3. These Rules have been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, as well as legal acts of the FSB of Russia.

4. The selection of candidates for the Academy is carried out by the federal security authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and legal acts of the Federal Security Service of Russia, regulating the procedure for the selection of candidates for military service under a contract to the authorities.

The selection of candidates for the Academy by other departments is carried out in their own interests in accordance with interdepartmental agreements.

Security bodies in the selection of candidates introduce them to section III instructions on the procedure and conditions for the reception of citizens of the Russian Federation to the educational organizations of the FSB of Russia, approved by the Order of the FSB of Russia of May 20, 2014 No. 277, and these Rules.

5. 6. For full-time learning is accepted:

The age of candidates is calculated at the date of their enrollment for training.

7. For training in absentia, they are accepted:

citizens of the Russian Federation, held by military service under the contract in the security bodies (departments), - without age limit.

8. Female individuals are accepted only at the Faculty of Foreign Languages \u200b\u200band the Faculty of Abolition Training IPOS.

9. Candidates must have an education not lower than the average total. The presence of education is confirmed by state documents on the formation of the established sample.
Persons having a higher education are not accepted for training on specialist programs.

10. Security authorities conduct a study of candidates, their medical examination, professional psychological selection (with compulsory survey with the use of polygraph), checking the level of physical fitness, procedure for registration of information constituting a state secret, the security of the security of security authorities, Allowing to determine the suitability of candidates for military service under a contract in the security bodies, the possibility and feasibility of sending them to training in the Academy.

11. Candidates are undergoing primary and final medical examination.

The final medical examination is held temporarily in force of the Military Medical Commission of the Academy (hereinafter - the Academy VKK) upon arrival of candidates for the Academy.

12. The security authority in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the FSB of Russia forms the personal case of the candidate and sends it to the Academy by April 15, 2016.

Applicants who violated one of the requirements of paragraph 38 of these Rules, the decision of the Chairman of the Admission Commission or its deputy, can be removed from the exam regardless of the amount of work performed. 41. III. The procedure for filing and consideration of appeals on the results of entrance tests

42. The applicant has the right to appeal to the results of additional entrance tests.

For consideration of appeals for the period of additional entrance examinations, the Appeals Commission is created and the chairman of the appellate commission is appointed.

Applicant who wants to file an appeal should have a document certifying a document. The applicant has the right to be present when considering the appeal.

With a minor applicant (up to 18 years), one of the parents or legal representatives is eligible.

44. In case of the need to change the assessment (increase or lower), the decision of the appellate commission is issued as an act, in accordance with which changes are made to the evaluation in the examination work of applicant, the examination statement and an examination sheet of the applicant.

If disagreements occur in the appellate commission, voting is carried out, and the decision is approved by a majority vote. The decision of the appellate commission is communicated to the attention of the applicant (under the painting). This decision is final and not subject to revision.

45. The fact of acquaintance of the applicant with the rules of filing and consideration of appeals on the results of additional entrance examinations at the Academy is fixed in the examination sheet and is assigned by the personal signature of the applicant.

IV. Order of the competition

47. Applicants participating in the competition must submit documents on education (originals) no later than one day before the meeting of the admission committee for enrollment.

The passage point is set separately for each faculty (educational program).

For non-resident candidates, the passage is determined, taking into account the number of accommodation places in the hostel.

49. During all the necessary requirements of the Competition, applicants who scored the number of points equal to the passing score or more passing point are considered to be the competition.

If applicants who scored the same number of points are involved in the competition, applicants have possess predominant right, who scored more points for the profile subject.

50. Applicants that have not passed on a teaching competition for the selected educational program have the right to participate in the competition for training on another educational program, subject to the coincidence of additional entrance examinations and subjects of the EGE.

51. As additional entry tests, the Admission Commission at the request of applicants is counted the results:

winners and winners of the "Interregional Olympiad of schoolchildren in mathematics and cryptography";

winners and winners of the "Interregional Olympiad of schoolchildren on the basis of departmental educational institutions" in physics, mathematics and foreign languages.
