Is it possible to submit documents for the applicant. How to apply to the university - required documents

Without leaving home? How to do it? In our article you will find answers to these questions.

Documents to the university can be submitted via the Internet

Consider all possible options for submitting documents to the university

There are several ways to submit documents:

1. Come personally to the admissions office. This is the easiest option. You come with a package of documents required for admission, fill out all the applications and forms yourself. If you choose this method, plan all expenses in advance. For example, the price of tickets to Moscow and back, depending on the remoteness of the region of permanent residence, will be from 4,000 rubles. The cost of living in a hostel or hostel at - from 500 rubles per day per person; in a rented one-room apartment with daily rent - from 750 rubles per person per day. In the best case, you will be sheltered by acquaintances or relatives. Be sure to schedule two trips: the first is to submit copies; the second - for the delivery of the originals after the competition situation has been clarified.

2. Draw up a notarized power of attorney... The trustee can dispose of copies and originals of your documents, as well as sign statements and perform all actions related to the fulfillment of the trustee's instructions. To do this, a power of attorney must be drawn up indicating all the options for training you are interested in: full-time, part-time or evening, on a budget or commercial basis. Be careful! If the authorized person is not allowed in the document to submit documents in the format you need, then the university, according to the law, simply will not be able to accept your application from the wrong hands.

3. Send by Russian Post. You download the application on the website, fill out, attach copies of the necessary documents to it and send it all by registered mail with a list of attachments. Please note: only copies of documents can be sent. If you live far away, this is very convenient, because you will need to visit the university only once - to submit the originals. But do not forget to take into account the speed of the Mail, send everything as early as possible, and not a week before the end of receiving applications.

4. Submission of documents by e-mail. You send all the necessary documents and scans to the mailbox of the admissions office. And there are many nuances here.

In some universities, electronic registration is not possible

Features of filing documents in electronic form

The ability to submit documents electronically is not available at all universities. Among them are both top universities - and regional - and. You do not need to certify all documents with a notary before sending.

It should be borne in mind that when submitting documents by e-mail in some universities, for example, in order to sign documents, an electronic signature of a PDF file is required.

What documents are needed when processing documents on the university website

To submit documents in electronic form, you need to scan the following documents:

  • an application for admission to study, in which you need to indicate the specialty, direction or programs that you have chosen;
  • consent to the processing of your personal data (the form can be downloaded on the university website);
  • passport or other identity document;
  • certificate and annex with marks to it;
  • medical certificate (if a medical examination is required);
  • 2 black and white photos of 3 x 4 size (sometimes more may be required);
  • military ID if you are liable for military service;
  • a document confirming your individual achievements (participation in olympiads, awarding a gold or silver medal, TRP insignia, etc.);
  • documents confirming your special rights or benefits upon admission (orphan status, disability, etc.).

Each university determines the mandatory list of digital copies of documents independently. You can find it on the institution's website in the section "Applicants" or "Applicants" marked "Submission of documents".

You can check whether the university of your dreams accepts documents in electronic format in search engines for key phrases:

  • submit documents by email;
  • apply online;
  • submit documents electronically on the website;
  • electronic-digital form of submission of documents.

How to submit documents electronically: step by step instructions

Consider the general algorithm for electronic filing of documents:

If you did everything correctly, you will receive a response letter from the university or your data will appear in the lists of applicants (they are published on the website). If you have any controversial questions, call the admissions office.

Today we will learn with you how to apply to the university. Sooner or later, almost every student will have to face this process. In any case, admission to a university will affect those who want to get a higher education. How to implement this idea? What are the opportunities for all applicants to higher education institutions? What you should pay attention to? And what pitfalls can await modern applicants when applying for admission?

Choosing a specialty

So, the first thing that will be required of you is to decide what specialty you want to enroll in. This decision should be made long before graduation from school. So try to think carefully about who you want to become in the future. Your life in the future will depend on this decision.

After the decision has been made (there is no way to do without it), you will have to move on to the next stage. No less difficult than choosing a specialty. And without it, it is impossible to fully answer the question of how to submit documents to the university. What is it about?

