Squeeze juice from two medium carrots and sea buckthorn berries. These juices are mixed with each other and poured into warmed milk. For 200 ml of milk, take 2 large spoons of a mixture of carrot and sea buckthorn juices. Carrot juice can be replaced with lemon juice. They drink the resulting remedy three times a day, one of the receptions - in the evening, at night.

From sore throat

Take a liter of milk, which is poured into a glass of oats, taken along with the husk. The resulting mixture is placed on a quiet fire and boiled for an hour. Then it is filtered and juice is poured into the drained milk. The remedy is drunk a quarter of an hour before meals three times a day. Oat milk with sea buckthorn has a good effect for colds, drunk at night. However, it must be borne in mind that the product cannot be stored; it must be prepared anew each time.

Sea buckthorn for colds accompanied by a cough

1. Dried fruits of sea buckthorn and grains of barley or oats are thoroughly washed and poured with boiling water so that the berries and grains are completely covered with water. Cover the pot with the product with a lid and put it in a hot oven. Gradually, the water will boil away, it should be topped up. Cook the fruits in this way until they are boiled. Then the tincture is filtered and cooled. The product is drunk 50 ml before meals.

2. Put chopped sea buckthorn leaves, chopped sage and dried fruits in a large spoon in a saucepan. Boiling water is poured there and left for a quarter of an hour, covered with a lid, then put on fire and brought to a boil and filtered. The broth is taken hot before bedtime.

For severe cough with pneumonia and bronchitis

Aloe leaves are required for such a remedy. They must be rinsed thoroughly and placed in a cold place, such as a refrigerator, for 3-4 days. After that, the leaves are crushed and mixed with honey into a homogeneous mass. In parallel with this, a decoction of birch buds and linden flowers is being prepared. The raw materials for the broth should be poured with boiling water and left for 40 minutes to infuse under a closed lid. A glass of fresh sea buckthorn juice is mixed with 2 tablespoons of birch buds and linden blossom infusion and honey with aloe. A single dose of such a remedy is a tablespoon.

For bronchitis

To cope with bronchitis, the following composition is prepared: vegetable oil, camphor, sea buckthorn oil, three percent vinegar are taken in equal proportions. All components are mixed and left for several hours. After the agent is infused, a piece of woolen cloth is moistened in it, it is placed on the chest, covered with polyethylene and fixed. The procedure is carried out in the morning and in the evening, while bed rest must be observed.

For prolonged cough that persists after pneumonia

For half a glass of dried sea buckthorn fruits, you will also need a glass of milk. Milk is boiled, berries are poured into it and left over low heat for a quarter of an hour. After this time, the pan is removed, the product is cooled and filtered. Take it in a glass twice a day.

For chest pain when coughing

To prepare such a product, you need to take a large spoonful of natural honey and 100 ml of sea buckthorn juice. The juice is placed on the fire until it boils, after which honey is put there and left on the fire for 5 minutes. The broth is cooled and consumed on a spoon three times a day.

With a long-lasting cough

Take 2 spoons of camphor and half a cup of sea buckthorn oil. They are thoroughly mixed, and then the resulting mixture is well rubbed on the patient's chest and back. The procedure is carried out in the evening before bedtime. It is advisable that after rubbing the patient go to bed, wrapped up well at the same time. The procedure is repeated the next day, usually the cough disappears in a few days.
