How to sheathe a house from a bar inside. Examples of interior decoration of the walls of a house made of timber: description, photo

Having completed the timber house, you should not think that all the work is over. On the contrary, the most interesting is just ahead! To create a cozy atmosphere, the interior decoration of a house made of timber is necessary, which requires more detailed attention.

And how to properly conduct it, read this article.

Interior work in a wooden house - an integrated approach

If you have not yet come across the term "interior decoration of log houses", then it is worth explaining that this is a whole set of cases, which includes:

  • Laying of communications (heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity);
  • Impregnation of wooden walls with antiseptics and fire-resistant compounds; (see also article)
  • Thermal insulation and waterproofing of walls, floor, ceiling (if necessary);
  • Installation of partitions and other structures;
  • Preparation of walls, ceilings, floors for decorative finishing (leveling, installation of a frame for attaching sheathing material, etc.);
  • Finishing cladding of walls, ceilings, floors;
  • Installation of interior doors, switches, lighting fixtures.

Advice!
If you have never done any of the above works before, then it is better to entrust it to qualified specialists.
Well, let it take more money than originally planned.
But so you can be sure that everything is done efficiently and reliably.
This is especially true for communications.
It is quite possible to cope with the rest of the tasks on your own.

The interior decoration of a house made of profiled timber is a responsible matter. Therefore, before proceeding with it, it would be good to draw up a design project in which all the nuances will be clearly spelled out. In particular, the location of heating pipes, electricity, sewerage and much more.

That is, you need to clearly consider all the previously given points: from draft materials to decorative coatings - their type, required quantity, cost, color, texture, etc.

Another important point to be aware of is that all wooden buildings have shrinkage.

This process can be roughly divided into two stages:

  1. Primary shrinkage - in most cases continues during the first 2 years due to the drying of the wood. Due to the fact that at this time there is a decrease in the gaps between the bars under the weight of the roof, cracks of various sizes may appear outside and inside the room. In addition, the ceiling and walls may shrink by 2-3 centimeters.
    In view of this, experts do not recommend using rigid structures (for example, drywall, plastic panels) when decorating walls and ceilings until the shrinkage of the house is completed.
  2. Secondary - associated with fluctuations in humidity and temperature of wood. As a rule, it is insignificant and is unlikely to somehow negatively affect the internal facing coatings.
    Then, what can be the interior decoration of a house made of glued laminated timber or profiled timber in the first years after construction is completed?
    The best thing to do here is:
    • Plaster load-bearing structures and cover them with special paints and varnishes that protect wood from mold and decay;
    • Mount a two-layer subfloor;
    • Leave the ceiling as it is or use a stretch fabric.

Draft and finishing floor

First of all, the draft floor rises from the timber in the dwelling. We advise you to stay on a double floor structure - it will best keep the heat inside the room.

How is it, double subfloor? That is, special logs are constructed, between which a heater with a waterproofing layer (for example, mineral wool) is laid. Then the whole thing is covered with boards, followed by a fine floor covering. Perhaps this is the simplest, most economical and effective option in terms of saving heat and sound insulation.

But as a finishing floor covering in timber houses it is very popular to use such materials:

  1. Planed sheet piling.
    It has many advantages, of which I would like to highlight the following in particular:
    • it is a 100% environmentally friendly material, which, thanks to natural data and special impregnations, "breathes" and has excellent resistance to moisture;
    • strength and durability - another advantage of the sheet pile board (besides, it is very convenient and easy to care for such a floor);
    • modern variations in the processing and tinting of the surface of the boards make it possible to harmoniously fit them into almost any interior;
    • if necessary, the flooring can always be updated by scraping or regular sanding of the boards.

  1. But if a water or infrared “warm floor” system is used as additional heating, then you can forget about the floorboard. The fact is that a decent part of the heat will be spent on heating the sheet pile.
    In this case, a laminate or parquet board is most often used for laying the finishing floor.

Important!
When choosing parquet/laminate for underfloor heating, pay attention to the presence of the appropriate marking, which should indicate that the coating has good heat conductivity.

Wall cladding options

As mentioned above, the interior decoration of the walls of a house from a bar implies their preparation (puttying, insulation, moisture and vapor barrier, etc. work) and further cladding with a finishing material / coating.

Advice!
Before finishing wall structures, answer yourself the question: “for what purposes will the built house be used?”.
If it was built to spend only weekends and summer holidays in it, then you can safely save on warming.
After all, no one will live here in the winter.
But if on the contrary, (that is, this is the main dwelling), then it is simply necessary to insulate the walls.

