How to prepare structured living water. Can you drink tap water? How to make tap water drinkable? Is it possible to drink holy water every day

Holy water is a shrine that is present in the house of a believer. She is recruited in churches after a prayer service and consecration and carefully used for needs.

All Orthodox sincerely believe that the holy liquid helps with illnesses, the treacherous invasion of dark forces and the removal of sins. Sprinkling housing, lubricating sore spots and taking it inside - every time the wonderful properties of water are manifested.

Respectful attitude and proper storage is the key to a long service life of fresh life-giving moisture.

Holy water is a gift given by the Lord and the attitude towards it should be special. When collecting consecrated water, the following rules must be observed:

  • The container for the liquid must be cleanly washed and without stickers.
  • Do not take large amounts of water. Moisture collected for the future is considered "imprisonment of the shrine" and may lose its healing properties. With a shortage, you can always dial in any nearby temple on any day of the year.
  • When receiving and giving holy water, it is forbidden to swear or quarrel. Swearing destroys the faith and prayer of the begging Christian.
  • Use for divination and magical rituals.

To preserve the miraculous properties, the vessel with the liquid is tightly sealed with a lid, stored next to home icons and do not allow sunlight to enter the container.

Indeed, the use of holy water is limitless when used carefully and deliberately. And yet there are rules on what can and cannot be done with holy water.

How to use

Watering houseplants

Do not use liquid for watering flowers. Consecrated water, with proper use and veneration, is able to retain the bestowed properties for a long time.

However, if during long-term storage the water has changed color or an unpleasant odor has appeared, then the question arises before the parishioner, is it possible to water potted plants or flowers with spoiled water?

The clergy favorably give permission for the disposal of water in this way. If there are no plants in the house, then the rest of the water can be watered on a tree or shrub on the territory of the Church.

Is it permissible to put water on the floor?

Agiasma is as sacred as icons or other church paraphernalia and requires due respect. The floor or earth is considered a place where a sinner can pass, and if a vessel is placed on the floor, then the water can be defiled and lose its healing effect. Before collecting moisture, you should consider where to put the container upon arrival home, without resorting to installation on the floor. If the action is forced and short-term, then it is permissible. The only place where you can put a bowl of water on the floor is the temple.

medicine and water

Do not drink medicine with holy water. Sick people sincerely believe that drinking medicines with consecrated water, the effect of the pills is enhanced, and the disease will quickly and inevitably recede.

When asked whether it is possible to drink the medicine with agiasma, the clergy answer that there is no strict ban on the action, just as there is no consent.

Of course, if ordinary water is not at hand at the time of taking the medicine, then drinking holy water is not considered blasphemy. But if there is a choice, then you should not combine medicines and a shrine.

Dilution of holy water

Collecting a large amount of holy liquid in the temple, a person automatically becomes a hostage to the superstition that magical power is contained in the water and does not think that every drop is full of prayer and is a blessing from God.

Diluting holy water is not forbidden and is only welcome, if a person needs to drink agiasma. It is enough to bring a small fraction of water from the temple in a small container and at home, with a prayer, drop by drop into ordinary water, it will immediately acquire miraculous properties. But the right advice is to regularly attend the Church and receive new holy water.

Application to animals: is it possible or not?

It is a sin to water animals with holy water. The holy scripture says that animals should not touch the shrine. So drinking holy water to pets is prohibited. However, if the animal is threatened with a fatal disease, and the owner hopes for a better outcome, then a few drops added to the main drink will not be superfluous.

But, by the way, the animal will not be able to appreciate the good liquid, but only the faith of the owner will help to overcome the disease. Sprinkling pets with life-giving moisture is not prohibited. The combination of prayer for diseases and sprinkling with holy water will save your pet from adversity.

Using agiasma for cleaning

Washing floors with holy water is prohibited, walking on foot after cleaning is considered a defilement. Application when washing various surfaces is also not permissible. Sprinkling of the dwelling is allowed, and if moisture gets on the floor in the process, then there is no sin in this. If a container of water has fallen and spilled onto the floor, then the moisture is collected with a clean napkin, squeezed into another bowl and either watered the flowers or poured into running water.

Consecration of the cross at home

The best defense of the Orthodox is considered to be a cross consecrated by a clergyman in the temple. But if immediate divine protection is needed, then the cross can be consecrated independently. To conduct it, you will need holy water and a prayer in front of the icon for the help of the Lord.

cooking with holy water

It is forbidden to add a shrine to food. Adding a shrine to food or tea is unacceptable and is considered a sin.

