And so, finally, we have waited for the long-awaited mod, the information panel of the current target for World of Tanks 1.6.0.7, or as it is also called - the information panel about the tank, which can be installed under any sight. When aiming at the tank of another player in the lower left corner of the screen, an informative window will pop up with the following content:

  • tank names
  • gun names
  • gun reload time
  • tank overview
  • all information about booking
  • average gun damage
  • armor penetration
  • tank icon like in the hangar

The InfoPanel.xml settings file also goes to the panel, which can be customized.

The new version of the selected target's dashboard is simply a masterpiece. Everything is thought out, all colors match the colors of the game and this is immediately visible in the picture above. All the information provided will definitely help you in battle.

Output data:

  • the name of the tank and the display of all the guns installed on it
  • displaying the reload time, taking into account 100% of the crew and the installed rammer, excluding consumables
  • displaying the view radius with a fully upgraded crew and without taking into account the installed modules and consumables
  • color display of the mass (green - you can ram, yellow - it can work, red - it's better not to ram)
  • display of armor penetration and average damage
  • tank armor

Many tankers asked us to lay out a simplified panel where the minimum information would be displayed, namely the tank reload time and its overview. This information is only displayed when aiming at an enemy tank. It is located in the center of the screen under the crosshair, which is very convenient.

Installation:

Copy the mods folder from the archive to the game folder (WOT /), confirming the replacement.

Does the panel display incorrectly?

  • If your panel is displayed incorrectly, you can change its position by holding CTRL and dragging to the desired location.
  • The configuration file is located at WOT \\ mods \\ configs \\ ekspoint \\ mod_info_panel_extended.json.

In addition to the "sixth sense", improved visibility, modified sights and minimaps, in World of Tanks combat you often want to have "eyes on the back of your head" - something that in the turmoil of battle will help you notice where danger is coming from. The World of Tanks mod "indicator of the direction to the enemy's tank" allows you to fulfill such a desire.

The mod is not a cheat, despite being included in some. The direction indicator can be extremely useful in battle, so it may appear in the list of prohibited mods in the future. Follow the news on our website to keep abreast of such events.

The mod works as follows:

  • When your allies spot an enemy tank, the mod determines whether the enemy sees you.
  • If the enemy does not see you, a green indicator lights up on the screen with the distance to the enemy.
  • If the enemy can shoot at your tank - the indicator will be red, the distance to the target will also be indicated.

The mod works only if the enemy is out of your field of vision, for example, from behind or from the side. If the gun of your tank is turned towards the detected enemy, the mod will not show anything - it is simply not needed. You see the enemy, the distance to him will show you.
The mod does NOT show undetected opponents and does not contain an indicator of the direction of damage, which you can, for example.
The functionality of the mod differs from that of the commander's "sixth sense". The enemy direction indicator shows only the detected enemy. If, at the same time, the enemy sees you, but cannot shoot because of the obstacle blocking the shooting, the indicator will also be green.

Installation:

  • Download the archive, unpack the mod
  • Copy the scripts folder to the root directory of the game, to the res-mods \\ version-game folder
  • No further settings are required, the game can be started

After battle Mod Battle wounds for World of Tanks will provide a detailed display of all hits received on your tank after each battle. This wot application will also show all your hits on the enemy tank. will provide visual detail of the trajectory of the projectile and the exact location of the projectile in relation to the armor of your tank. To view the report, just after the battle, press the "View hits" mod button. After that, all hits on the tank are displayed, even the ricochets that need to be analyzed - this will help to correctly turn the tank in battle under the ricochet of the shell.

Mod setting is done in the hangar, quite useful and informative mod for extras. Mod BattleHits - Battle wounds allows you to rotate a three-dimensional graphic model of the tank, which will allow you to look in more detail and analyze each damage that the enemy inflicted.

The Battle Hits you can use the sorting of penetrations, non-penetrations, critical hits in the information panel. It displays the name of the tank, the type of shell, the amount of damage that the enemy inflicted.

Mod will help with the introduction of new technology, with a lack of information - "Battle Wounds" will help you find vulnerable and weakly armored places of the tank. You can also analyze your shots fired at the enemy and identify errors when shooting, developing visual understanding and choosing an angle when shooting for a successful penetration, identifying the weaknesses of the enemy tank.

Mods that provide the player with an advantage that the Project Administration considers excessive. Such modifications are included in the list of prohibited, and players caught using the mod categories from the list below will be punished.

  • Mods that display enemy positions in any way other than that implemented in the game client:
    • marking destroyed objects on the map or mini-map in real time;
    • changing the way of displaying the tracer of the SPG shells or calculating the position of the enemy SPG based on its tracers and marking them;
    • pointing at "flashed" vehicles, even if you are not aiming at them.
  • Mods that make it easier to dodge enemy shots by determining its aiming point and projecting the projected flight path of the projectile, for example, using a laser beam.
  • Modifications that inform about reloading of enemy vehicles or display their recharge timers.
  • "Smart" sightswhich offer more options than the standard client-side target capture functionality. Especially those sights that automatically target the weak spots of the vehicles and / or the enemy vehicles in general, as well as “take” the target behind the obstacle and calculate the lead for the player.
  • Mods that allow you to automatically use standard (non-premium) equipment.
  • Modifications, changing the transparency of objects on the map.
  • Modifications that display "ghostly silhouettes" enemy vehicles in the position where the vehicle "shone" for the last time.
  • Any possible modifications, modifying the parameters of vehicles or game objectsaffecting gameplay and violating the Rules of the Game, which may appear in the future.

We believe this functionality provides players with a significant advantage. Given that such modifications were not previously considered prohibited, we are not yet adding them to the list. At the same time, work continues on its own version of the tool, which will allow you to receive the necessary information in battle.

After creating this tool, similar modifications with additional functions (for example, those that display vulnerabilities in battle) will be included in the list of prohibited.

Please note: this only applies to mods that work in combat. We are absolutely not against mods that only work in the Garage (not during combat). Moreover: they help new players to gain the necessary knowledge and learn how to effectively fight various machines. Therefore, only those modifications that provide additional information in battle will be included in the list of prohibited.

What will be the use of prohibited modifications?

A uniform system of punishment has already been introduced for all regions:

  • First use case - warning and blocking of the account for 7 days .
  • Repeated - permanent blocking of the account without the right of appeal .

Before making a final verdict on a stumbled player, experts will check and take into account absolutely all factors, which will exclude the adoption of incorrect decisions. Thus, the decision cannot be appealed.

Modification features

We have already published a similar one, but it may not suit players who are just starting to master the World of Tanks, because in three different colors you can easily get confused. There were shown opponents outside the lumbago, in the lumbago and potentially dangerous, now the mod only works with one type of enemies, those that you can shoot at. This makes the life of a tanker a lot easier, since in the heat of battle it is easy to overlook that an enemy that has just appeared can take damage from us.

The usefulness of the mod is difficult to overestimate. Imagine you are at the forefront of the attack, for example, at the Mines near the stones. The enemy is in front, you need to constantly monitor him. And then another enemy tank appears on the minimap. Without a mod, you need to take a quick look at it to make sure it's not / is a threat. But you don't need to do this with the pointer. If the pointer appears, then the enemy is in the shot, if not, then you should not be distracted by it, because there is some obstacle between you and him.

Installing the mod

Unpack the directory from the archive into the World_of_Tanks \\ res_mods \\ 1.4.0.0 folder.
