Thermohygrometers IVA-6A and IVA-6N are self-contained portable devices and are designed to measure relative humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure (optional) of air in residential, warehouse and industrial premises, as well as in a free atmosphere.
Thermohygrometers IVA-6A, IVA-6N consist of an indication unit and a measuring transducer.

The metrological characteristics of the IVA-6A and IVA-6N thermohygrometers are almost the same, except for the temperature measurement range: from -20 to 50 ° C for the IVA-6N thermohygrometer and from -20 to 60 ° C for the IVA-6A thermohygrometer, which is caused by permissible operating conditions display unit.

The thermo-hygrometer uses standard removable memory cards to record measured values ​​of relative humidity and temperature in real calendar time. microSD... A memory card for devices with activated data logging is included with the device. The program is supplied on the same card DataLogger.

The accumulated data reading from the thermohygrometer is carried out in two ways:

Thermohygrometers IVA-6A and IVA-6N memorize the minimum and maximum values ​​of humidity and temperature, the time and date of these events.

For low light use, the user can turn on the indicator backlight by pressing the "" button. The backlight is turned off by pressing the "" button again or automatically after 20 seconds. The brightness of the backlight is adjustable when configuring the thermo-hygrometer via the USB port using the DataLogger software.

Thermohygrometers have audible and visual indication that the measured values ​​of relative humidity and temperature are outside the set (using the DataLogger program) limits.

When operating the thermo-hygrometer in highly dirty conditions, it is recommended to use a protective cap made of porous fluoroplastic to protect the sensors from aerosols, dust and condensation.

This operation manual, part II, is intended to study the programming methodology for the control and monitoring fireman device "A6" TU RB 101162917.006-2000 (device "A6") using the remote control panel VPU-A-06 (VPU-A-16) and PR programming panel during commissioning at the facility. This document contains information necessary to ensure the fullest possible use of the technical capabilities of the device and its correct operation.

The installation and maintenance of the device must be allowed by persons with the necessary qualifications and permission to work with electrical installations.

This operating manual applies to the following versions of the "A6" device:

PPKOP A6-02 - control of two alarm loops;

PPKOP A6-04 - control of four alarm loops;

Control Panel A6-06 - control of six alarm loops.

Programming of A6 devices of different versions is identical, except for the sections in which the parameters of loops and zones are programmed. These sections for devices of various designs differ only in the number of programmable loops and zones.

In connection with the constant work to improve the device, which increases reliability and improves performance, minor changes may be made to the device design, which are not reflected in this edition of the "Operation Manual" and do not worsen the device's parameters.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Devices "A6" for a given use case can be programmed in one of four ways to choose from:

using a PC using the IS-232 module, or the PROG-1 module and the specialized software "Programmer AXX";

using the PR-1 programming panel and the corresponding programming tables;

by means of the VPU-A-06 LCD keypad using the IS-485 module and the corresponding programming tables;

by means of the VPU-A-16 LCD keypad using the IS-485, KSO-A module and the corresponding programming tables.

To program the devices, it is necessary to edit a number of groups of parameters highlighted in certain program pages. After editing, the changed configuration is written into the non-volatile memory of the device.

The A6 device contains the following program pages:

"GENERAL" ("PARAMETERS"): set the general properties of the device, select the automated security system and the type of radio channel;

"LOCKS": the parameters of each of the signaling loops are determined;

"ZONES": the properties of the arming / disarming zones and the correspondence of the loops to the zones are set;

"ACCESS": defines the properties of access control systems;

"ACTIVATORS": parameters of operation of external devices (buzzer, SZU, relay) are selected;

"KEYS": enter user keys ("OWNER", "GZ", "MONTER" and "MASTER").

Programming the parameters of the device using a PC is one of the most convenient and intuitive ways.

This programming option makes it possible to create an archive and store the program settings of each device in the form of files on a PC, which allows you to restore at any time the full configuration of the device on any of the objects. Also, in addition to programming devices, specialized software makes it possible to monitor devices connected to the network and view all events occurring in them.

It is recommended to use the PR-1 programming panel and ZhKI keyboard VPU-A-06 when programming the device or making changes to its program settings directly at the facility.

In the case of programming using PR-1, the parameter values ​​are entered in a hexadecimal code into the corresponding memory cells of the console, according to the programming table, with the subsequent transfer of the entire program from the PR-1 console to the nonvolatile memory of the device. Also, the convenience of using the PR-1 programming panel lies in the possibility of storing in the PR-1 non-volatile memory of the electronic keys of the services: "GZ" and "MONTER" (keys of the contact method of reading DS1990A, DS1991-DS1996). And, if necessary, prompt transfer of the key data codes to the device memory.

When programming with VPU-A-06, the program settings of the panel are first read into the keyboard memory and after editing, in accordance with the programming tables, by writing are entered into the non-volatile memory of the device.

