Interview with a new university teacher. I am convinced that children and adolescents are very thinly tuned secuch to respect

Interview philologist

My little sister has been working at school for 6 years, and let the teacher's profession is not rare, but fewer people go to school. She is 14 years older than me, and how I remember her, she is constantly learning. The work of the teacher is complex: it is constant self-development and self-improvement. Once in 3 years, teachers are sent to courses, and then they pass exams. I myself study in 9 "a" class, soon graduation exams (OGE). I have already decided on the choice of profession: I want to become a music teacher. I love to sing, and I want to do this in life.

Hello. We ask you a couple of questions.

Of course. Specify.

Tell me about yourself: who do you work and how long do you work for this profession?

I work at the school teacher of Russian language and literature relatively recently. Immediately after the university I was taken to the state of my school, which I ended with honors 6 years ago.

Why did you choose this profession?

It happened ... I wanted to become a journalist, but for admission to the university for this specialty we needed articles that I did not have. As an alternative, I was offered to enroll on the philological. What I did. After graduating from the university, there was a choice: to become a teacher at school or TV presenter, I chose school.

Are you satisfied with your choice?

The work of the teacher is very complicated and requires strong nerves, patience, knowledge of their subject, but I am satisfied with my choice.

Is it difficult to master this profession? What kind of education should be obtained for this?

I would not say that it is easy. 6 years of intense studies, then practice, relax only on the weekend, and then all the main written work is left for the weekend. In order to master this profession, you need to get a higher education.

Do you need any special qualities and skills to a person who decided to become a specialist in this area?

- Yes of course. Huge abdinity, competent letters, expressive reading, charm, individuality, sociability, knowledge of children's, teenage and adult psychology, ability to compromise, etc.

What difficulties do you come across your work?

With difficulties, of course, everyone is faced, but in my sphere and in our time the difficulties have become massive. Children do not want to read, they are difficult to interest them and therefore spend a lot of time in search of something like that, so that the students are interested.

What is the most interesting in your profession?

- That every day is different. No day and no lesson repeatedly repeated. And the monotony, you know, causes boredom.

Does your profession make creative opportunities to express yourself?

The teacher's profession is one of the most creative, one can say, along with designers and stylists. Lesson - Scene, Lesson - KVN, Lesson - Business game, Presentations, Slides, who are preparing both children and teacher, Cool watches, out-of-school events form a creative approach to the lesson.

How useful is your profession and important for our country?

My profession is one of the most important in the world. The teacher forms a person as a person. Goggles on life and character, readiness and literacy go from school.

Did the children's dream come true about the future profession?

No. I dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, but my dream remained a dream ..

Bringslieyours Profession good income?

In my village, where I live and work, it is very good income. Sin complain (smiles).

Only to those who actually love children, as well as the subject "Russian language and literature".

What would you like to warn those who are going to get the same profession like yours?

It is impossible to choose this profession to those who want to earn it. This is not the profession where you can get rich. Spearly crasarplays goes on the purchase of material necessary in the lesson (tables, demonstration cards, audio and video materials, etc.

How do you see your profession in the future?

Very sought-after. I hope people will understand how important it is to be competent, read and able to express our opinion. And the main responsibilities of the teacher, in my opinion, are that.

What was the first day at work?

Oh, it was so scary and exciting. Japroston is accustomed to being in the spotlight, and now I can't live without my work without my work

Are you proud of your profession?

Yes. This is one of the respected professions. Otherwise it can not be.

How much did you earn at first? And now?

I remember my salary was 5390 rubles. And now 17,200 rubles. For my region is not bad.

Do you have a big team?

Our school employs 41 teachers. Someone went on maternity leave, someone came around with a decree.

And how many students? Are many interested students?

321 student. Much. Mostly it is younger classes and prom, who plans to do.

Do you have pets in the classroom?

Yes, but I always try not to allocate anyone, because it bothers it very much.

Thanks for answers. While.

It's my pleasure. Contact me more.

Student 9 "a" class of Okhlinskaya Sosh Omarova Hadijat

So-s. We once went to school for the first time. We all remember how we wanted or did not want to learn. We all remember how much the first teacher liked.

By sending your child to school, we want to be sure that he will be fine.

What is important to get from elementary school? ...

