Large groups of companies are no exception. Production cooperatives (agricultural artels, fishing artels, cooperative farms, other forms) and "People's Enterprises" are practically not used to build groups. The number of employees who are not shareholders of the people's enterprise, for the reporting fiscal year should not exceed 10 percent of the number of employees of the national enterprise.

Decisions on the main activities of national enterprises are accepted on the principle of "one shareholder - one voice".