When combining A6 devices into the “Network A” ISB based on KSO-A, programming of the device configuration is possible using the VPU-A-16 LCD keypad. 2.1 GENERAL program page

2.1.1.2 "Prohibit exclusion of common loops when arming" - when this parameter is set, the loops that are common to several zones are switched to the "Guard" state when any of the zones including these common loops is first armed.

EXAMPLE: 2 security zones have been programmed, including common zones 03 and 04:

2.1.2 Programming the "Automated security system" parameter

"ASOS type" - this parameter determines the operating mode of the device as part of automated notification transmission systems, or in stand-alone mode.

When programming the parameter "Type ASOC" the following modes are available for selection:

"Autonomous" (ASOS "Alesya" -fon);

2.1.2.1 "Autonomous" (ASOS "Alesya" -phone) - this mode is set when the device is used in the autonomous mode of protection when displaying notifications on the control panel, sirens and / or another control panel, it is also possible to use the device as part of the ISB "Network A "And monitoring station of the" Neva "type.

ISB "Network A" is built on the basis of a processor module KSO-A with the ability to combine up to 32 devices (devices "A6", "A16-512" and up to 4 remote control panels of the VPU-A-16 series) and monitoring on a PC with installed specialized software.

The monitoring station of the "Neva" type is an automated system for transmitting notifications and is designed to provide centralized protection of telephoned objects using existing telephone lines as information channels with switching them over to the period of protection.

NOTE: In the "Standalone" operating mode, the control panel loops are programmatically divided into independent arming / disarming zones. Each of the "Master" keys is assigned the right to operate with zones. Upon presentation of the "Master" key, the device will automatically arm or disarm the corresponding zone.

2.1.2.2 "Atlas" - this mode is set when using the device as part of the monitoring station "Atlas".

The monitoring station "Atlas" is an automated system for the transmission of notifications and is intended for the implementation of centralized protection of telephonized objects using existing telephone lines as information transmission channels. In the standby mode of operation, the device generates a continuous signal with a frequency of 18 kHz to the subscriber telephone line (the device is connected to the ATL to the TEL terminals of the ISA-8 matching module via a relay), if the device registers the states "Alarm", "Fire" - the signal is sent to the subscriber line stops (the device relay breaks the ATL connection circuit).

NOTE: In the "Atlas" operating mode, the telephone line is connected through the relay contacts to the board of the ISA-8 matching module to the TELL terminals. The relay output must be assigned the "Output to Atlas" parameter.

2.1.2.3 "Alesya" - this mode is set when using the device as part of ASOS "Alesya".

Selecting the "Alesya" mode involves programming a number of parameters:

"Line code" - this parameter is required to be entered when the device operates as part of a direction switch of the KLT type, the value of the "Line code" parameter depends on the cross-connect of the ATC line, the input range is 0 ... 200.

NOTE: When arming, the loop with the Exit Delay parameter must be normalized.

2.2.2.4 "Linking with the previous", "Linking with the next" These parameters determine the dependence of the activation of actuators on the state of the associated loops.

It is recommended to use loops with preset connection parameters in systems with automatic fire control systems. The device allows organizing the triggering of output devices in case of alarm in two adjacent connected loops. If at least one of the group of connected loops is not in the "Alarm" state, the "Activator" will not start external devices. The indication of the "Alarm" state in the loop does not differ from the indication of ordinary loops.

ATTENTION! A prerequisite for organizing linked loops is the obligatory programming of the "Activator" with the "Linkage alarm" alarm level.

EXAMPLE: Setting the “Link with previous” parameter for loop # 5 means that loop # 5 is connected to loop # 4. Setting the “Link with subsequent” parameter for the loop # 4 means that the loop # 4 is connected with the loop # 5.

2.2.2.5 "Verification time (s)", this parameter defines the time period during which the control panel expects confirmation of the "Fire" state in this loop (repeated triggering of the detector in the loop).

When a fire detector in a loop is triggered, the device, using the "Reset Relay", makes a 4-second power reset in this loop, thereby normalizing the triggered detector to standby mode. After normalization of the detector, the countdown of the programmed verification time begins, if before the verification time expires, any detector in this loop is triggered, the control panel will register the "Fire" state.

ATTENTION! When programming the "Verification time" parameter, a prerequisite is programming the "Reset relay" parameter for the relay and the corresponding connection of the loop through the relay contacts.

2.2.2.6 "ADC level correction" - changing this parameter allows you to adjust the "Fire" signal output threshold when using some types of two-wire smoke detectors.

The need to correct this parameter may arise at the stage of commissioning, when the device incorrectly generates the "Attention" and "Fire" signals. In this situation, it is necessary to programmatically change the ADC level.