The university

The next stage is the choice of the educational institution where you will apply. This is also an important point that requires serious decisions from you. Explore all the possible options offering the chosen specialty for training, it is advisable to study reviews about a particular university.

After you decide, you need to look at such an item as the exams that you need to take. And there you will see the passing score. And for admission to a contract basis, and for budget education.

How to apply to the university? To do this, you must first select a specialty and a university, as well as familiarize yourself with information about exams. Here you can also find out if there are any additional contests and entrance tests (some of them actually take place). Ready? Now that the information has been received, you can go to the delivery of the necessary subjects, receive certain "points", which will then be formed into a passing score and will give you the opportunity to study. But that is not all.

Conditions

Admission to a university is a responsible business. And if you decide to get higher education, you will have to get to know the process better. There are a huge variety of nuances that can burden admission. What should you pay attention to first of all?

For example, on how many universities you can submit documents at the same time. Some are inclined to believe that only one. This is not at all the case. Yes, the rules for admitting new applicants change from year to year. But so far they remain similar to 2015. A modern student has the right to submit documents simultaneously to 6 universities. And nothing more.

It is also worth considering that the selection committee will work with you. An important point here is that only an applicant independently has the right to submit documents to a higher educational institution. No parents (for some reason they are the ones who come with their children to the admissions office, and also try to submit "papers" for the applicants themselves). It is forbidden.

Without fail, you will have to submit documents (in full) for training in a particular specialty within the timeframe set by the university. The selection committee will take away everything that you leave, and will also notify you about the rating of applicants. This is where your test scores come in handy.

Collecting documents

So the admission of documents to universities has begun. Typically, this process begins no later than June 20 and ends around July 25. That is, you will have a little more than a month to collect and submit. What is required of you now?

First of all, to answer the question of how to apply to the university, prepare your USE results. Depending on how many points you have scored, you will be able to be credited to a contract or budgetary basis. It will only become clear only at the end of the selection of applicants. We only need the originals of the USE certificates.

Further - the certificate. That is, documents on your education. In practice, most often this is either a high school graduation certificate (grade 11), or a diploma of receiving secondary specialized education earlier. Both copies and originals are needed. Most often, photocopies may not be done at all. Detailed information should be obtained specifically from your university - all have their own rules.

The next document that will help fulfill your dream (university entrance) is an identity card. Simply put, a civil passport and a copy of it. Without this document, you may well be denied acceptance of documents.

Don't forget the photos. They need 6 pieces, 3 by 4. Inform the photo studio that you need to take photos for admission to the university. And there you will be given them quickly. Old pictures will not be accepted. They must be less than 1 year old.

A statement is the last thing required of you. It is drawn up directly at the university, in the selection committee. It contains information about you, the USE data, as well as the directions you have chosen for admission.

If an additional test was provided, bring the appropriate document to pass it. For example, photographs (for training as a photographer), own drawings on a particular topic, and so on. In general, a portfolio. Sometimes it can help "get" into budget education. If you are a beneficiary - attach "papers" confirming your special rights.

Medical board

Take your time to rejoice. Admission to a university and preparation for this process begins long before you have collected a complete list of documents. Another important point that was left without attention is the submission of a certificate of form 086-U to the admissions office.

What it is? Confirmation of your health status. As a rule, it is obtained after going through a huge list of doctors. And a health check is usually organized in large quantities, directly at the school. So, applicants will have no problems obtaining certificate 086-U. The main thing is not to forget to submit her to the selection committee.

For years past

Sometimes applicants may have some problems with this process. Why? Because their USE results are no longer valid. How to apply to the university if you are a graduate of previous years?

There are special rules for such applicants. You will have to pass the required exams directly during the submission of documents. On a certain day (for each subject it has its own), come to the university, where you enter, pass the exam, and get the result. And you already submit it directly to a higher educational institution. Nothing complicated.

The main problem here is to pass the exam at all. Often, even the minimum score in subjects cannot be obtained. Thus, the admission of graduates from previous years is somewhat difficult.

