The Russian Union of Motorovists (RSA) is a non-commercial organization that exists from August 2002.

Russian Union of Motorovshchikov (RSA) - Public organization of insurance companies selling OSAGO. RCA was established in August 2002 the largest insurers of the Russian Federation in order to interact the companies and the organization of the insurance process in accordance with the Federal Law on the CCAMA.

In a single PCA database, data on the CBM (Bonus-Malyus coefficients) of all drivers are stored. When concluding the CTP Agreement, insurance companies receive information about the history of customer insurance, in addition, the insurers themselves are obliged to make all the changes with the change with the coefficient (increase if the driver becomes the culprit of the accident, or lower if it traveled without accidents).
It is in Rs that it is necessary to send complaints about the unscrupulous behavior of insurers. In such situations, as an unreasonable refusal to sell OSAGO or imposing unnecessary products, it is necessary to fix the fact of the violation (write audio / video or attract witnesses) and send to the RSA with a complaint against the actions of representatives of the insurance company.
The Russian Union of Motor Shovers (RSA), also known as the Association of Insurers in Russia - the All-Russian Association of Companies-Insureders and Professional Insurers engaged in the registration of the OSAGO auto insurance for motorists and owners of other vehicles.

Insurance companies - existing members and observers of RS
Currently, 70 companies are members of the RC. Among them, such well-known firms as "alpha insurance", "Ingosstrakh" and "Rosgosstrakh" can be noted.

Currently, 19 insurance companies are shown in the RS Register of the RCA, the license is terminated.
In the case of Gamma, this is a voluntary exit of the organization from the Union. In other cases, the reorganization of companies and their merger with larger organizations took place.
In the Moscow company "Diamant" and the motor insurance "Insurance Support" from the city of Ryazan as of July 2019, insurance licenses are frozen. The License of the Moscow Insurer "Bin-Insurance" is currently limited.

Work schedule for all representative offices of the RSA. From Monday to Thursday, offices are open from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Friday - from 09:00 to 16:45 with a break for lunch from 13:00 to 13:45 in each of the working days.

All-Russian Union of Insurers (WSS) - Non-profit public organization (Union), uniting professional participants in the insurance market at the federal level. The main task of the Union is to coordinate the activities of its members, the presentation and protection of their common interests in relations with Russian and foreign organizations and authorities.
History
The need to unite Russian insurers originated in the early 1990s due to the emergence of a large number of independent insurance companies and the need to regulate internal corporate relations. In addition, the issues of formation in society a positive attitude towards insurance and defending the interests of insurers in power structures, the participation of the insurance community in the formation of insurance legislation were obvious.
In the early 1990s, two professional union of insurers operated in parallel. Later, by the beginning of 1996, the unions united into the Unified All-Russian Union of Insurers (WCS). Vladimir Petrovich Kruglyak was elected first president of the Union.
Currently, the valid and associate members of the All-Russian Union of Insurers are 170 Insurance Companies in Russia, providing an admission of 70% of the cumulative national insurance premium, regional insurance associations, participants in the infrastructure of the insurance market.
GSR management bodies
The highest body is the congress of the members of the Union (collected 1 time in two years). The main function of the Congress is to ensure compliance with the Union of Goals, to achieve which the Union has been created.
The congress of the members of the Union elects the Presidium of the Union for a period of two years. This collegial body is a permanent exercise body of the Union's activities in the period between the congresses. The congress also elected President of the Union for a period of two years. In 2009, the VSA President was elected Andrei Kigim. The Executive Directorate of the Union is the Executive Body of the Union.