The ADC levels corresponding to the loop states are shown in Table 8.

The entered number is selected experimentally from the range from 1 to 255. If it is necessary to increase the "Fire" notification threshold, a number from 1 to 127 is entered (as a rule, the number is selected from the range of 10, 20, 30, etc.), and when the notification threshold is decreased Fire is a number from 128 to 255 (selected from 250, 240, etc.).

3 DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMMING USING THE KEYBOARD VPU-A-06

3.1 General requirements To be able to carry out work on programming (editing) configurations of devices "A6" using the remote control panel VPU-A-06, you must have:

If several A6 devices need to be connected to the VPU-A-06 LCD keypad, then wires A and B wires of each IS-485 module are combined accordingly and connected to terminals A and B of the VPU-A-06 keypad.

3.3.2 Connect the XS1 connector of the IS-485 module to the XP1 connector of the “A6” control board.

3.3.3 Supply power to the LCD keypad VPU-A-06 and the “A6” device. The LCD keypad VPU-A-06 can be powered directly from the “A6” device or a separate 12 V UPS.

3.3.4 In case of editing the configuration of a previously programmed device, you can start working on making changes (additions) to the configuration memory microcircuit.

3.3.5 In case of programming the configuration of a new device, it is recommended to reset the memory microcircuit; for this, set the JP4 jumper on the control board of the device, and press the “Device restart” button. Wait until the device passes the test and remove the jumper.

3.3.6 After zeroing the configuration memory chip, the new device is ready for programming.

3.4.2 Registration of ID-numbers of devices in the memory of VPU-A-06 Before starting programming the configuration of devices "A6" using the LCD keypad VPU-A, it is necessary to register the ID numbers of these devices in the memory of VPU-A-06.

NOTE: The instrument ID is an alphanumeric string of 8 hexadecimal characters. The ID number is indicated on a sticker on the processor of the device and is unique for each device.

The registration of the ID numbers of the “A6” devices in the LCD memory of the VPU-A-06 keypad is carried out in the “SYSTEM” operating mode, the registration sequence is as follows:

ATTENTION! If in the programming tables there is a “+” sign in front of a digit when programming several properties at the same time, it is necessary to enter the sum of the digits in the hexadecimal system, see Table 4.

ATTENTION! For correct operation of the "A6" device as part of the "Alesya" ASOS, the "OWNER" keys from # 16 to # 79 CANNOT be programmed.

ATTENTION! The digital PIN-code must not start with 0 (zero), the first digit must be from the row 1 ... 9.

After the program has been changed and checked, it must be written to the device:

Press the "CANCEL" key to exit to the main programming menu.

Being in the main programming menu, select the "Record" property and press the "ENTER" key. The program will be written from VPU-A-06 to the device.

4 DESCRIPTION OF DEVICE PROGRAMMING WITH REMOTE CONTROL

PROGRAMMING PR-1

EDIT - selection of the program page. When this key is pressed, two letters Ed will light up in the left side of the remote control indicator and the remote control waits for the number of the program page to be entered, in which it is necessary to change the parameters. If the program page is open, then when the "EDIT" key is pressed, the display will show the number of this page (for example: Ed 04). The page number is dialed with numeric keys and displayed on the right side of the indicator. When the page number is dialed, the remote control enters the mode of editing the parameters of this page without a confirmation command, and the two leftmost symbols of the remote control indicator display the address of the first cell in this page (00). The two symbols on the right represent the data located in this cell at the current address.

ADR - jump to an arbitrary address within the selected page. The console has the following service functions:

erasing the properties of the edited object (FUNC 00);

copying service keys from the remote control memory to the device memory (FUNK 50).

0 - F - hexadecimal digits used in programming mode.

1 - in addition to purely digital, it can also be used as a functional one. So, when inside a page, clicking it will jump one address back inside the page.

2 - similar to key 1, only the transition is carried out one address forward within the page.

EXIT - exit from the mode of the current page, restart the panel when the remote control is in its initial state

ENTER - not used.

For A6 panels, the entire address space is divided into program pages that regulate the parameters and properties of individual groups of functional devices: loops, keys, etc.

(see programming tables). To set the system properties, you must select program page 01, within this block the system configuration is determined. For example: the device will operate in the ASOS "Alesya" mode, in this case it is necessary to dial the following (RED 01 - the cell with the address 00 in the program page 01 opens. dial 02 on the right two segments). To set the parameters of the loops, you must select program page 02, inside this block you define the type of loop and its properties.

For example: the 1st loop is a security loop with 4 states, the response time to a change in the loop state is 500ms. To do this, press the keys in sequence: EDIT, 0, 2; ADR, 0, 0; DANN, 0, 1; ADR, 0, 1;

DATA, 2, 0. Lines are divided into zones in the same way (program page 03), programming of activator properties (program page 04), properties of buzzer, siren and relay (program page 05), etc.