I think that for each parent (Estessly, I'm not talking about coparing my momas who are sincerely sure about the need to push into your child a ton of the necessary and unnecessary information and make it go to all possible add-on, overloading it) is important in the initial School:

4. Expanded the horizons

5. Not repelled desire to learn, showing that it is interesting

6. And the main thing: did not break and did not beat the inclination and the talents of the child.

For elementary school, it is still better to choose a superpring school (in the future, you can always translate, already understanding that for your child is more interesting), and teachers. Those. A person who will spend with your child a good half of the day (if not more).

Therefore, it seems to me that it is best to go to school, at the place of registration or which you have chosen, and get acquainted with the teachers who are gaining first class.

Moreover, it will not just get acquainted and set the standard questions that you are worried, but to carry out a certain interview. After all, roughly speaking, this person will work for you.

But we are all people and understand what we would not like if any aunt would have come and let me examine or interrogate.

Therefore, having agreed with the teacher about the conversation, remember that you are looking for a person and worry about your child. And starting a conversation, first of all, emphasize that you would like to make your child in school well, calmly, fun and interesting. And therefore, you would like to ask a number of questions in the teacher about himself. Tell me that you understand that some questions will be unexpected, ask not to be surprised, because the first teacher is so important (teachers will agree with you).

I offer a list of questions.) (Imagine that you interview - but not an estimate)

1. Do you like your job? Why?

2. Why did you become a teacher?

3. What do you like most of your work?

4. And what not?

5. What are you reading now? Not for work, but simply for yourself.

6. What do you consider the biggest achievement in your teacher practice?

7. How do you increase the interest and motivation of your students?

8. How do you feel about your disciples show individuality and defend their right to personal opinion? (here is the attention, a good teacher understands that even kids have his personal opinion)

9. What would you ask to tell your disciples to better get acquainted with them?

10. How do you do with students who differ in poor behavior and education?

11. So that you want your disciples to remember, after graduating from elementary school?

12. What special methods and technology do you use on your lessons?

13. Describe the perfect lesson, how do you imagine it?

14. Did you ever have failed lessons? Tell me about the worst? (maybe at the beginning of a career, which is remembered)

15. Name five adjectives that you can describe yourself?

16. What are your personal qualities you consider most useful in teacher work?

17.Scider about your idea of \u200b\u200bschool education?

18. If you had the opportunity to open my school, what would she have?

19. What topics in your subjects do you like most and why?

20. How do you imagine the perfect child? (Actually ATTENTION! Ideality - this is the framework in which they drive)

Once again, I remind you that you do not need to show what you are doing a real interview, show that you are concerned, you are really important and interesting (people love, when they are interested in), be sure to thank you for your time, for consent to the meeting.

Well, of course, immediately, by how a person treated the proposal to meet, as a conversation behaved, what he would say, as far as he was interested in his work, she loves her, loves children, what positions in relation to children have, so what Man in general.

All successful conversations and excellent teachers)

Maria Kanatova, our secret agent in the glorious city of Tartu, interviewed Lea Lebitovna Pild, Associate Professor and Senior Researcher of the Department of Russian Literature of the University of Tartu. Lea Lembitovna spoke about studies at the Pskov Music School and Tartu University, about the dawn of Grigorievna Mintz and "thought-minded" scientific communication, about the atmosphere at the department of Russian literature and elegance of Yuri Mikhailovich Lotman, about unexpected issues of foreign students, enthusiastic piano music and the situation of philology in the world .

- The first question: how did you get to the Faculty of Philology? As far as we know, you studied at the music school, after, they taught in the class of piano, and only then they entered Tartu. Tell about it in more detail.

I think these two institutions are related to each other. When I enrolled in a music school - it was in the 74th year - there was still a sister of Yuri Mikhailovich Lotman, Inna Mikhailovna Oblotzova, now the deceased, she was the head of the theoretical department. I studied at the first year, but I was still able to listen to her. It was some kind of sign, as I later began to think. And then she retired, I was transferred to the day separation. Inna Mikhailovna replaced the brilliant teacher, whom I still remember. His name was Roman Evgenievich Kontarovsky, he was the head of the theoretical department, taught the history of music and taught it to truly understand (for example, the fifth symphony of Shostakovich or Ballet Prokofiev "Romeo and Juliet" I still remember by themes).
In my consciousness, these two educational institutions - the Pskov Music School and the University of Tartu are connected by the figures of teachers, because both there, and here we had very bright teachers. I did not continue the music of music simply because I did not go to the Tallinn Conservatory and decided that this was not mine. My mother once studied at the Zara Grigorievna, and Yuri Mikhailovich, but not at the university, and in the Tartu Teacher's Institute, when they were taught there, it was the beginning of the 50s. And she expressed such a thought that I could try to enroll here that I did. I believe that it turned out to be a very right solution.

