

However, with all the advantages of this product with flatulence, it can worsen the situation: kefir enhances intestinal peristalsis, which can increase the accumulation of gases.

Enema with flatulence

Excessive accumulations of gas in the intestines can be successfully eliminated with a cleansing enema.
