On the other side of the Severyanin platform, a covered pedestrian bridge with a length of about 60 meters will be built. It will be possible to go along it in the direction of Prospect Mira.

Paveletskoye direction: Lower and Upper Kotly

On the Paveletskoye direction, two platforms of the suburban station Nizhnie Kotly will be moved 900 meters closer to the station of the Moscow Central Ring and will be built on a flyover across the tracks of the MCC and Moscow Railways. It will be one of the largest at the MCC. He will connect in a warm loop the Mezhdunarodnaya metro station and the Delovoy Tsentr bus stop at the MCC. Pedestrian communication will be provided to the Testovskaya platform of the Smolensk direction.

It is planned to build a parking lot, an underground passage from TPU Business Center to Moscow City, an overhead pedestrian gallery from TPU Business Center directly to the Moscow City building (above Testovskaya street). The elevated pedestrian crossing will be built in the second stage.

As part of the TPU, the construction of an office center and parking areas (second stage) is envisaged. total area development is 151 thousand sq. m.
A terminal with ticket offices and turnstiles is being built under the flyover of the Third Transport Ring, which will be connected to the northern pavilion of the Mezhdunarodnaya metro station. Thus, from the MCC station "Delovoy Tsentr" you can immediately go down to the metro lobby, as well as go out onto Testovskaya Street to the stops of surface urban transport, or through the underground pedestrian crossing to Moscow City. There will also be organized an exit to the opposite side of the TPU to the Botanical Garden.

General information MCC

Moscow ring railway (MCC) one of the largest infrastructure projects of the Moscow government, implemented in as soon as possible, allowing many times to reduce the load on the Moscow metro, and the whole transport system of the city

The MCC is, in fact, the second metro ring line with a unified ticket system for the Moscow metro. 31 stations (TPU) were built at the MCC. It is possible to transfer from any TPU to surface urban passenger transport.

At 17 out of 31 stations, it is possible to change to 11 metro lines. Also, at 10 TPUs, you can transfer to commuter trains.

The rolling stock at the Moscow Central Circle is represented by high-speed electric trains "Lastochka" produced by Siemens AG. Trains consist of 5 carriages.
Electric train operation is possible at temperatures environment from -40 ° C to + 40 ° C. The carriages are equipped with two-leaf reclining-sliding doors, two on each side of the carriage.

The electronics of the cars contain built-in lighting, loudspeakers, digital information boards. For recharging mobile devices, the carry-on shelves have built-in electrical outlets rated for voltage 220v alternating current.

Bathrooms with dry closets are installed in the head carriages of the train.(one per carriage), bathrooms are equipped with special equipment for people with limited mobility.
28 high-speed electric trains "Lastochka" run at the MCC. The train moves almost silently and can accelerate up to 120 kilometers per hour. During peak hours, trains run every six minutes, the rest of the time - at intervals of 11-15 minutes. The total journey time on the ring is about 75-85 minutes.

Technologies

Smart escalators with motion sensors

Energy-saving escalators are installed on the Moscow Central Circle (MCC). Smart escalators start moving only when passengers approach them. Accordingly, if there are no passengers on the escalator, it automatically slows down and stops.

Opening doors "On demand"

Doors in electric trains open at the request of passengers. The doors are opened only during a complete stop of the train on the platform, and only when the doors are ready to open, and a special green signal lights up.

On the outside and inner sides special stickers are placed on the doors, informing that before entering or exiting to open the doors, you must press the corresponding button.

Thermal curtain / Climate control system

In cold weather, electric trains on the Moscow Central Circle will turn on the doors thermal curtain... The heat curtain turns on automatically at stops, when the doors are opened.

“Warm air is discharged directly in front of the doors in the carriage, creating a thermal curtain and preventing cold air from getting inside,” - the press service of Russian Railways.

The thermal curtain will protect the car from sharp drops temperatures and will be able to maintain a comfortable temperature for passengers at any time of the year.