- And how soon did you understand what you want to do science?

Oddly enough, for some reason I thought about it from the very beginning. I understand that this was extremely presumptuous on my part. Why? Because when I came here, I absolutely did not have the idea that there was an analysis of artistic text. At school (I finished Estonian school in Pechoras) We never practiced this, but I read some literary works, Russian literature loved more than other literature from an early age, knew that if he was engaged, or a block, or Dostoevsky. And I was fully consciously entered the seminar right to the dawn Grigorievna, and not, for example, to Yuri Mikhailovich, precisely because Zara Grigorievna was engaged in these two authors. Somehow it turned out that Zara Grigorievna paid attention to me, and some of the first of my course work she decided to publish in the Blokovsky compilation (she was the editor-in-chief of this edition from the beginning of the 1960s, there were published, mainly masty scientists , Students are not so often). Of course, it was absolutely children's work, but it all started. Then it was very important for me that all this (that is, the classes by the block, then Czech) occurred next to the bore of the Grigorievna. Almost so much of her scientific talent and erudition (although, of course, it is), how much humanity, goodwill, tact, despusting ...

- How was your circle of scientific interests formed?

It was formed long, that is, rather, all the time expanded, and again, I could not say that the formation was over. At first I wrote, even in the seminar, two work on the block at the Zara Grigorievna. Then we decided that it was necessary to somehow combine literary interests with musical, and Zara Grigorievna gave me the topic "The sounding world in Prose Chekhov", and two years were Czechs. These two topics, in fact, then for a long time determined the circle of my interests: Russian symbolism and literature of the second half of the XIX century. After I graduated from the university, Zara Grigorievna decided that I had to deal with the preimolution. She herself at this time wrote articles about the pre-confession and gave me the topic of Korolenko (it was necessary to analyze how he was inscribed in the preimolution system). And then the horses of the Grigorievna did not become, it was in the 90th year, and it was a disaster. Not only because it was necessary to search for another scientific leader. It became clear that this, "humanized" scientific communication will no longer be. For some time I just did not understand what I would do. Then he came up with the topic "Turgenev in the perception of Russian symbolists." Again in the center - Russian symbolism, but a much wider circle of authors, and on the other hand, the literary tradition of the second halfXIX. century. After the defense of the thesis (in 1999), I returned to the topic of preydimalize in that perspective, as Zara Grigoryevna imagined him: this is the Poetry of the Schurosevsky, the memoir prose of Yasinsky, and, finally, Fet. Gradually, it turned out that Feta Poets can be done completely independently. And, of course, I am engaged in Estonian literature, prose of outstanding Estonian writers - Tammsaare, Cross. We live in Estonia, so it would be strange to not see and do not hear what is around us.

- Tell more about how it was: to learn from Yuri Mikhailovich, the Zara Grigorievna. Everyone who came across them, especially since he studied, there is something to tell special. What personally affected you, on your activity?