No need to combine the desire to turn to God, and fill the stomach.

Consecrated water is meant to relieve spiritual, not worldly, problems.

It is permissible to sprinkle food with prayer, faith and gratitude.

Holy water bath

It is forbidden to use agiasma for taking a bath, for the falling of the shrine into the sewage is considered disrespectful. Bathing in holy water, in the hope of remission of sins, will not bring results, only faith and sincere repentance can purify a person. But wetting the body with holy water after taking a bath with ordinary water is allowed. A small amount applied to the palm of your hand can wash your face and chest.

Can you bless a gun with holy water?

From the point of view of logic, the consecration of weapons is unacceptable, because killing is a sin. But from the standpoint of the Russian Orthodox Church, consecration is permitted and is regarded as a means of a forced struggle against evil. The gun stored in the house is consecrated to protect the household from a possible attack by robbers.

Selling: benefit or sin?

To charge for holy water is considered blasphemy. It is a gift from God and is given free of charge. But if money was required for the delivery of the shrine, then you can reimburse what was spent and call it a donation.

Is it possible to give holy water from home, share or give to strangers?

Giving part of the holy water to a stranger is possible, but you need to be firmly convinced that the moisture will be used in useful and not containing evil thoughts deeds.

Boiling and freezing

Freezing is not required. Water becomes consecrated after the priest reads special prayers and immerses the cross. After that, the liquid is filled with God's grace, cleansed of all negativity and retains freshness and miraculous properties for a long time. Therefore, boiling is not required.

No need to store water in the refrigerator it is polluted by nearby products. Also do not freeze. Under the influence of low temperatures, water changes its structure and loses its healing qualities, and after thawing it quickly becomes unusable.

What to do with unused

Where is holy water poured? Sometimes it happens that, and a person is afraid to use it inside. Then the rest of the water is poured into a place far from sewage. Pour onto the path where people or animals walk, into the sewer - you can’t! This is an extreme disrespect for the shrine. An acceptable place for draining unsuitable moisture is a river with the course, open pond, tree at the temple, houseplants.

The blessing of water is a great sacrament. It makes it possible to return to pristine purity and draw closer to the Lord. Using holy water, a person heals the soul and body.

There are many quite reliable household water filters that will solve the problem. These are drinking water filters that are built into the sink, faucet nozzles, pitcher filters, water pre-treatment installations throughout the apartment. But when the filter is out of order, and the problem needs to be solved at least for a while, we remember simpler ways to clean tap water.

settling

Chlorinated tap water tastes and smells bad. But chlorination is necessary to neutralize the microorganisms present in the water. To neutralize the microorganisms present in the water, it is chlorinated. Drinking chlorinated water is not recommended, chlorine has the ability to accumulate in the body and during boiling forms very harmful chemical compounds. You can neutralize the effect of chlorine by settling the water. Simply pour tap water into a large container and leave for 7-8 hours. Heavy metal impurities and chlorine compounds will evaporate during this time. Important! Use for drinking and food you need ¾ of settled water, pour out the rest.

ICE FILTER

A simple method of preparing melt water at home is suitable for those who have a roomy freezer. Cold water in plastic bottles should be placed in the freezer and wait until about half of it freezes. In the middle of the volume, unfrozen water remains, which is poured out. The ice is thawed and used for drinking. The idea of this method of water purification is that pure water freezes first, and most of the impurities remain in solution. Even sea ice is mostly fresh water, despite the fact that it forms on the surface of a salty body of water. It is important to know: only the water from which clear ice is obtained can be used for food. If the ice looks cloudy, the water from it is saturated with harmful substances. Therefore, doctors recommend only clear, clean ice to defrost and drink. Melt water from it is very useful for the skin, so you can actively use it for washing.

Silicon Enrichment

Silicon has strong bactericidal properties, in fact it is the best natural water filter, but the question is - where to get it? Silicon can be bought at some pharmacies or ordered online. Its cost is not high - 230-250 rubles per 150 g. In addition, silicon also has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal properties, improves metabolism, has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, preventing the occurrence of pathologies, and contributes to the rapid removal of toxins from the body , toxins, carcinogens and other harmful substances. Before using silicon for the first time, it is necessary to thoroughly rinse it with running water, then pour it with water and infuse for 2-3 days. It is necessary to drink in small portions, at least 2-3 glasses per day. Periodically (1 time per week) the crystals should be washed from the formed plaque.