Ratings and waves

It should be noted that after the end of the acceptance of documents in universities, the direct enrollment of applicants begins. It goes "in two waves". The first usually ends on July 30th. Here everyone who wants to get a higher education goes to one or another specialty according to a general competition. True, often it is only about admission to the budget.

The second wave "picks up" those who will study on a budget from the remaining applicants on the basis of the points they have scored on the Unified State Exam. And then enrolls candidates (from those who remained) in a certain number for contract training. Usually, during the second wave, you can apply for admission (if you did not have time before). This stage usually starts on August 4th.

Sifting

Often, applicants prefer to apply for study at several universities at once. Nobody can take this right away from you. Of course, the originals will go somewhere, and somewhere you will receive copies of the assembled package. Do not neglect the rating of applicants - if you have high scores on the exam, most likely, you will need to decide exactly where you want to study.

Why? If by the end of the "first wave" you have not brought the original documents to the "preferred" university, you will be expelled. And even if you could get through on a budget, it won't. You still have a "second wave" to feed the originals. Be careful and do not hesitate with your decisions. Now it is clear how to apply to the university and what to prepare for.

    Until July 27, inclusively, on its official website, the university publishes lists of applicants entering the bachelor's or specialty degree in the budgetary department of full-time or part-time education and who have passed the minimum score threshold.

    The lists are ranked by the number of points, that is, higher positions are taken by applicants who have a higher cumulative number of points for the exam, additional entrance examinations and individual achievements. If the number of points is the same, it is taken into account who scored more points in the profile entrance test and who has the right to preferential enrollment.

    After that, enrollment begins. It takes place in several stages:

    • priority enrollment stage - applicants who enter without exams are enrolled within a special or targeted quota. These applicants must, by July 28, submit to the university where they decided to enroll and where they passed the exams, the original document of prior education and a statement of consent to enrollment. The enrollment order is issued on July 29;
    • Stage I of admission - at this stage, the university can fill up to 80% of budget places remaining free after priority admission in each specialty or direction. Applicants are admitted in accordance with the position they occupy in the list of applicants - the first to be enrolled are those who occupy a higher position. At this stage, the original document of prior education and an application for enrollment must be submitted no later than August 1. The enrollment order is issued on 3 August;
    • Stage II of admission - the university fills the remaining budget places. Applicants who will be enrolled at this stage must submit an original document of prior education and a statement of consent to enroll no later than August 6th. The order is issued on 8 August.

    The university daily updates the lists of applicants, excluding those who have decided to enter another university and those who have already been enrolled.

    The university determines the terms of admission to the paid department and part-time form of study independently.

    Today we suggest that you familiarize yourself with a kind of instruction that allows you to make the process of submitting documents to the admissions office of the university as fast and hassle-free as possible.

    In just six months, for many high school students, the school years will be left behind, they will get their hands on the USE results and begin to "storm" the admissions committees of Russian universities. Most of the future students have already decided on the choice, if not a university, then at least a direction of study. Now it's time to get to know all the nuances submission of documents for admission so that you do not have to be distracted by looking for the necessary information later, during the stressful period of preparing for exams.

    Today we suggest that you familiarize yourself with a kind of instruction that allows you to make the process of submitting documents to the admissions office of the university as fast and hassle-free as possible.

    Collecting information about the admission procedure

    It never hurts to be extra aware of the nuances of an introductory campaign at your chosen educational institution. To do this, it is enough to visit the official websites of these universities, where there will certainly be a section "Applicant" (or similar), containing the current rules of admission with a description of all stages of this process.

    On the website of the university you can familiarize yourself with the list of all specialties, find out about the number of budget places and the need to take additional exams. This information usually appears at least a few weeks before the start introductory campaign.

    Preparation of documents

    A detailed list of documents can be found on the same website of the educational institution, or by calling the admissions office. The standard set of documents looks like this:

    • passport and its copy;
    • a document on complete secondary education and its copy;
    • certificate of passing the exam and its copy;
    • 6-8 matte black-and-white photos 3x4 (it is better to have a stock);
    • certificate of registration or military ID (for guys);
    • medical certificate form 086-y (for those entering the daytime department).