Again, I remember the second course when I was transferred to the day office and entered the workshop of Grigorievna. Life in Tartu turned out to be an embodiment of my ideas about happiness, if we consider the fullness of life and the brightness of impressions. All this time, we are almost every day, or a day later, I listened to the lectures of Yuri Mikhailovich and the Zara Grigorievna.I studied in the Estonian group, as completed by the Estonian school, and lectures on the history of Russian literature of the first halfXIX. at. I read Love Nikolaevna Kiseleva. But I still in parallel went to the Russian group to listen Yuri Mikhailovich. Must admit that in the second year I understood very little in the content of these lectures. There was a feeling of sacred trepidation, there was an understanding that this is an outstanding person, quite special. And this is a hearing of lectures in the second year and communication, which with the glow of Grigorievna and Yuri Mikhailovich has already begun - it was happiness. There was a constant intellectual and emotional tension. It stained all existence.
And then we, seminars, often began to have professors at home. Classes for science for the burdens of Grigorievna and Yuri Mikhailovich was a way of life, life style. They all the time were busy (not only by the writing of articles and the correction of publications, but also reading student work). Zara Grigorievna often went to bed at two o'clock in the morning; Yuri Mikhailovich, in my opinion, did not go to bed at all, I do not know if he slept. We all knew that he was sitting at night in the office and writing something (and at the same time he listens to classical music). That year, when I was transferred to the day office, in the seminar at the Zara Grigorievna, we had sixteen people. Of course, this is insanely a lot. It is surprising that in the classes at the Zara Grigorievna there was no hierarchy. She never said "I now have to deal with my business or the affairs of Yuri Mikhailovich, and then I will read your work." She was engaged with everyone, even with the most weak students of his seminar. It rules added, entertained whole fragments into student work. She rejoiced when a weak student did at least small successes. It was the lifestyle, and since we got sick with him, we could not imagine that you could live somehow differently. What did you spend eight hours, went home, turned on the TV and forgot about everything. The TV with the Zara Grigorievna and Yuri Mikhailovich was not at all, never.
When students came, of course, all covered the table together, put the kettle; Always came out of his office Yuri Mikhailovich. He was elegted in everyday life: he was generally a very elegant man, even when he lectured, it was clear that he was not still like, for example, his gestures or clothes are combined with what he says. I do not know how much he worked on it, because I saw him already absolutely established person. Yuri Mikhailovich I perceived, of course, from a distance, because he was not my supervisor, I saw him like this, at home or lectures. And with the glow of the Grigorievna we had a closer relationship: it was possible to talk with her "about life," she loved it. She was democratic and did not seek to distance themselves from students, was always open to them. Although when we sat at the seminar and looked at her, of course, everyone understood that this was an outstanding personality. She had a rare feature that many memoirists celebrated: she could do a few things at the same time. For example, listen to reports at the student conference and write their article. Or to sit at the seminar, listen to the abstract and something else to think. According to her face it was clear how focused she was, she was unusually beautiful in these moments. And in general - beautiful.
And, unlike most women who are seriously involved in science, very good.

My mother told that when she traveled to Tallinn to teacher courses, teachers were gathered from all over Estonia, and when Zara Grigorievna or Yuri Mikhailovich was in the audience to lecture, then all the teachers got up. And if some other lecturer included, they did not get up (laughs). That is, an absolutely special attitude.

- Just the next question: how has the atmosphere changed at the department since then and what has been preserved?

How to tell you, we still have students, then graduate students. When we came to the department, I watched this life with some distance. Of course, the atmosphere at the department determined Yuri Mikhailovich: a unique person, a brilliant person and a scientist. And it is clear that when the community in the scientist is such a person, then there is a lot of tension around. Coexist with him next, I think it was not easy. And anyway, when we came, we have always seen only goodwill, felt a cozy atmosphere.
How has this atmosphere changed? Well, changed, first of all, because there is no moreria Mikhailovich and there are no more burdens, unique people. But, undoubtedly, much in the atmosphere has been preserved. I believe that our department has now developed a community, too, is largely unique, because we have a good relationship (actually it is rare). In addition, we learned, apparently, from our teachers, that nothing can be done superficially, purely formally. And not only we, but also the younger generation, which is now working with us, which we brought up: Maria Borovikova, Dmitry Ivanov,Timur Guzairov- All of them are engaged in science deep and seriously.
One of the main meanings of our activity, I see that we must transfer to our students what they received from their teachers.

- You lectured in many European universities. Tell me how the teaching experience, the experience of communication with students and the overall atmosphere are different from what is happening in Tartu is what you got used to?

When you come to another place, in the same Milan, for example, or Munich, or in Riga - you absolutely do not know this someone else's environment, and you suggest something your own. But it is clear that those who listen to you are the Italians, or the Germans, or Latvians - they have their own cultural background, and they perceive it from some kind of point of view, sometimes completely unexpected for me as a lecturer. And in this sense, of course, such experience is extremely useful, because he, in turn, is preparing for subsequent surprises. As a rule, they ask questions, these foreign listeners, that somewhat distinguishes them from our students, because we have groups where you hear very few questions during the semester, even there were courses, where they did not ask questions at all - it somehow disappoints . Rather, abroad always have some increased activity, increased interest. But maybe it is explained simply by the arrival of a foreign lecturer. I do not know how these students behave with their teachers.

- You and in Russia read lectures.

Yes, the last experience was just in Moscow, at Moscow University (I read lectures on Feta poetry). I must say that the lectures had a great atmosphere. The listeners were already probably prepared for such lectures by Mikhail Sergeyevich Makeev, - famous Nekrasoven. He himself was a very good listener - competent interested, careful.

- What are your unscientific interests?