Cleansing with activated carbon

Activated carbon is a part of household bulk filters for water purification. It is an effective water purifier, after application of which tap water becomes more pleasant in taste and smell. since coal absorbs almost all harmful substances found in tap water. To purify water with activated charcoal, you need to place a home-made filter in the form of a fabric or gauze bag filled with activated charcoal - powdered, granular or in tablets (tablets must first be crushed) on a container with water. True, such an impromptu filter cannot be used for a long time; it requires replacement in a few days.

Silver cleansing

The ions contained in silver actively purify water. Silver has bactericidal properties, so you can pour water into a large glass container, place a silver object (with 999 fineness) inside and let the water stand for 8-10 hours. The only thing - it is not recommended to drink only such water, silver - silver toxins can accumulate, creating an excess of silver in the body, which can lead to metabolic disorders.

Tap water is considered safe, but many still prefer to "insure" - install additional water filters or boil it before drinking. You can only find out how safe the liquid you drink is in the laboratory. However, some signs of poor-quality water can be determined by eye and thanks to olfactory and taste buds.

What's wrong with tap water?

Drinking tap water is undesirable and sometimes even dangerous. It has too many chloride compounds. According to the regulations, chlorine should be up to 0.5 milligrams per liter of water. This amount is considered safe for humans and at the same time effective in the fight against bacteria and microbes.

Tap water can mix with sewerage. According to the Russian Water Supply and Sanitation Association, the wear and tear of water supply systems in Russia is approximately 58%. Sewer and water pipes are laid side by side, in the same boxes, and they can rot so much that when you turn on the tap, you will see brown water flowing. It is absolutely not drinkable.

In addition, the quality of tap water depends on its hardness - the amount of calcium and magnesium salts, as well as impurities of iron and other minerals.

Tap water should not be drunk if:

The water is cloudy;

- if the shade is greenish, rusty, yellowish or any other;

- if the filter with a replaceable cassette turned yellow (perhaps this is due to the deterioration of the pipes and, as a result, the ingress of rust and iron into the water);

- the water has a specific smell;

- after the water has settled, you see a heavy sediment;

- The water has an unpleasant taste.

How to purify water at home?

Drinking water quality can be improved at home in several ways:

Settling. It is necessary to pour water from the tap into a glass dish and stand for six to seven hours. During this time, impurities of heavy metals and chlorine compounds will evaporate from the water.

- Filtration. Pass water through any filter. This can be a filter jug with a replaceable cassette, a nozzle for a faucet and a filter for a cold water riser.

- Boiling. To boil water, use an ordinary kettle, not an electric one: the water will boil more slowly, but the scale will be much less. For cleansing, simple boiling is more than enough.

- O silver cleaning. Even an ordinary silver spoon dipped into a tank of water can improve its properties.

- Cleansing with activated charcoal. Activated carbon is used in a wide variety of filters. It is enough to hold the coal in water for 12 hours to make the water purified.

In which countries is it possible and in which it is impossible to drink water from the tap?

There are many states where water quality is monitored throughout the entire water cycle. For example, in the Netherlands absolutely no chlorine is used, and in Austria or Switzerland about 90 percent of drinking water is chlorine-free.

In Finland, you can also drink water straight from the tap. At the treatment plant, it is treated with ferrous sulfate, then exposed only to ozone for disinfection.

In France, water is also treated with ozone, passed through sand filters, then re-ozonated and purified using granular activated carbon filters. The authorities provide tax incentives to those who do the best job of cleaning water.

In Italy, you can drink water not only from the tap, but even from a fountain on the street. The quality of water in the country is checked regularly.

The highest standards are applied to tap water in Germany. Modern purification facilities have been installed throughout the country.

The non-profit organization Water.org annually publishes a list of countries where it is not recommended to drink tap water. The top three most dangerous countries include Afghanistan, Ethiopia and Chad. Not the best way things are in Ghana, Rwanda, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, India and Haiti.

For residents of modern megacities, distilled water has become more accessible - it is prepared in household distillers. Why such water is needed, what are its advantages and disadvantages, what properties it has - such questions arise for those who are interested in a healthy lifestyle.

The effect of water purified by a distiller on the body raises many questions, rumors, and conjectures. Naturopaths claim that it is extremely useful, can work wonders and keep you young. The other extreme in judgments about such water is that it flushes out everything useful from the body, contributes to the destruction of teeth, bones, etc. The truth is most likely somewhere in the middle, it has yet to be established through further reasoning.

Water, purified from various impurities, has special physical properties, different acidity and is an excellent solvent.

Not a single chemical laboratory can do without it. It finds application in many areas of human activity.

