Therefore, opponents of the discussed initiatives believe that in the conditions of the Russian communal system, only thermal treatment of water supplied to the apartment is in modern realities a truly effective disinfection method.

To date, there are still previously developed standards, newly planned to introduce from March 2017, but so far there are no official confirmations in this matter.