Major unscientific interest is music. It so happened that I stopped playing the piano, but I listen to a lot. If before the music did not like the music of modern composers, even very talented, then lately I began to listen to them (Shnitka, Pärt, Gubaidulline). In Moscow, there is a radio station "Orpheus", broadcasting classical music, as they themselves say, the only radio station of such a focus in Russia. If I am at home, I have this radio since the morning and hours up to ten in the evening. I also love to listen to the same works in different designs. For example, Martha Argeryich and Alfred Brendel play the works of Schubert or Richter and Glen Guld play the Bach, etc. I prefer, of course, piano music, but recently more and more fond of vocal genres (I really love Bartoli, Julia Lenzhnev). Recently, somehow was particularly fascinated by the ballet performances - suddenly opened the scale of the giftedness of Nikolai Tsiskaridze for himself and was amazed that in our time people live, the universalness of the talent of which, rather, is associated with the Renaissance Epoch ...

- Well, finally, such a common, very wide question. What do you think about real philology and how do you see her future?

Any philologist will tell you that real philology is not very joyful: investment of finances in humanitarian disciplines are small. But, in principle, this situation characterizes philology not only in Estonia or in Russia, but in all European countries, it can be said worldwide. Still, it seems to me that the future of philology has, but philology, most likely, will be engaged in a small number of people (as, however, and now), for which it is interesting, it is important - I mean literature in this case. I think that the mass is not obligatory here.

# Uzha primary school teacher Anastasia Bondareva (Pre-Sea)

- Teacing - vocation or profession?

- Teacing is definitely - this is a calling that is based on a huge professionalism.

And I sincerely do not understand those teachers who work at school and can not tolerate it. This is primarily mockery. Why then stay at school? For money? Hardly. In most such teachers do not like.

From the university we are published by not quite knowledgeable teachers, sincere, believers in the happiness and joy of the teacher profession, thinking that everything is very easy. And at school, an understanding comes that professionalism is produced by years. I still can not say that I am a teacher professional ( Anastasia works at the 8th year school - approx. ed.).

I sincerely do not understand those teachers who work at school and can not tolerate it.

- You are from the dynasty of teachers. Why did you decide to continue?

- Our pedagogical dynasty is big. My mom is a primary school teacher, but the dynasty itself is from the Pope. My great-grandfather was a teacher of physical culture and primary classes in Saratov, but practically did not have time to work, because the Great Patriotic War began. And my great-grandmother - a history teacher - a very long time, almost from youthful years, worked as director of the Saratov school. She was always pleased to respond about his profession and was very proud of what I also became a teacher.

My mom has been working as a teacher of primary classes for many years, and I always knew what I was doing that I was waiting for, and what was it to be a teacher. Nevertheless, in elementary school, I understood that I want to become a teacher. There was only one rebellion period at 13-14 years old - I wanted to become a makeup artist-cosmetologist and make everyone beautiful and well-groomed. But when I found out that you need to go to Medical University, all the desire was discouraged. After all, once visiting the exam in a medical school (grandmother-medic took a five-year-old me to work) and seeing a mannequin with the internal bodies, I realized that medicine was not mine.

- And what other professions examined when entering the university?

- In addition to the "primary school teacher", none. Served documents only at 1 Faculty at the Vladimir Pedagogical University, as a last resort examined the receipt of the Pedagogical College.

- Many people work at your homework?

- At the time of release of 40 people, interest 85 went to school. This is just a fantastic stream, teachers and dean were in a crazy delight. Over time, someone dropped, but from our group 15 of 20 people are now working in Vladimir schools, areas and nearby cities. We periodically communicate, ask something from each other.

"Why stayed at school Vladimir, and did not go to the capital?"

"I can't say that I immediately wanted to go to Moscow or St. Petersburg." First, I had a target agreement and I had to work in Vladimir for 5 years. But, unfortunately, or happiness, I have never recalled anyone in my life.

I was invited to work in Moscow, and the desire to go somewhere told. But in fact, I am afraid to change something sharply, move to someone else's city away from family and friends, re-all this to work out, form and organize ... In Vladimir school, we went to work with a girlfriend. And after 3-4 years of work, I realized that I would not want to leave the city. I am satisfied with the work, it is possible to somehow develop a pedagogical business. I do not regain that the desire to leave will never be, but now all my plans in Vladimir.

- Five years ago, in September 2013, Dmitry Medvedev came to Vladimir. After all, he visited your school and on your lesson?