The MCC wagons provide automatic system heating, which turns on when the ambient temperature drops below the air temperature in the train. In the climate control of trains, an antibacterial air disinfection system is integrated, which will protect passengers from all kinds of infections and viruses in the carriages, which is undoubtedly relevant to those. solution for public transport

Station MCC "Okruzhnaya". November 1st, 2016

Okruzhnaya station is another station with a convenient transfer to commuter trains. A change here allowed to unload the metro station. "Timiryazevskaya", now some of the passengers get out and transfer to the loop. There is always a steadily large passenger traffic, and soon a metro station will appear here, and passengers will be able to transfer here to the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. Let's take a look at the station, see what is there now, and what they plan to build in the future. And let's also see why it was here, at Okruzhnaya, that an incident occurred with a man who was hit by a train, and whether this tragedy could have been avoided.

Let's start with the renders, especially since there is something interesting here. In general, it was planned to make the Okruzhnaya station a large TPU. The MCC, the metro and the electric train will intersect here. The idea is very cool.
So the passenger terminal as the architects saw it. Here again is a concourse with a stained-glass window passing into a translucent ceiling, which of course has not been realized. Interestingly, the transition to the cover above the platform of the roof of the staircase was made and the cover itself was drawn not by the standard Russian Railways. Here the terminal is drawn without any overhead passages. The same theme, if you remember, was at the Luzhniki station, there were no transitions in the early renders.

And at some point appeared accent color, a light green color appeared in the decoration, the color of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line.

Then there was a pedestrian crossing and a descent tower to the locomotive passage.

Something like that.

Well, the coolest option is the option with the integration of all types of transport into a single TPU. In the background is the station and the passenger terminal of the MCC, on the right is the railway with the Okruzhnaya platform, and the staircase tower from the previous version has turned into a combined pavilion for the MCC and the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line station under construction.

The pavilion is designed in the same style as the rest of the MCC standard structures.

It was assumed that after entering the pavilion, passengers will go up the escalator to the MCC station, and down to the lobby of the metro station. A cool decision, and even the project of this pavilion was completed at the preliminary design stage. However, now all this will not be, and there will be an ordinary typical pavilion above the staircase, as at three new LDL stations. It is not yet clear whether there will be an integrated transfer to an electric train from the MCC.

1. So far there is only one entrance to the station, through this large pavilion. It almost looks like no renders. Not bad. Here you can see, by the way, that people from the train are in a hurry to transfer to the MCC. They run across the road and the traffic light for pedestrians works quite a bit, and the phase for cars is quite long here. The piece of iron passes over that bridge in the background. Parallel to it, a pedestrian bridge goes from the terminal, we saw it in the renders a little higher.

2. This bridge does not end with anything. Moreover, where it suddenly breaks off, no work is being done. What will eventually be built there is unclear. Since they have already given up beautiful idea of the combined entrance pavilion on the MCC and the metro, then a staircase tower will probably be built here. In this case, it will be used only in the downward direction, since everyone will be scrapped to go up to the second floor and people will continue to run across the street. The second option is if from this passage they make a passage to the railway platform so that people can directly transfer from the train to the MCC.

3. Two bridges.

4. Entrance to the station. Unusually narrow. It is strange that they decided to put only 4 doors at the entrance and exit. And in general, the entrance group was screwed in as it was carelessly, on the sides they were sewn up with something incomprehensible, although, logically, the facing from the panels with which the pylon was sheathed on the left should have continued. One thing pleases, the doors here are normal capital underground. The outer door is wider for wheelchair access.

5. But then a surprise awaits the wheelchair users - a staircase, although a lift is provided for access. However, it would be easier and more logical to make a ramp, all the more space here both in width and length more than.

6. We get into the cashier's hall. Those who go clockwise immediately pass through the turnstiles and go to the left onto the platform.

7. If you need to go in the opposite direction - go up. Interesting feature... If the station were originally designed for one entrance, then below, where the ticket offices are, they would put a second string of turnstiles. It would be cheaper and easier. On slats false ceiling some wires are visible, maybe not all the fixtures are installed yet.

8. Behind the escalators there is a staircase, and even further there is an elevator. When I was here, he did not work.

9. We go upstairs to the concourse. The elevator shaft is glazed - not bad.

10. Few people use the stairs, the navigation is quite illogical so far.

11. General form hall. There are also turnstiles. Perhaps, when more passengers of electric trains come to this hall, Russian Railways turnstiles will also be installed, although it is possible that ticket control will be carried out already on the platform behind the bag, because otherwise it will be necessary to set up ticket offices selling tickets for the electric train.

