Cooking process:

According to your instructions for it, you put the ingredients in a bucket, everything in order as in the recipe or in the sequence as written in your instructions (first dry, then liquid ingredients, or vice versa). Preparation

1. Beat eggs into a bowl.

2. Add sugar.

3. Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk, or better with a mixer.

4. Dissolve the butter by placing the container with it in the microwave or in a water bath, then cool to room temperature.

Pour milk into a baking dish, the temperature of which should be 20-25 ° C.

5. Add the egg and sugar mixture.

6. Pour in the melted butter.

7. Add salt.

8. Add flavored vanillin.

9. Add flour, previously sifted.

10. In the flour slide, make a small depression with a spoon and carefully pour the yeast into it. Be sure to make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid ingredients before kneading the dough, otherwise the cake may not rise. In addition, the yeast should not come into contact with salt before kneading, because, as you know, salt slows down the growth (activity) of yeast.
