How to cook:

    You need to take a chicken carcass weighing up to 2 kg, free it from the bones, cut off the fat deposits located on the thighs at the base of the tail (the tail must also be removed).

    The same actions must be done with the second leg.

    The neck and first phalanges of the wings should be removed. From the carcass released in this way, a square piece of chicken meat is obtained.

    The meat must be beaten with a hammer so that it is all the same thickness.

    The beaten piece of chicken should be salted, peppered, grated with seasonings and set aside in the pan for a while.

    If the roll is stuffed, you need to cook it and lay it on the meat.

    If without filling, the meat is laid out on foil, rolled up into a roll, placed in the oven and baked at a temperature of 200 ° C for one hour.

    The finished roll must be removed from the oven, remove the foil from it, then you can serve the dish to the table.

How to cook:

    The chicken fillet is cut into small pieces, mixed with salt, seasonings, optionally with vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes), a small amount of water is added, then put in a slow cooker for an hour in the “stewing” mode.

    After the specified time, a bag of dry gelatin is added to the dish, everything is mixed and poured into molds, which are cooled for 5 to 7 hours.