12. A bridge is visible outside the windows.

13. And here is another exit from the terminal, but for now it is closed.

14. Here you can stand and admire the trains. Both by electric trains and by "Swallows" running below. As evil ... nobody.

15. On the other side there is also a staircase, an elevator and an escalator behind me.

16. Outside the windows there is a descent in the direction of Signalny passage, the entrance to which is in photo 13.

17. Conventional escalators. One for the descent, the other for the ascent.

18. There are doors at the exit to the platform. Fine. All the same, the thermal circuit was closed here. These doors are not enough for example on "Vladykino". Again entry group inserted anyhow. And it is not clear why there is a sign with the name of the station, and not with the names of the streets where the exits lead. We noticed that two doors were made to the entrance. As if hinting that you can go down the stairs.

19. It is located behind the escalators, there are no doors - the cold will blow into the terminal - this is not correct.

20. The visor around the staircase is not hemmed with anything from below and does not look very beautiful.

21. And here is the descent in the direction of the Signal. It is not open and people from that side find it rather problematic to get to the station.

22. Note that there is no fence here. Only when I was there were two people crossing the path. As it turned out, it is not so safe. It was on Okruzhnaya that a man died crossing the path. Here, whether he ran across or not is not important, but the absence of a barrier and the absence of a normal transition to the other side provokes people to risk their lives.

23. The platform is as close as possible to the tracks of the Savelovsky direction.

24. Here's what I thought. The lift is located at the very end of the platform and a wheelchair user must roll there along the edge of the platform. Quite unpleasant. Especially in winter.

25.

26. Let's take a closer look at how the decoration was made here. At first glance, everything is pretty neat, except for the visor.

28. And here I went

How is the construction of interchange at the MCC progressing July 7th, 2017

Passenger traffic along the Moscow Central Circle has been launched for almost 10 months. During this time, the ring carried more than 65 million passengers, and the monthly passenger traffic exceeds 360 thousand passengers per day. Meanwhile, the launch of passenger traffic, as such, is only the first stage in the development of the project. It is followed by two more: the integration of the MCC with the radial directions of the Moscow Railways (stage 2) and the development of adjacent territories (stage 3). It is precisely about the second stage that we will talk about today. Let's see how the construction of interchange hubs at the intersections of the MCC with other railway lines is proceeding.

Let's start from the Paveletsky direction
Here, in order to integrate with the MCC and organize a transfer to the Verkhniye Kotly station (I still want to complain about the complete topological illiteracy of the person who came up with such a name), a new stopping point is being built.

The project provides for the construction of two island passenger platforms, which will make it possible to organize a stopover for trains following all the main tracks. It will be possible to assign a stop here for Aeroexpress trains to Domodedovo airport and suburban express trains.

The facility is very large-scale, part of the platforms will be placed on overpasses, which requires their complete reconstruction. The axes of the main tracks will also shift. At the moment, the construction of retaining walls is being completed.

The next direction is Riga
Initially, the project for the integration of the Riga direction with the MCC provided for the transfer of the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo platform to organize a transfer hub. But later, under pressure from the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Construction, another decision was made: to leave the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo in place, and to transfer the Leningradskaya platform to transfer to the MCC.

It's too late to say now, but such a decision is a deterioration in conditions for tens of thousands of passengers using this platform every day (exclusively our opinion). The existing location of the platform allows it to be used for transferring to the Voykovskaya metro station (albeit this is not the most comfortable transfer, but still), plus, besides, the stops of surface urban passenger transport are also located nearby. Moving the platform will lengthen the route from the platform to the metro by 140 meters (from 400m to 530m). In addition, if earlier the transfer route was obvious and passed along the sidewalks of the main Leningradsky Prospekt, then after the platform transfer, the route to the metro will pass through the 2nd Voikovsky passage, which is rather a courtyard passage than a part of the transfer hub.

However, construction is already underway. It is planned to build two side platforms with two vestibules here. The western vestibule of the platform will directly adjoin both the northern end of the Streshnevo station of the MCC, thereby forming a transfer connection. The eastern entrance hall of the platform will provide an exit in the direction of the metro and Leningradskoe shosse.

