Central registration points. Detailed instructions on how to register on ct

On May 2, registration for centralized testing begins in the country, which will last until June 1. In order to stock up on passes to the Central Television, applicants need to go to any registration point closest to their place of residence. There are about 40 such points throughout the country. All of them are connected to the automated system “Republican databank of DH participants”. The system works on the principle of "one window": it looks for free seats and tells the registrar in which educational institutions you can take certain subjects. This is especially true for the capital.

The automated system allows the applicant to choose the most convenient place for the exam, even if he wants to take centralized testing in another city. Registration points will be open on weekdays from 9.00 to 19.00 and on Saturdays, 12 and 26 May - from 9.00 to 18.00.

Last year, about 92 thousand applicants registered for centralized testing (about 311 thousand tests were passed in 15 academic subjects). It is difficult to predict how many applicants there will be this year, since starting this year, applicants can use last year's certificates. As a reminder, the validity of the certificates of the DH participants was extended by two years. But potential applicants should keep in mind that this year the CG thresholds in the first major subject have increased by five points. Therefore, those who intend to take advantage of last year's certificates need to make sure that their scores are satisfactory. Otherwise, it is necessary to go through the CT again and try to get better results.

You can register for the CT in four disciplines. Thus, applicants have the opportunity to castling upon admission to related specialties. And if a person has finally decided on the profile of training, he can pass the centralized testing in two state languages, and later choose the best of the two certificates, providing himself at least a few additional points. True, it will be necessary to submit to the admissions office of the university, as before, only three certificates and two certificates to the admissions office of the secondary specialized educational institutions. By the way, about half of the applicants took four tests last year. But the automated registration program will not allow registering for more than four disciplines on the CT, just as it will not allow tenth-graders to get on the CT.

The applicant must come with a passport to the registration point for the Central Television.(not expired!) or other document confirming his identity (this can be a residence permit, refugee certificate or an official certificate issued by the internal affairs bodies in case of loss or theft of an identity document). No other documents, including the driver's license, are suitable for registration. The choice of the language in which the applicant wishes to take the tests is carried out precisely at the stage of applying and registering for the CT.

The application is filled in by the participant of the Central Television in one of the two state languages: Belarusian or Russian to choose from. It should be borne in mind that later the registration area of the answer form will be filled in by the applicant in the same language in which the application was submitted during registration. And the certificate of the participant of the CT will also be filled out in the language in which the application was submitted. After submitting the application, the applicant receives an invoice from the employee of the registration point and pays for the reception and execution of documents for participation in the CT. This amount is 0.1 base value for one academic subject (2 rubles 45 kopecks).

Deposit of funds for registration and acceptance of documents is carried out through ERIP (system of unified settlement and information space): this can be done at self-service kiosks, payment terminals and ATMs, cash settlement centers of banks, using Internet banking and mobile banking (directly at the registration point at the DH).

After the end of registration and confirmation of the fact of payment, the applicant receives a pass to the central heating station at the registration point, presenting an identity document. It should be borne in mind that a pass for participation in centralized testing is considered registered if it bears the seal of the institution determined by the registration point at the central heating station, the signature of the authorized representative of the registration point and the registration number is indicated.

If the applicant, for a good reason, cannot personally register at the CT (such a reason may be, for example, illness, participation in international competitions and competitions, a business trip or other circumstances beyond his control, documented), documents for registration can be submitted by legal representatives of minors or those applicants who act on the basis of a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official (upon presentation of identity documents, as well as a copy of the applicant's identity document certified by a notary).

Applicants who are exempted from fees for admission and registration of documents for participation in the CT, when submitting an application, must submit documents confirming their eligibility for the benefit.

Foreign citizens and citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing on the territory of foreign states can send a copy of their identity document and an application by mail to the registration point, and pay the registration fee upon arrival in Belarus, but no later than one day before the start. testing in academic subjects.

The application can be downloaded from the website. The original identity document, in this case, is presented upon receipt of a pass for testing.

The organizers of the CT assure that the test structure will not change this year. So is the scoring system. The total number of assignments is distributed by topic in accordance with their importance and volume in the textbooks. As always, tasks of five levels of difficulty will be offered, which will allow us to qualitatively rank applicants according to their level of knowledge. The tasks are selected in such a way that they are equivalent for all options offered to applicants at the CT. As for the specification of tests, it can be found on the website of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control.

By the way, on the basis of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control until May 15, it will still be possible to undergo rehearsal testing: both blank and computer tests. In general, the third stage of rehearsal testing has already ended.