As for the finishing of the walls, there are many interesting solutions. True, when the house is shrinking (recall - the first 2 years after construction is completed), it is better to limit yourself to paints, varnishes or a simple stain.

This treatment is remarkable in that the natural grain of the wood is preserved. After all, the tree itself has unique patterns that are drawn by the most talented artist - nature. Why hide this beauty? This technique is especially effective if the walls of the house are built from a bar of valuable species.

Attention!
When choosing paint and varnish coatings, give preference to those that contain as few substances harmful to health as possible.

By the way!
Modern paint is matte, semi-gloss and glossy - also consider this when buying it.

In the event that shrinkage is no longer threatened, the interior decoration of a wooden house from a bar can be made with sheet materials.

Let's look at the most fashionable of them:

  1. Wall panels Isotex. They are usually made from wood without the addition of glue, therefore they have excellent environmental friendliness and hypoallergenicity. The advantages here also include good thermal insulation characteristics, sound-absorbing properties and easy installation.

Vinyl wallpaper or linen fabrics act as the outer covering of the panels. In specialized stores you will certainly find a rich assortment of these products, made in various colors and textures.

  1. Drywall - is actively used everywhere for interior work. And this is not surprising, because any architectural creations (in particular arches) can be created from it! In addition, it has a low specific gravity, is easy to process and is an environmentally friendly material. Oh yes, the price for it is very, very pleasant, despite the mass of useful qualities.

The installation instructions for drywall sheets involve attaching them to a metal or wooden frame, which is pre-built on wall structures. Such a system is convenient in that the beam and drywall will not come into contact with each other - this will save both the load-bearing walls and the sheathing from cracking.

Behind the sheet material, in the frame, you can conveniently hide electrical wiring, plumbing, and other communications (not to mention the insulation layer).

  1. Interior wall decoration with imitation timber - siding, lining, block house, MDF panels. Many of our compatriots like real Russian log huts, but, alas, this is a very expensive pleasure. Therefore, it is necessary to build from a cheaper material - profiled or glued timber, which has a rectangular cross section. (see article for more details)

Interior decoration imitation of a bar allows you to give a lumber house that missing nobility, and without spending a lot of money, time and effort. A room with such a lining is difficult to distinguish from natural logs.

Among the main advantages are:

  • Environmental friendliness - a favorable microclimate will always be kept in the room. And if you use panels made of pine or larch, then the air in the house will become truly healing! (see article for more details)
  • A wide range of applications - such panels can also be used for interior decoration of a bath from a bar with your own hands or for external cladding of buildings. And this is due to the unique properties of the material: resistance to moisture, temperature extremes, ultraviolet radiation and other harmful effects.

  • Simplified installation - a convenient groove fastening system not only facilitates the cladding process, but also makes the decorative coating monolithic and durable.

As you can see, the interior decoration of houses made of glued laminated timber can be very diverse and original, to match the chosen style of interior design.

Once we started the repair - let's not forget about the ceiling

Here, again, it is necessary to proceed from whether shrinkage occurs at the time of finishing work or not. If there is no shrinkage, you can implement any ideas with any existing materials.

And in a newly completed house, it is more rational to choose one of the two solutions below:

  1. Leave the ceiling open. It's great if the interior of the room will correspond to this approach. An unlined ceiling can harmoniously fit in and emphasize country style or Provence, for example.

  1. Make a stretch ceiling that perfectly closes the ceiling hole and does not interfere with the shrinkage of the house.

Conclusion

Any interior decoration (not only timber structures) is a complex event that simultaneously solves several important tasks. Therefore, it must be taken with all seriousness. Only then will the desired coziness, comfort and warmth reign in the house!

And in the posted video in this article there is visual information on the topic we have touched upon.

Wood is widely used in residential construction as the main material for walls, ceilings and floors. In our country, chopped huts were distributed everywhere.

The log was replaced by a new material - profiled timber. It is more convenient and more technologically advanced in work. Finishing the interior of the house from a bar is made at the request of its owner and is not mandatory.

Wood itself has an excellent texture and unique properties in the field of decoration. The bar undergoes preliminary and finishing processing on industrial equipment.

After grinding and applying special primers and varnishes, the surface of the material does not need any decorative coatings. However, this does not mean at all that in such houses it is impossible to make finishes to your liking.

A completely logical question arises: how to decorate a house from a bar inside, and what material is better to use? The answer is both simple and difficult at the same time. The reason for this is that almost any finishing technology can be used in such houses.