The next direction for our inspection is Savyolovskoe
Despite the fact that the existing Okruzhnaya platform is already conveniently located for a transfer to the MCC, it was decided to build new platforms, moreover, also on overpasses. This decision was dictated by the need to bring the railway tracks to the overpass, since below it is planned to pass the North-West and North-East Expressways.

After completion of construction, all transplants will be carried out entirely in a warm circuit.

Yaroslavl direction
Here, within the framework of integration with the MCC, work is underway to move the Severyanin stop closer to the Rostokino station. It must be said that the platform transfer project repeatedly passed from one work title to another, as a result of which it did not fit well with neighboring projects. Although work on the construction of the platform began in the fall, in the spring a part of the constructed platform had to be dismantled. its location turned out to be within the dimensions of one of the main tracks, the re-laying of which is planned in connection with the laying of the V-th main track.

Another difficulty of this transport hub is the passage of the North-Eastern Expressway near it and the junction with the Yaroslavl Highway. Thus, in one of the latest routing proposals, the road designers threw out a reserve for the western entrance hall of the Rostokino station (designed with an exit to Prospekt Mira). Of course, this is an unacceptable decision: the western lobby is essential for organizing convenient interchange connections with transport running along Prospekt Mira, especially in light of the fact that the new location of the Severyanin platform will somewhat distance it from the existing interchange connections with ground transport stops.

Gorky direction
The construction of the Karacharovo transport interchange hub is underway here, which in the future should become one of the largest in Moscow. It will include the Nizhegorodskaya MCC station, two metro stations and the Karacharovo platform in the Gorky direction, which will be moved closer to the Moscow Railway. In the future, in the Gorky direction, it is planned to organize the so-called. "Zone station", when some of the routes of electric trains will not go to the center to the station, but will end here. This is, at least, a very controversial decision that runs counter to global trends in the development of intracity rail transport, when suburban trains, on the contrary, are made as transitory as possible in order to create a virtually second circuit of off-street transport.

And finally, transfer to the Kursk direction. Near the station of the MCC "Novokhokhlovskaya", work has already begun on the construction of a new stopping point in the radial direction. It is planned that the new platform will be with an island platform, connected in a warm loop with the lobby of the MCC station.

Of course, integration with radial railway lines is only part of the 2nd stage of the MCC's development. In addition, a decision has now been made to build additional lobbies at the stations: Lokomotiv, ZIL and Botanichesky Sad. The question of the construction of second lobbies at the stopping points "Vladykino" and "Baltiyskaya" is being considered. Practice shows that it is the vestibules that are the bottleneck, limiting throughput Moscow Central Circle: in most lobbies, escalators of reduced width are used (80 cm versus the standard 100 cm in the metro), this does not make it possible for two passengers to fully get up on a step, as well as use the left side for passage, which significantly reduces the throughput.

Have you already tasted the MCC in a year? Will new transplants make the ring more convenient for you?

Next year, the Karacharovo stopping point of the Gorky direction of the Moscow Railway (MZhD) will be moved half a kilometer to the Moscow Central Circle (MCC). There will be a convenient transfer from the railway to the Nizhegorodskaya MCC station. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Railways.

The new station Karacharovo will replace the existing railway station of the same name. The change from suburban trains to Lastochki will take just a few minutes. At the same time, passengers will not need to go out into the street, the crossing will be built according to the principle of "dry feet". Currently, the railway workers are building an underground pedestrian crossing and a platform. In total, three passenger platforms, six through tracks and two dead-ends will be erected at the station.

Every day 187 thousand people use the electric trains of the Gorky direction. The busiest station on the route is Moscow-Kurskaya. 50 thousand people pass through the turnstiles of the Gorky dead ends at the Kursk railway station every day. The second in terms of passenger traffic is Zheleznodorozhnaya station. It is used by 35 thousand people a day. The rest of the stations, on average, allow 11 thousand people to pass through.

A quick transfer from the train to the MCC will unload central stations subway - "Kursk" Circular line, Kurskaya Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line and Chkalovskaya Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. Passengers do not have to go to the Kursk railway station to change to the metro.

In addition, the plans of JSC "Russian Railways" - to make the station Karacharovo for some suburban trains initial and final. This measure will reduce the passenger traffic of the Kursk railway station, as well as increase the throughput of the railway in the section from the Moscow-Kurskaya station to the Karacharovo station. It is this section that is currently the busiest, since the Kursk railway station also receives passengers from the Kursk direction of the Moscow Railways and through suburban trains of the Riga and Belorussky directions.