- Oh, this is a very funny story. August 2013. I work in the camp and I do not even suspect that in a couple of days I will have to go to work. Suddenly there is a call from the director, and I inform me that tomorrow at 7 am I should be at school, because Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev comes to my open lesson ( Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - approx. ed.). I answer: "Yes, of course, good." I hide the pipe and sob, because it is not morally not ready to leave the detachment of children. But in the end, at 5 am the next day I returned to the city, and at 7:00 I came to school.

It turned out, Dmitry Anatolyevich was going to come to town to visit the lessons related to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and he wanted to trace the development of this topic from the initial to senior classes. Lower the moment of unimaginable school cooking ...

Then I had grade 3, we have not affected the constitution, therefore, on an interactive blackboard, I decided to make a crossword. There were questions about state symbols, thematic terms and keyword - "Constitution". It was assumed that Dmitry Anatolyevich would come at the moment when we would have fun to guess riddles.

At the appearance of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, children did not respond at all, for them it was just uncle from the TV.

He greeted, asked what is the day and says: "Do you solve the crossword? I'll help you". I got up at the board and began to open words when the children gave ways. And now we reach the part of the word Cons, and he says: "Children, you can not go further, you probably know this word."

I answer him through my teeth: "No, Dmitry Anatolyevich, we are still small, we still do not know." He: "Yes No, that you! You know". 4 people are actively pulling hand. He: "Let's choir." And children: "Design". He laughed, congratulated us from September 1, shook my hand. And went to senior classes.

What was the call for the administration to choose for this event exactly me? I was not afraid. Inside, I understood that something strongly could not be so, therefore it is not enough. And the director says that I am constantly smiling.

Very often young teachers, worked out a year, collect things and go.

- Teachers today in deficiency?

- Yes, even though it produces a huge number of teachers annually. They are always missing, because very often young teachers, worked on the year, collect things and go. In addition, 70 percent of the pedagogical composition at school are age teachers (60 years). It is quite difficult for them to work with young children, especially in elementary school, where you need to jump and run. A huge deficit in schools leads to the fact that teachers of primary school have to take 2 classes in different shifts, and local items combine to teachers. From this you can not get anywhere.

Most of all today lacks English teachers. They know that they can find a higher paying job. It's a shame that young teachers are not delayed, and students do not really go. This year, only 1 graduate of my faculty came to work in school ...

- What is the school today?

- Modern school is very individual for me. And this is not about an individual approach. And about the fact that every school has a "his face." She is trying to be in something better, stand out, give a new one. Now an educational institution for 80 percent is automated - a lot of interactive boards, webcams, netbooks, voting systems.

Modern school is livingfully. Everyone has its own opinion, a position towards any question. Ask our moms if they had the right to express something, to change something in their teaching. Of course not. And modern children are happy to take part in the formation of education and sometimes adjust it. And this is insanely interesting when you understand that the child pushes you to a completely different solution to the question, another position you did not consider. And over time, I think about everything, you realize that its version is much more interesting and unusual than what you yourself have conceived.

- And in general, what are the children today?

- Children are very free, and this freedom makes them as insanely interesting, very knowledgeable, and not always good. They are trying to show themselves, self-realize, being leaders. But due to the fact that the TV does not tell about how to be a person, and parents can not always give it enough time, children become more aggressive. And I know that the teachers of the old hardening from this very hard with them to cope. After all, they no longer sleep for their thoughts, and even more so do not accept freedoms of their thinking and opinions.

But I really like modern children. To us, young educators, in this regard is easier. Those children who were before, we do not know, we do not need to be rebuilt.

The modern government and the laws made it so that the school became the scope of services

Interview with teacher

- Is the attitude towards the teacher changed today? It seems that in our school years we treated teachers otherwise, respectfully ...

- Yes, unfortunately, in general, attitudes towards teacher has changed for the worse.

Now most of their school teachers perceive ... as the scope of services. The modern government and the laws made it so that the school really turned into a scope - we provide educational services, and the parent for us is a client. And how everyone knows, the client is always right. The school is also obtained. The parent can come and start stalling his legs, call, rude, write complaints. The most important and offensive thing is that in such moments almost no one can protect the teacher. He finds himself in a hopeless situation. I know excellent teachers who were forced to quit because of such a relationship.

Now every parent believes that it can come and teach us to form their children.

And the school does not criticize the lazy. Although, rather, it is necessary to criticize not a school, but laws and innovations that are trying to bring it.