The difficulty lies in the fact that it is necessary to ensure reliable insulation of wood from moisture. Based on this, the use of techniques with the application of plaster or putty is not recommended.

The choice of material for finishing

A beam profiled in cross section is an almost perfect square, in which the opposite sides are flat, and on the mating surfaces a groove is made on one side, and a comb on the other.

These elements are necessary to ensure the tightness of the joints. The right angles of the squares are beveled along the entire length of the timber. The connection of parts of one row in the corners of the building is carried out by means of special tie-ins.

The smooth sides of the beam, after their qualified laying, form an almost perfect plane. It does not need any preliminary preparation and alignment. So, for example, lining, plastic sheets, MDF panels and drywall can be screwed directly to the beam without a special frame.

Practice shows that even unskilled workers, which, in fact, is the vast majority of homeowners, can do all the work on their own. The internal space of the house is formed by three planes: floor, walls and ceiling.

The finish of each of these surfaces has its own characteristics. A simple observation shows that it is the lower plane that deserves special attention.

Floor finishing

The location of this surface is such that it needs additional hydro and thermal insulation. The design of the house from a bar provides for the presence of a power set, on which a draft floor is laid from a board or OSB plywood. On this surface, another supporting structure is made and a decorative floor covering is laid.

In expanded form, the work program looks like this:

  1. We lay waterproofing material on the surface of the subfloor. It can be: both roofing material and film polymer membrane;
  2. We mount a power set from a rectangular beam 50 × 100 mm, mounted on an edge. This design has a different device, depending on what is intended as a finish. Under a regular board, the beam is installed in parallel with a step of 500 mm, and under plywood - in squares with a side of no more than 500-600 mm;
  3. Particular attention should be paid to the fastening of the power set to the floor, it must be sufficiently reliable and completely exclude the possibility of even minimal movement of the elements. The best means to achieve this goal will be self-tapping screws of the appropriate size;
  4. We put insulation in the free space: polystyrene foam, mineral fiber mats or rolled glass wool;

  1. We cover with another layer of a vapor barrier made of a film membrane;
  2. We produce flooring of a finishing coating from a pre-selected material.

Useful advice: the floor from the board, laid with your own hands and varnished, looks the best in a house made of natural wood. When laying such a coating, it becomes necessary to create a tight contact between the individual floorboards. It can be achieved by using wedge technology.

Ceilings

This surface in houses made of timber is formed by the supporting beams of the floor and the boardwalk between them. Finishing a timber house inside along the ceilings mainly comes down to their grinding and opening with special primers and varnishes.

In the bathroom or in the kitchen, the air humidity is high and the floor wood needs additional protection. PVC film suspended ceilings will cope with this task in the best way.

The choice of texture and color is determined by the overall style of the design of this room. The choice of films for ceilings is huge and allows you to harmoniously fit them into almost any interior.

Advice! Before installing such a ceiling, it is necessary to carry out work on the installation of waterproofing. A membrane made of polymer material is best suited. It is fixed to the ceiling using rails and self-tapping screws.

This will prevent condensation from forming on the wooden surface. The price of this operation is relatively low, but the protection is reliable.

Wall decoration in a house made of profiled timber

Given the decorative properties of this material, you can generally leave everything as it is, after careful grinding and opening with a protective varnish. However, in some rooms with high humidity, ceramic tiles on the walls will not look superfluous.

It cannot be laid on wood, so you must first create a base for it. For these purposes, moisture-resistant drywall is suitable, which can be fixed directly to a bar or to a supporting structure made of steel profile.

There is a detailed instruction for working with this material, the repetition of which within the framework of this article is inappropriate. The second finishing option with a frame looks more preferable, because it will allow you to discreetly place engineering communications.

findings

How to do this is described in sufficient detail above. The video in this article will help to visually demonstrate the described processes, which will allow you to get a complete picture of them.

Many people think that building a house under a roof is almost a finished house. And only those who have encountered this issue not for the first time or know the experience of friends and relatives can say that this is not even half of the work until the moment when it will be possible to call into the house. For a comfortable life, you need to conduct communications, install windows, doors, place furniture and decor elements. We will try to understand the intricacies of such an issue as the interior decoration of a house made of timber. The construction of houses from profiled or glued beams is now not inferior to the volume of brick housing construction, so this issue will be relevant for many.

Conventionally, interior decoration can be divided into several major stages, independent of the materials used. For a house made of timber, there will be only some features. This is due to the peculiarities of such log cabins, they have shrinkage and good vapor permeability.

