5-7 minutes before the vegetables and fish are ready, add the blue cheese and place the shrimps in the pan.

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp the spoon;
  • bread crumbs - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

How to cook:

Pumpkin with potatoes are chopped into cubes. Leeks are chopped into rings. Clean the seeds of the paprika, remove the partitions. Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Melt a piece of butter in a deep saucepan, and then fry the onion, pepper, pumpkin in it. Pour vegetable broth over them and leave for 10 minutes.

Prepare meatballs for soup. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the crumbled feta cheese. Add mustard, bread crumbs to them, beat in an egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat vigorously, and then form it into medium-sized meat balls.