- By the way about innovation. Is the school program complicated? Don't you think that children reload today, what do you need too much from them?

- School load - a painful question. Since the school is now - this is the scope of services, she is trying to indulge in the desires and trends that "form" around the child in the pre-school period. Talk to the courtyard with any mommy. Where does she give her baby? The poor baby walks into the pool, and on dancing, and on learning English with Chinese, and on mental mathematics, and on embroidery, and in the theater studio, and the hamster is caressing, and rides on the scooter. And more often, not in order to become a versatile person, and so that Mom can say to his girlfriend: "My child began to read earlier, considers within a million, highlights the square root ..." and so on.

These parents' requests are still to school and form what the educational institution gives. The program steps at the same level with children. They are in principle now know more than they knew 5-10-20 years ago. And they can no longer give the level that we gave us.

There are always alternative programs. For example, now a huge number of educational programs. The most common - "School of Russia". I do not consider it bad or easy. It is designed for all children, every child will cope with her, and then everything depends on the teacher. If the child is weaker, it is given some cards, additional material, auxiliary methodological aids. If the child is more intense, with him there is a work of increased complexity. I can not say that the program is very voluminous. Many different objects, extracurricular activities, extracurricular work, which loads the child appeared. But to some extent it unloads parents, because a large number of electives is held on the basis of the school.

- Real case: inWhatsa.pP Children's parents from the same class create a common chat in order to jointly decide for children tasks / perform exercises. What is it? Do not children cope or parents are too torn?

- Yes, in the reality of the case I believe. In my class, someone from the guys did not have time to read the books set for the summer. And moms retell their mom to each other. My children are small, do not hide anything. And when they brought to take reading diaries, someone said, "Oh, yes I did not read it. Mom asked in a common conversation, and I wrote down her. "

Of course, this is the very bear service to your children. A normal adequate teacher will never "eat" and does not humiliate the child, if he approached and says that he did not cope with the task. And so this parents just want to simplify their work (and being a parent is a huge job). After all, one thing is to help the child, another to do for him. But to explain the child once again to parents just laziness or already in the evening, or there are some more things, or just a child infuriates (I also hear it too). Therefore, it is rather, not excessive parental care, but is excessive desire to go easier by way.

My example from life. Despite the fact that my mother is a primary school teacher, I am not an excellent study. I always had two fourths: in the Russian language and mathematics. In grade 2, we were asked a task in which the vegetable place was overclocked in three-liter banks. I could not solve it. Mom explained and verbally, and in the drawing, and on some circles, and somehow. Pope connected, and I did not understand anything. As a result, Mom accepted Mom with Pope, Dad went to the store and brought 9 liters of vegetable oil (it was 1996-97, you understand how much money is for a young family). Parents put 3 banks, overflow something somewhere, and I immediately understood how this task was solved. We solved three hours, but the parents did not surrender, helped, and I decided to task myself.

Interview with teacher

- Most recently inInstagram You shared: "Young, initiative, very competent and interesting teachers a lot, but most often the administration of educational institutions does not even represent how to maintain a fire, how to develop it." Is there a chance to find a common language with the administration?

"I can't say that the administration somehow stops it." I call it the word "disturb". Not only the administration, but also colleagues are very often trying to impose their point of view on communicating with children, carrying out some extracurricular activities, to your desire to self-realize in the educational team. But it is not the only right (and this is not about guidelines). Not any administration looks positively.

Many people need a teacher who is well managed.

I personally lucky with the administration, I do not remember that at least once something was forbidden.

To find a common language with the administration, the first time does not need to be reached. It is necessary to listen, in incomprehensible situations you are not afraid to ask for help. And the main thing is to take the initiative yourself, because under the lying stone water does not flow. It is necessary to communicate, participate in events, teaching competitions, professional. And then there will be a good impression on you, based not only in the opinion of leadership, children and parents, but also on the opinion of some third-party people - members of the jury of various competitions, expert commissions.

In general, the director and veships love young teachers, because the school ages, and young teachers make a new life, the races into the life of children and institutions in principle. If you skillfully and carefully the teacher "news" and do not interfere with him, then this light will not fade.

- You see the school work from the inside. Tell me why school is missing today?

- A complex and compromising question.

The first - school is not enough for a single goal, to which everyone should strive, which everyone must understand, perceive and work on it. Each school may have its own concept or a single state goal. But it seems to me, very often we (education) do not understand who and how we must raise. And therefore it turns out "We all studied little by one and somehow."