The main stages of finishing a house from a bar inside:

  • Equipment of the building with engineering and communication systems (electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage);
  • Protection of wooden structures with fire-retardant compositions. During the finishing process, they will be hidden behind the finishing materials, and at the end of the finishing work you will not be able to have access to them, so you need to protect them as much as possible to ensure the durability of the wood;
  • Preparation of the floor, walls and ceilings for finishing materials;
  • Installation of windows and doors;
  • Finishing the floor, ceiling and walls inside the house.

Now let's dwell on each stage in more detail.

Conducting communications in the house

It is difficult to imagine a person who would be a specialist in all areas of intra-house communications. Trying to wire electricity, water or heating according to advice from the Internet is very risky. This can lead to additional costs for conducting these communications anew, to unscheduled home repairs.

It is better to entrust these complex works to specialists. Part of the communications could have been laid at the stage of building construction.

They try to hide most of the communications behind the finishing elements, so this stage begins immediately after the construction of the building. In addition, the subsequent shrinkage of the house does not interfere with work with communications.

Protection of draft structures at home with antiseptics

Wood is a natural material and is therefore susceptible to mold and insect attack. Under the finish, you will no longer be able to control these processes, so you need to take care of protecting the wood. Wood is also a flammable material. Now there are a lot of compounds that provide comprehensive protection of wood from rot, insects, and also increase the ignition temperature of wood (sometimes even make wood a completely non-combustible material). All these compounds are harmless to human health after application, as they bind to wood at the chemical level. The main thing is to observe the application technology, the consumption rates of the compositions, as well as the safety precautions for working with them. Wood preservatives are affordable, and anyone can do this work on their own without additional training.

Preparing surfaces for finishing

Preparation of walls, ceiling and floor for finishing is not always required. It all depends on the material chosen for the finish.

In the case of building a house from glued or profiled timber, preparation of walls for finishing (painting) is not required, except when sheathing material will be used. In this case, a wooden crate is installed, which is also pre-treated with an antiseptic. It should be remembered that it is impossible to sheathe the walls of a house from a bar in the first two years of installing a log house (if materials of natural moisture were used during construction).

Preparation of floors for finishing is also not always necessary. Very often, a massive board is used as a floor covering in a house. Preparation for finishing painting of such floors consists in puttying and grinding irregularities. But these works are usually carried out immediately before applying paintwork. In the case of using laminate, parquet, tiles, it is necessary to make a flat, even base. In the case of tile laying, the flooring will have to be made of chipboard or fiber cement boards.

Preparation of ceilings for finishing is also rarely needed. Everything will depend on the type of ceiling chosen: with visible beams, with sheathing, stretch ceilings, plaster. Only for plastering will require patching sheets of plasterboard.

Installation of windows and doors

Working with window or door openings in a house made of timber is a rather complicated issue that requires considerable skills. This is again due to the shrinkage of the walls of the house from the timber. Do not fix window frames or door frame to the wall. You need to worry about the installation of the casing bar.

There are several options for mounting the casing. The main function is performed by vertical racks. The top and bottom planks for the box can be made from a regular dry board.

T-shaped casing. In this case, a groove is cut at the ends of the timber in the openings. The most reliable option would be to use monolithic casing elements that are made by carpentry workshops.

However, in the case of small openings, a makeshift casing can be used. A beam is laid in the groove cut at the ends, to which an ordinary dry board is attached with self-tapping screws.

More difficult to manufacture is a U-shaped casing box. In this case, spikes are left at the ends of the timber, on which the deck will be put on. The advantage of this box is its absolute heat and moisture insulation. That is, the access of moisture or wind is completely limited to the ends of the timber. Such casing bars are made only in carpentry workshops by special order and usually cost 30% more than T-shaped ones.

A gap of at least 7 cm must be left above the top bar, which is filled with mineral wool, previously wrapped in a vapor barrier film.

When working with doors, the casing can be made of glued, knot-free material. A quarter is immediately made in it for the installation of the door leaf. Such casing boxes are made according to the thickness of the wall, they do not require the installation of slopes and additional purchase of extensions.
As you can see, installing windows and doors in a house made of timber is not a very simple technology. When ordering a large number of windows and doors, it is possible that the company will offer you a significant discount on installation. Do not neglect such an offer.