To program the keys "OWNER", "MONTER", "GZ" it is necessary to select the required program page. Select the address in the aisles of the program page and attach the key, which is being programmed, to the reader on the remote control. The keypad will confirm successful key recording with a sound signal. If there is a recorded key in the aisles of the program page at the selected address, then there will be two dashes (- -) in the data bit, otherwise two zeros (00). If you attach a key when two dashes are displayed, then the previously recorded key will be deleted, and the attached one will take its place.

Example:

Connect the PR-1 control panel to the ХP1 connector of the control board. After switching on, the display shows the version number - "Pt-3" for several seconds. Then an invitation appears to dial the 4-digit Master Code of the remote control (in the form of the string "__ __"). After dialing the correct Master-code, the remote control automatically detects and indicates the type of the connected device, for devices "A6" the line is displayed: A6.

Then it is necessary to enter 4 digits of the Master-code of the device.

NOTE: If the master code of the device has less than 4 digits, then the missing digits are replaced, when entered, with zeros at the end of the password. For example, if the device password is "35", you must dial: "3" + "5" + "0" + "0".

All “A6” units have a “1” password after sale. The same password is set after "zeroing" the device memory.

ATTENTION! If the device password contains more than 4 digits (for example, set from a PC), it is impossible to access such a device using the remote control. For further notes on the password, see the "Instrument Password" chapter.

If the device password is entered correctly, the device enters the programming mode, and the display of the remote control shows the current value of the device clock in the format: HH.MM.

Reading the program from the device to the remote control is carried out by successively pressing three keys: "READ", "0", "1".

Recording of the program from the remote control to the device is carried out by successively pressing three keys:

"REC", "0", "1".

Writing a new password to the device is done by successively pressing three keys: "REC", "0", "0".

The instrument properties program is divided into 8 pages.

1. For the selected function, select the appropriate time in the units that are shown (all - in seconds or minutes) - but not in minutes and seconds at the same time.

A6 devices for a given use case can be programmed in one of four ways to choose from:
- using a PC using the IS-232 module, or the PROG-1 module and
specialized software "Programmer Ah";
- using the PR-1 programming panel and the tables corresponding to it
programming;
- using the VPU-A-06 keyboard using the IS-485 module and the corresponding
programming tables;
- using the VPU-A-16 keyboard using the IS-485, KSO-A and
the corresponding programming tables.
To program the devices, it is necessary to edit a number of groups of parameters highlighted in certain program pages. After editing, the changed configuration is written into the non-volatile memory of the device.

The A6 contains the following program pages:

- "GENERAL" ("PARAMETERS"): the general properties of the A6 device are set, the selection is made
automated security system and type of radio channel;
- "LOCKS": the parameters of each of the signaling loops are determined;
- "ZONES": set the properties of the arming / disarming zones and the correspondence of the loops to the zones;
- "ACCESS": defines the properties of access control systems;
- "ACTIVATORS": the parameters of the operation of external devices (buzzer, SDU, relay) are selected;
- "KEYS": enter user keys ("OWNER", "GZ", "MONTER" and "MASTER").
Programming the parameters of the A6 device using a PC is one of the most convenient and intuitive ways. This programming option makes it possible to create an archive and store the program settings of each device in the form of files on a PC, which allows you to restore at any time the full configuration of the device on any of the objects. Also, in addition to programming devices, specialized software makes it possible to monitor devices connected to the network and view all events occurring in them.
It is recommended to use the PR-1 programming panel and VPU-A-06 keyboard when
programming the device or promptly making changes to its program settings directly at the facility.
In the case of programming using PR-1, the parameter values ​​are entered in a hexadecimal code into the corresponding memory cells of the console, according to the programming table, with the subsequent transfer of the entire program from the PR-1 console to the nonvolatile memory of the device. Also, the convenience of using the PR-1 programming panel lies in the possibility of storing in the PR-1 non-volatile memory of the electronic keys of the services: "GZ" and "MONTER" (keys of the contact method of reading DS1990A, DS1991-DS1996). And, if necessary, the prompt transfer of the key data codes to
memory of the device A6.
When programming with VPU-A-06, the program settings of the panel are first read into the keyboard memory and after editing, in accordance with the programming tables, by writing are entered into the non-volatile memory of the A6 device.
When combining A6 devices into the “Network A” ISB based on KSO-A, programming the configuration of devices is possible using the VPU-A-16 keyboard. When using this programming method, the program settings of the panel using VPU-A-16 are read into the KSO-A memory and, after programming the device configuration for a given use case, they are entered into the nonvolatile memory of the device by writing.

2 DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMMING OF DEVICES "A6" ON A PC
2.1 Description of versions of the "Programmer Ah" software
