In the right hand they represent the fireball of the sun, symbolizing the energy of Yang. It is necessary to feel the heat from the ball at the level of physical sensations. The size of the sun is not regulated, it depends on the level of comfort of each person. The main thing in this matter is that the size should not suppress or seem insignificant.
The warm energy of the sun in the visualization permeates the practitioner, warming with its rays. At the same time, the body is filled with warm Yang energy, and its excess goes out through the skin freely, without encountering obstacles.
The next visualization step will be the lunar disk in the left hand. Yin energy, lunar, different in sensations, it gives a feeling of lightness, tenderness. A subtle and soft radiance of energy should spread over the practitioner's body. You should tune in to the feminine in your left hand, but do not lose sight of the shining sun in your right. As you train, it turns out to feel both energies at the same time.
Additional visualization exercise
The moon and the sun in the hands are quite enough to harmonize the energy, but if you wish, you can use one more exercise to enhance the effect. It is as follows:
- imagine yourself on Earth, from which a powerful flow of Yin energy comes, penetrating the body, and goes up;
- then the situation changes to outer space, where the stars shine around, and the energy of the sky fills the body.
During this exercise, it is important to translate an imaginary picture into physical sensations. When performing visualization, one should be aware of the luminous discs in the hands and keep the feeling of the presence of two energies.
Each stage of visualization lasts about five minutes, but can be adjusted depending on the internal needs of the practitioner.
The second level of visualization
The next level allows you to connect both beginnings in a person.
The practitioner imagines the Moon and the Sun in front of him on the same line, but in such a way that the size of both planets is the same. Next, you should move the planets in your imagination so that one overlaps the other, but does not hide it, but merges into one. Merging can be done by keeping the radiance from each planet. From the first level of meditation, the practitioner already knows the sensations of each energy. When the planets merge, it is necessary to maintain this sense of perception of the two energies.
The two beginnings direct a single beam of energy containing both components towards the practitioner, filling him with energy. Excesses freely leave the body, nourishing and developing the aura that shines around the physical body.
The next stage offers to feel the small Sun and the small Moon in every cell of the body, realizing their unity and opposite.
Each stage lasts about five minutes, but can also be adjusted depending on the desire of the practitioner.
The result of the practice is a feeling of fullness of life, harmony and integrity.