Wall finishing

Painting

Houses built from profiled or glued beams have an aesthetic appearance of the walls from the inside. In this case, only painting should be attributed to the finishing. The choice between opaque paints or tinting impregnations is yours. The main thing is to follow the rule: you can not interfere with the vapor permeability of wood. To paint the walls inside the house, you should not use paints that prevent the wood from breathing. Try to choose a paintwork material specifically for interior work. Universal impregnations can smell strongly and release harmful substances. If we have built an eco-friendly house, then the paint for it should be harmless to human health.

Sheathing with wooden materials

In the case of using sawn or profiled timber of natural moisture, significant cracks may appear on the walls. In this case, the walls are sheathed with finishing materials. The most suitable are wooden elements, as they do not interfere with the breathing of the house and preserve its microclimate.

If you have chosen timber for the construction of your house, then a concise solution for sheathing will be finishing a wooden house with an imitation of timber. This is a specially milled board, equipped with a spike and a groove for mounting. When assembled, the wall looks identical to the wall of a log cabin made of glued laminated timber. Imitation timber has a different thickness and width. As mentioned above, a wooden crate is required for installation. Boards are attached to the crate using special clamps. Recall that it is possible to sheathe the walls no earlier than two years after the construction of the log house. After sheathing, the imitation is also covered with paints and varnishes.

In addition to imitation of timber, walls can also be sheathed with clapboard, blockhouse, planken or other wooden elements. The installation of any wooden material is similar to sheathing with imitation timber.

Wall cladding with sheet materials

Sheathing with sheet materials is used for wall decoration with plaster, wallpaper, for tile installation. Chipboard or GKL is usually used, less often GVL. Under the sheet material, aluminum profiles are used as a crate, which are attached to the walls with suspensions.

Wall cladding with MDF or PVC panels. These materials are rarely used, but also require attention. Installation does not differ from wood cladding. The panels are also equipped with a spike and a groove; they can be attached to the crate with self-tapping screws or kleimers. The disadvantage of this variant of the skin is their vapor impermeability, which disrupts the natural circulation of air and moisture.

Floor finishing

Painting. In the case of using a solid board as a finishing floor covering, only coating with paints and varnishes is required. Typically, alkyd-urethane or acrylic-urethane based varnishes are used. Each of them has a number of advantages: alkyd - more wear-resistant, acrylic - do not smell when applied, but have less resistance to abrasion. It should be noted that the floors of the floor lath are an excellent basis for laminate, parquet or linoleum.

Linoleum, laminate, parquet board. Under these materials, a perfectly even base of plywood or chipboard should be prepared. Installation is carried out in accordance with the technology for each of the materials.

Ceiling finishing

Painting. Often, beams and their filing serve as decoration for the ceiling. Often the owners want the house to look like in the old days, so the ceiling beams are not hemmed from the bottom. They are simply polished or artificially aged and then covered with paints and varnishes.

Wood trim. As in the case of walls, imitation timber is often used for finishing. A ceiling made of such material will fit very well into the interior, even if only painting was used to decorate the walls. Other wood materials can also be used. Separately, it is worth noting the slatted wooden ceiling when boards or slats are sewn with a gap. The crate is the ceiling sticks, which are already set to the level and the ideal plane.

On the modern market there are a lot of materials for interior decoration. Each of them has its own mounting technology, but, in fact, any material can be mounted by hand. The main thing is not to deviate from the technology proposed by the manufacturer.

What are the methods of interior decoration of the house, why is painting inside the house so popular, what sheet materials are used for lining the interior walls, what are the rules for decorating the interior of a house from a bar.

The correct sequence of work for the interior decoration of a house made of timber, what types of interior decoration exist, what is the decorative processing of timber, where to hide communications correctly. What is the advantage of using lining, how to properly finish the interior with drywall, how to use plaster and plastic panels.

How to competently complete the interior of the house, the features of using decorative stone as a finishing material. What are the specifics of wooden buildings, what compositions are used, how can you imitate wood and finishing features with a complete change in surface.

How the internal processing of the walls of the log house takes place, the sequence of work and how the interior decoration of the house is carried out after shrinkage.

The interior decoration of the house from a bar is a continuation of the construction work on the assembly of the structure, which should be completed by this stage. This is a very responsible process, because it is the mission of giving the living space comfort and coziness according to the given design. In our article you will find useful information on this topic and find out where to start the upcoming renovation.

Finishing the floor, walls and ceiling in a log house made of glued or profiled timber is done by hand in several stages:

  1. laying of communication lines (electric cable, pipeline, heating system, sewerage, air conditioning);
  2. impregnation of wood with antiseptic agents to protect against fire, insects, mold and fungi;
  3. installation of heat and waterproofing material;
  4. preparation of walls, floor and ceiling for fine finishing;
  5. installation of interior doors;
  6. finishing floors, walls and ceilings.