    To get the latest certificate, you will have to go through a medical examination at a polyclinic. Better not to put it off until the last days before starting. the work of the admissions office of the university... Firstly, it is not a fact that you will go through all the doctors at once - this may take several days, and secondly, keep in mind that you are not the only one, and during this period there will be many future applicants who want to undergo a medical examination.

    In addition to the listed documents, you may need additional documents in the form of certificates of income and family composition, certificates of preferential status, etc. In addition, it is better to immediately clarify whether copies of documents need to be certified by a notary, although this is usually done by an admissions officer for free. Be sure to prepare your portfolio of diplomas, course certificates, accolades, and anything else that might indicate your accomplishments.

    When you go to the admissions office, be sure to take all the original documents, even if you are not yet going to submit them to a specific university.

    Interestingly, the most common problem faced by applicants, is the absence of one or more documents required for admission. The most offensive thing is when such a nuisance happens if you were traveling from another settlement.

    Sort all copies of documents into folders, the number of which should correspond to the number of universities that you plan to visit. Plus, collect all original documents in a separate folder.

    By the way, on the website of the university you can sometimes find an application form, which is usually filled in at the reception. By printing and filling out such an application in advance, you can significantly save your time.

    When to go to the university for submission of documents?

    In the first days of the admissions campaign, a real excitement begins in all universities in the country. For some reason, most applicants try to submit their documents as soon as possible, although this does not affect anything ...

    In fact, rushing is absolutely pointless. It is best to go to the admissions office two weeks after the start of its work - it is likely that you will not have to stand in a huge line under the scorching sun or in a stuffy hallway. You will be able to come without haste to hand over all the documents and communicate without hindrance with representatives of the commission, learning about the features of both admission and training.

    By the way, some universities practice acceptance of documents for admission by mail or via the Internet.

    Submission of documents

    Going to the university, be sure to arm yourself with a pen and a notebook, as you can be told a lot of information you need that can not always be remembered.

    In most educational institutions, the selection committee of different faculties is located in separate premises. In a conspicuous place, there must be a list informing about which office accepts documents for a particular specialty.

    Once in the right office, you inform about what specialty and form of study you are applying for and present all the documents. If everything is in order with them, they give you to fill out an application. Often, students of this university, who are only a couple of years older than you, sit on the admissions committee. Do not hesitate to ask them the questions you are interested in, as they say, "without leaving the checkout."

    Be sure to check the dates of the consultations and entrance examinations... If necessary, inform about the need to stay in the hostel. Be sure to mention and document that you have any benefits.

    If you are sure that you will get to this particular university for a specific specialty, then you can immediately submit the originals of the documents so that you do not have to rush with them again later. In any case, you must be given a receipt with a list of all the documents that you left at the admissions office. Please note that in this receipt you will be able to see the specialty code and your serial number, for example, SP-37 - this means that you are the 37th applicant who submitted documents for this specialty.

    Tracking the ranking of applicants

    On the official website of the university, if you're lucky, the list of applicants for each specialty will be updated daily. Everything will be arranged in the form of a rating according to USE results... So even before the official announcement of the list of applicants, you can assess your chances.

    However, it must be borne in mind that if additional entrance exams are held at your chosen educational institution, the preliminary rating data may ultimately change dramatically. In addition, most applicants apply for several specialties at once, and not in one university, so there is a high probability that not all those who have the opportunity to enroll will eventually take the provided places.

    Actions after the official announcement of the results

    At the appointed time, universities publish information from list of applicants... The list should be posted in a prominent, easily accessible place in the academic institution itself and posted on its official website.

    Here, promptness will not hurt, since you will need to submit the necessary originals of documents as soon as possible, if this, of course, was not done right away. In case you almost did not get points, do not be upset, because there will be a second wave of enrollment, when those who went to another university will vacate their places.