The second - lacks interested teachers. Those who would burn, wanted to work.

Third - financing. Banally from economic needs to employee wages. There is not enough money.

I sincerely believe that the work of the teacher should be paid higher.

After all, we give not only our knowledge, but also our emotions, inner power. And the work of the teacher does not end in school. Coming home, you check the notebooks, are preparing for a lesson, communicate with your parents and much more.

In order to earn at school, for example, 50 thousand rubles, I need to take 2.5 bets. But this is an unreal load - you do not have time to live.

- What is the most difficult primary school teacher?

- The most difficult thing in the work of any teacher (not only primary classes) is to find a common language with parents. This will say every teacher.

And in my profession the most difficult thing I should be able to know everything and teach everything. If we initially do not lead the desire to learn, the ability to be friends, the ability to compassion, you will not give the opportunity to self-realize, we will not help you to become one who after many years it will become, he will never do it. After all, by 7 years, a person is formed, and then we lay the skills, skills, knowledge.

- In one of the interviews, our guest-psychologist said: " Today, teachers take a few bets to get a salary to which you can live. These are the same people who have their difficulties and try to survive. If the teachers were better protected, ideologically prepared and they would not have such a load, they would pay more attention to education«.

What do you think about this? Educational function today weakened?

- If we talk about the educational function, I would not say that this is due to a large load workload. The teacher has a huge loading in paper.

Our profession was turned into paper.

Be kind, write an abstract by hand, in electronic form and upload to the network, put an estimate in the diary, fill in the magazine, do not forget to place an e-magazine (enter the themes there, homework, etc.). And I have 32 student. Each you need to enter all this. And I understand that this time could spend to talk to children, play, once again explain something. But this time is not.

Therefore, the educational component depends not on the amount of load. The whole school is an educational space. That the child sees around him, he will "bring" home. And this educational space we adjust.

Interview with teacher

- What do you think, should the teacher take an active part in raising or is it a purely parent matter?

- The family is laid 60-70 percent of upbringing - the ability to be friends, compassion, love, share, help, be angry, show aggression. Teachers may adjust it, show the child as otherwise. And the school organizes space that helps the child develop.

- You see the shortcomings of the educational system, the transformation of teacher in paper, and schools in the scope of services ... Why do you stay at school?

- I love children very much and seem to have some degree of masochism. But I really really like working at school, not counting paper red tape.

- What is the most important thing in life?

- Family. And very many teachers suffer from the fact that this does not understand and remain at the broken trough.

- Name the principles of work Anastasia Maximovna in three words.

- Smile. Development. Interest.

Interview with Silvia Soo

One of the most beloved students and truly fun teachers of our school can be safely called Silvia Soo, music teacher in Estonian. In honor of the 90th anniversary of our school, I took a small interview with Silvia.

How do your children relate to your work? Do they go to your footsteps?
My daughter is 31 years old. She is not going to work. Says: "Mom, do you want me to be the same nervous, like you?". And so, her husband feeds her. I say: "Daughter, you need." Still, university finished, but, unfortunately, she does not want to work. Raises the child, it is decent, everything is fine. But no, never going to go to the teacher. Children have changed.

Do you consider yourself an example to imitate?
I was raised to be modest, and I could not put myself as an example. Who wants, he will take an example. Of course, I try so that the children take an example.

What motivates you every morning to get up to work?
I say: "Hello, my God. Give me strength to be able to be a good teacher. "

It would be just great if at school there were more such wonderful, good-natured teachers, like Silvia Soo, capable of interested students with their subject and add a humor bit in the lesson.

Nadezhda Makarova 12A.

Interview with Olga Aleksandrovna Bid

How have the school and students change during your teaching?
Teachers have become more downloaded by their duties. The school itself has not changed. Pupils have become more advanced in terms of technology and ownership of information, can give advice to teachers on many issues. And this is good! Study is always mutual process, to achieve success in which it is possible only in collaboration.

What advice would you give those students who want to become teachers?
The work of the teacher in our time can be interesting to young people, which is ready to self-improve all the time, take challenges of a rapidly changing world, be flexible and open to everything new. Only in this case, the work of the teacher will bring satisfaction and joy.

When did you first cry at work and why?
At the beginning of this academic year, I was touched by the feedback to the video of the one student viewed as a home task, which expressed my concern and concern about the participation of residents of developing countries that are forced to perform any black work in order to just feed their families.