Without certain skills and the necessary knowledge to repair premises, it is better to seek help from professionals, especially when it comes to communications. If you are confident in your abilities and do not want to overpay, you can safely do the work yourself. It is advisable to decide on the design before starting and think over every detail of the interior. Such a measure will help you have an idea of the future result and calculate the required amount of material intended for these purposes.

Features of interior decoration

Finishing a log house is carried out with the same materials as in houses made of brick or any other building material, but despite this, there are a number of features that need to be taken into account in the process of finishing walls and other objects:

  • the inevitability of primary shrinkage of houses from profiled timber, which is more significant than in other buildings. In this case, a minimum of two, and a maximum of six years of waiting may be required before finishing can be started;
  • secondary shrinkage, not exceeding 1% of the height of the floor, so it is practically not noticeable.

In the first case, the shrinkage of the timber and the reduction in its volume are to blame, during which the gaps between the logs narrow due to the constantly acting load. When the shrinkage of the house from the profiled timber is completed, you can find a decrease in floor height by 2–3 cm (in houses made of glued timber, this figure can be 1–2 cm, check with the manufacturer).

Such deformation negatively affects the finish, as a result of which the plaster is covered with cracks, and the tile falls off the walls. To avoid a long wait, it is better to build a box of a wooden house from glued beams, and then shrinkage will last no more than 12 months. Secondary shrinkage is provoked by temperature fluctuations and wood moisture, but it does not affect decorative facing materials.

The choice of materials for the interior decoration of the log house

The choice of stylistic direction and decor depends on the personal preferences of the owners of the house or on the design development of specialists who approve the project from the owners of the home, but we will introduce you to the step-by-step finishing process and the most popular materials used for these purposes.

Floor device

Before laying the flooring, you need to raise the level of the subfloor with a heat and waterproofing layer, which is covered with boards.

This simple and uncomplicated design perfectly retains heat and absorbs outside noise.

As a fine finish for the floor most often choose:

  1. Planed sheet pile lumber. This is an environmentally friendly board that is not afraid of moisture, and its structure allows the floor to "breathe". It is durable, long lasting and easy to maintain. On sale there is a wide selection of its colors and textures. Over time, the tongue and groove board can be puttyed and sanded, which allows you to update the appearance of the flooring. Such material is not suitable for those who plan to install underfloor heating, since here all the heat will be spent on heating the sheet pile.
  2. Laminate or parquet board. In this case, there are no obstacles for the installation of a "warm floor". When choosing a coating with high thermal conductivity, look for the appropriate marking on its packaging. Experts also advise laying a wooden floor from the inside of a wooden house.

After laying the finishing material, skirting boards are installed that will hide the technological opening with insulation between the wall and the floor. Before nailing the plinth, the peeking insulation must be cut off, if any. To eliminate the appearance of a sound bridge, the plinth must be fixed either to the floor or to the wall. Otherwise, you may encounter extraneous noise, especially if the "floating floor" technology was not performed.

When choosing a log house, the developer, first of all, is guided by the affordability of the price and short installation time. But the next most important issue is still the environmental friendliness of the material. And if we talk about the construction of country houses, then this factor becomes decisive. Recently, the industry of ready-made wooden cottages has emerged as an absolutely independent direction called "ecostyle". Naturally, the main task of finishing work in a wooden house is to preserve the beauty and purity that nature so generously shares with us. To do this, it is necessary to exclude the use of materials with synthetic and polymeric components that can negate all the favorable properties of wood. Nothing should interfere with natural air exchange and a healthy microclimate, which is created in the house thanks to the tree. If you need high-quality interior decoration of a house made of timber, contact our company! We do absolutely everything!

Our services:

  • installation of a water supply system;
  • installation of the sewerage system;
  • finishing of walls, floors, ceilings;
  • installation of window and door blocks;
  • production and installation of stairs.

The traditional design solution for the interior decoration of houses made of timber can be called the usual application of antiseptics, varnishes or primers on the surface of the timber. Impregnations based on natural oils and wax have become very popular recently. They not only reliably protect wood from ultraviolet radiation, from the appearance of fungi, mold, but also give the surface characteristic shades.

Also, water-based paints are widely used for interior decoration of log houses. With their help, surfaces of any color are obtained, while maintaining the natural texture of wood. It is not recommended to use vinyl wallpaper, plastic lining, linoleum and anything else that can impair the natural properties of the timber.
