We will need:

  • Champignon mushrooms - 6-8 pcs.
  • Pomegranate juice - 100 ml
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.

  • Fresh dill - 2 branches
  • Fresh parsley - 2 sprigs
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Cut the pork pulp into thin plates across the fibers. We beat off pieces of meat on both sides with a kitchen hammer, covering with cling film.

Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, send the chopped onion. Stir the onion for a couple of minutes until golden brown.

We send finely chopped mushrooms into a pan with fried onions. Fry prepared foods for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the greens well, blot with paper towels, chop finely. Put sour cream, herbs in a pan for champignons and onions, mix well. Simmer the filling for the rolls for another 5 minutes.

Remove the meat from the marinade, salt and pepper on both sides. Put two teaspoons of mushroom filling on the edge of each piece, form a roll. We fasten with wooden skewers so that they do not unwind

Beat the egg with a whisk. Dip each roll in flour and bathe in a beaten egg. We send the rolls into breadcrumbs and fry in hot sunflower oil on both sides.

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. The better the eggs are beaten, the fluffier and tastier the biscuit will be. Gently stir in the sifted flour
We transfer the dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters, bake for 20 minutes. Check for a dry toothpick.

Remove the cooled cake from the mold, cut it into two parts. Reduce one half in diameter by 1 centimeter.

For mousse, soak gelatin 1: 5 in cold water and leave to swell. We dissolve the gelatin in a water bath, or in a microwave, in pulses of 8-10 seconds. Gelatin, in no case should boil, otherwise, it will lose its qualities.

Punch currant berries with a blender, rub through a sieve. Pour powdered sugar into the currant puree, mix everything well. We leave one third for the glaze. Mix the rest of the mass with loose gelatin, add cream cheese, pour in yogurt.