Other than that, it's just plain water. It pours on people's heads from the sky during the rain, is part of all juicy fruits and vegetables, glistens on the grass with dew drops in the morning. For industrial purposes, such water is obtained in special installations or with the help of household distillers.

Properties and chemical composition

Water purified from impurities and salts is still not absolutely pure. Atmospheric gases are dissolved in it. Due to carbon dioxide, the pH of the water is in the range of 5.5 - 6.5, the reaction of the medium is slightly acidic. Such a liquid is easily heated above the boiling point and cooled below the freezing point.

Water purified by a distiller cannot be a conductor of electric current. If this statement is not confirmed by testing the purchased water, then it contains unacceptable impurities.

According to GOST, distilled water must meet certain indicators.

Let's put them in a table:

Chemical elementMass concentration norm
ammonia and ammonium salts (NH 4), mg / dm 30,02
nitrates (KO 3), mg / dm 30,2
sulfates (SO 4), mg / dm 30,5

aluminum (Al), mg / dm 30,05
iron (Fe), mg / dm 30,05
calcium (Ca), mg / dm 30,8

Can you drink distilled water

The most useful water to drink in the morning on an empty stomach is distilled water. At night, the body was intensively restored after the last working day. Drinking water will help remove toxins dissolved in the blood. Since distilled water contains no salts, it is an excellent solvent.

  • If you drink cold water, the main purification of the blood will be provided by the kidneys. Intestinal peristalsis will also work, due to the low temperature of the liquid.
  • If you drink a warm liquid, intestinal motility will not work, but the excretory ability of the skin and lungs will be activated. A larger amount of water with slags dissolved in it will come out this way.

Distilled water is great for cleansing, but you can't use it throughout the day.

It should only enter an empty stomach, otherwise digestion will be disturbed. Before meals, distilled water can be drunk no later than 1 hour.

During sports, water is actively lost. Feeling thirsty after exercise suggests that the blood is too thick, the heart is hard to work with. But you can't drink during class. There will be a sharp increase in blood volume, the heart will receive too much work.

You can drink only after a short rest, when the initial state of the pulse is restored. To improve performance, it is better to drink alkaline water before and after classes, instead of distilled water.

Cooking at home

Distilled water, purified from all impurities, is obtained using a special apparatus - a water distiller. He, thanks to the steam generator, turns ordinary water into distillate. It usually takes 1 hour to prepare 1 liter of distilled water.

To prepare the distillate, it is advisable to buy spring water or use it passed through a food filter - then the distiller will last longer. If you have to take water from the tap, it must first settle for 1 day.

If you are wondering how to make distilled water at home, then take note of a couple of simple “recipes”:

  • The easiest option is to collect clean water during the rain. Unfortunately, this is almost impossible to do in the city, because the air is polluted by car exhausts and smoke from factory chimneys.
  • The second simple option is to use the steam condensation on the lid during the boil. To do this, pour half a pot of water, put it on fire, put an empty bowl of refractory glass or stainless steel inside. Cover the pot with the lid upside down. Put ice on top of the lid. As the water boils, the steam will condense on the surface of the lid and drip into the bowl placed in the saucepan. After half an hour, the empty bowl will be filled with a small amount of distilled water.

Scope of use of distilled water

Distilled water is widely used in various fields of human activity:

  • for medical equipment;
  • in the pharmacy business;
  • in production;
  • in cosmetology;
  • during the operation of household appliances;
  • in cars.

Any housewife knows that a steam iron and air humidifier will last longer if you pour distilled water into it. A motorist constantly buys distillate for the battery of his car.

Therefore, we first consider the positive properties of distilled water, purified from all harmful:

  • the composition of such water is identical to that contained in the plant cells of succulent fruits;
  • it does not contain an excess of mineral salts that are poorly absorbed by the body;
  • it well removes toxins from the body;
  • quenches thirst;
  • has no taste and smell.

Distilled water drunk in the morning on an empty stomach - what is it? Good for the health of the body, as many people have seen. It improves metabolism, stimulates cellular respiration. Remarkably dissolves all the toxins contained in the blood and removes them from the body.

However, such water also has its drawbacks.

According to doctors, when it enters the body, it can cause stress, is poorly absorbed by cells, and causes other negative processes:

  • increased acidity of water does not allow maintaining the desired acid-base balance in the body;
  • the distillation process takes a long time, requires special equipment;
  • improper use of distilled water can increase the load on the cardiovascular system, worsen the work of the stomach.

The quality of purified water is affected by the apparatus used to obtain it. Brewed in a cheap distiller that is not intended for food purposes, water can have an unpleasant taste. Interestingly, the moonshine is also a kind of distiller.