From the Karacharovo platform, it will be possible to transfer not only to the MCC, but also to a new radial line - Kozhukhovskaya, which the city authorities promise to build next year. From the railway it will be possible to go underground to the Nizhegorodskaya Ulitsa station, from which the metro will take you to the Nekrasovka station on the outskirts of Moscow in the Nekrasovka area.

By the way, passengers will be able to transfer to one more station - Nizhegorodskaya Ulitsa, located on the Third Interchange Circuit. It should also be built in 2018.

Thus, in 2018, in the area of Ryazanskaya Prospekt street in the southeast of Moscow, the largest transport hub will appear, connecting suburban trains, the MCC and metro stations.

Yaroslavl direction

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

In the new year, the Severyanin station of the Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow Railway will be closer to the MCC. The suburban platform will be moved 600 m to the Rostokino station. The distance will be reduced from 620 to 20 m. An underground pedestrian crossing will connect the two stations. Three passenger platforms will be built at the station.

The new comfortable transfer will reduce the load at the Yaroslavsky railway station and the Komsomolskaya metro station. More than 97 thousand people come to the Yaroslavsky railway station by commuter trains every day. The passenger traffic in the Yaroslavl direction is almost 450 thou. person per day.

The launch of traffic on the MCC in 2016 reduced the load on the Komsomolskaya metro station by a quarter. The approach of the railway platform to the MCC will make the most popular metro station even freer. According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin, the passenger traffic at the Rostokino MCC station during rush hour can reach 37 thousand people.

Riga direction

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

A new station, Leningradskaya, is being built to transfer passengers to the Riga direction of the Moscow Railway. The integration of the Streshnevo MCC station and the railway will take place next year. The stations will be united by a covered walkway, and in order for the residents of the surrounding areas to use the ring road, pedestrian bridges will be built on each side of the stopping point.

Now, to get from "Leningradskaya" to the second metro ring, you have to overcome the distance of 1.5 km on foot and enter the station only through Leningradsky Prospekt. Passenger traffic after the platform transfer will approximately double - from 4.3 thousand people to 7.9 thousand.

Savelovskoe direction

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

Okruzhnaya station of the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway will be built on a railway overpass. The distance between Okruzhnaya MCC station and the suburban train stop will be reduced from 260 to 50 m. The transfer will be quick and warm.

Those who need to go to the center will be able to take an elevator down to the Okruzhnaya station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. The new station will open to traffic at the end of this year. It will be a continuation of the light green line from the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station. All three "District" will be connected by elevators and escalators.

Paveletskoe direction

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

The Paveletskoye direction of the Moscow Railway and the Verkhniye Kotly station of the MCC will be connected by the new Varshavskaya platform at the end of 2018. According to Marat Khusnullin, for the integration of the railway and the metro, it is planned to build a platform with a turnstile cash terminal, build tracks, and modernize the railway infrastructure.

The passenger transfer will reduce the load at the Paveletskaya and Nagatinskaya metro stations. The projected passenger traffic of the new hub will be about 18 thousand people during rush hour. Now, in order to transfer to the MCC, passengers of the Paveletsky direction go from the Nizhniye Kotly station for about 1.2 km. Their path runs along the Varshavskoe highway.

Kursk direction

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

At the end of next year, it is planned to merge the Novokhokhlovskaya MCC station and the station of the same name in the Kursk direction of the Moscow Railways by a covered walkway. The railway station is to be built within a year. After that, when changing from one station to another, passengers will have "dry legs". In the meantime, those who decided to change from the Kalitniki station of the Kursk direction of the Moscow Railways to the Novokhokhlovskaya MCC station have to overcome one and a half kilometers along an unsettled road.

NATI station of the Oktyabrskaya railway

Photo: portal Moscow 24 / Alexander Avilov

The NATI station of the Oktyabrskaya railway will not be moved closer to the MCC. Passengers travel from the commuter train to the Likhobory station of the MCC for about six minutes. True, now construction is underway here, being erected roadbed northern section of the North-East Expressway. And in a year, a covered pedestrian crossing will be erected for the transfer of pedestrians.