It is difficult to imagine modern society without distilled water; its benefits in industrial production and everyday life are undeniable. And the alleged harm to the body can manifest itself only with ignorance. It is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of physiological processes, do not drink water during physical exertion or meals. It is desirable to replenish the balance of mineral salts in the body. But even with the use of ordinary drinking water, the intake of vitamin-mineral complexes is necessary.

We can conclude that distilled water is the most common, without harmful impurities. It can harm only out of ignorance, and is useful not only for industrial, technical and domestic purposes, but also for food.

Different from regular tap or bottled. But it may seem to many that special, complex equipment is needed to prepare living water with miraculous properties. Scientists have developed such equipment, but we can do without it. It is not difficult to prepare living water at home. The main thing is that you must first let it stand for at least half an hour in an open container so that the chlorine disappears. If the water clearly smells like bleach, then you need to defend longer. If the water in your area is not chlorinated, but fluoridated, you cannot use it to prepare structured water, you will have to buy bottled drinking water and carry out all further operations with it.

Here are a few ways, which one is the best, decide for yourself.

Preparing living water at home

1. Freeze ordinary raw tap water in the refrigerator. Fill the pan by placing it in the freezer on a piece of cardboard or a sheet of plywood. After the water is completely frozen, let it melt at normal room temperature. You can take a plastic bottle, but you only need to fill it to 80%, because when it freezes, the ice expands greatly, and the bottle may burst. For the same reason, you can’t freeze water in glassware, it bursts, even if you don’t cover it, it’s checked. Moreover, I even burst plastic containers for storing food. I freeze water in 2 liter plastic Norwegian ice cream containers, covered but not tightly closed. Very comfortably. After defrosting, such water can already be drunk, but in order to be treated with water, or to lose weight with water, this is not enough.

2. This method completely removes the deuterium. We do everything as in the first case, but when the water begins to freeze, you need to remove the completely appearing crust of ice. It contains deuterium, it freezes earlier. After freezing the bulk of the water, you need to rinse the frozen piece under running cold water. It must be transparent, because the most harmful impurities are removed from the surface of the ice. Then you can melt all the ice and drink the melted "living" water.

3. We heat up to 94-96 degrees the amount of water we need. Before the first signs of boiling appear, remove the pan and cool the water sharply, then freeze, then thaw. In this way, prepared water goes through the phases of the usual natural cycle: evaporation, cooling, freezing, thawing. And although this method is much more complicated, such water is especially useful - it is rich in extraordinary internal energy. I haven't tried this method, I've only read about it.

4. With this method, water, in addition to acquiring a characteristic structure, becomes cleaner from many impurities and salts. To do this, we keep it in the freezer until more than three-quarters of the volume of water freezes. Unfrozen water will remain in the middle of the container, which must be poured out by carefully piercing the ice with a metal object heated on fire. The remaining ice should melt. The time it takes for your container to freeze can be set experimentally. It can be from 6 to 16 hours. My 2 liter container freezes to this state in about 12 hours. The meaning of these manipulations is as follows: pure water freezes faster, the bulk of unnecessary compounds slower, so all the dirt accumulates in the center and is in solution.

I used this method while we had old rusty plumbing. In the center of the ice block floated black flakes of dirt, which were not visible in unfrozen water.

I also want to talk about the object with which you will pierce the ice. I use a heated spoon, since sharp objects such as a knife or an awl are not recommended, because they carry the energy of aggression and destruction, and we need to restore health, not destroy it.

5. To get the best effect, double cleansing should be applied. Let the water settle, then freeze. We remove the first thin ice layer that forms, in which there are quickly freezing harmful compounds. Then re-freeze, three-quarters of the total volume, and remove the remaining unfrozen fraction of water. We get much cleaner and structured water.

Here five ways to prepare water structuring. Choose the right one.

Melt water should be consumed immediately after the ice melts. You can cook food on it, however, when heated, the medicinal properties are lost. In any case, such water is much cleaner than plain filtered water, and if you have a freezer that can hold water for both drinking and cooking, then I can only congratulate you.

How much living water to drink daily?

For drinking, a person needs at least 30 ml per kg of body weight. That is, if you weigh 60 kg, then you should drink at least 1.8 liters of pure living water daily, without any impurities or additives.

Such living water is ideal for drinking and maintaining good health. What to do next with frozen and thawed water so that it acquires the healing properties necessary for losing weight and getting rid of health problems, I will tell you in the next article.
