  • red bell pepper

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 225 g feta
  • 100 g kalamata olives

  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea ​​salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 125 ml olive oil

Cut the cucumbers in half, free them from seeds, cut into slices of 5-6 cm.

Cut the pepper into 1.5 cm squares. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the onion into thin half rings. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Let's prepare a dressing. Finely chop the garlic. Using a whisk, mix the garlic, oregano, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Continuing to beat, gradually pour in the olive oil. What to cook hot for the festive table

Ingredients:

  • Chum fish - steaks (8 pcs.)
  • Olive oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 5 tablespoons

We clean the chum salmon, cut, remove the fins, tail and head. Mine, cut into steaks. Finely chop the parsley. My tomatoes, cut into slices. Let's make a marinade for fish. We take olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, mix everything. This is a marinade. Put fish steaks in the marinade, mix thoroughly. Let it marinate for 40 minutes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

From foil we form boats for each steak. Put the resulting boats on a baking sheet. We put one steak in each boat. Squeeze lemon juice into each steak. Put 2 slices of tomato on top. Sprinkle with herbs on top and send to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take out the baking sheet and sprinkle each steak with grated cheese. Then we send it back to the oven for 10-15 minutes. The fish is ready. Serve with boiled rice.

Mushroom julienne

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 300 gr
  • hard cheese - 100 gr
  • onions - head
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • nutmeg - ½ tsp (for an amateur)
For the sauce:
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml cream (20%)
  • butter 20 gr

Cooking process:

Peel the onion, rinse it under running cold water, chop finely.

We wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into thin strips. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown. Then take it out of the pan. Fry the mushrooms in small portions until golden brown.

Let's go to the sauce.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, fry the flour until golden brown, stirring constantly. Flour is browned - add vegetable oil, mix until smooth. Little by little, pour the cream into the pan, continue stirring, make sure that no lumps appear, add salt and nutmeg to taste. Cook the sauce until it thickens.

As soon as the sauce has thickened, add onions and mushrooms. In a frying pan, mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with pepper to taste, add salt, if necessary, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, then remove it from the stove.

Three cheese on a coarse grater. Take a baking sheet, grease it lightly with oil. We spread the contents of the pan on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese acquires a golden crust. It is advisable to serve julienne hot, so it is not advisable to cook it in advance.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs.
  • Champignon mushrooms - 4-5 pcs.
  • Processed cheese - 90 g (1 pc.)
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste

  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

Carefully remove the entire skin from the chicken drumsticks. We cut off the meat from the bones, chop finely, or pass it through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion and champignons, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Combine prepared mushrooms with minced chicken. Add grated processed cheese there. Salt and pepper to taste.

We stuff the chicken skin with the resulting minced meat, put it on a baking sheet. We turn the skin on the side of the knee so that the minced meat does not end up outside during baking. Lubricate the shins with vegetable oil on top, season to taste. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Ready stuffed drumsticks are served on the table, garnished with herbs. Ingredients:

  • mascarpone cheese - 500 gr
  • cream 33% - 250 gr
  • icing sugar - 120 gr
  • water - 300 ml
  • natural coffee - 2 tbsp. l
  • liqueur "Amaretto" - 50 ml
  • savoyardi cookies - 35 pieces
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l

We brew hot coffee in a bowl. Add liqueur to coffee, stir, leave to cool completely.

Whisk the cooled heavy cream with a mixer until peaks. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar to the cream, beat together with a mixer at low speed until smooth.

Now we select the desired shape for the tiramisu. In our case, it is convenient to use a rectangular shape, since our cookies are long. Gently dip the cookies into the coffee mixture, spread evenly on the bottom of the mold. You do not need to keep the cookies in coffee for a long time, otherwise it will get wet. Put half of the prepared cream on top of the cookies. Then again lay out a layer of cookies dipped in coffee. Lay out the remaining cream with a top layer. Use a spatula to level the surface of the tiramisu. We cover the tiramisu dessert with cling film, leave it in the refrigerator for at least 5-7 hours, and preferably overnight.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving. To do this, sift it through a strainer.

Preparation

If the cherries were frozen, then they must first be defrosted at room temperature, put in a colander to drain off excess moisture. Then put the cherry in a bowl, cover it with sugar, stir, leave it for an hour so that the berry gives juice. Then put it back in a colander, let the cherry juice drain well.

Let's make the dough.

Combine sour cream with baking powder and mix. Whisk the softened butter until fluffy with a small pinch of salt. Without stopping whisking, add sugar in a thin stream.

We mix butter with sour cream, mix everything thoroughly, use flour to knead a soft elastic dough. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.

We release the dough from the film, knead a little on the table, divide into 15 identical pieces, from which we roll the balls. Roll each ball into a rectangle 20 x 7 cm.

We spread the cherries close to each other. We pinch the edges well. Put the resulting bars on a baking sheet with the seam down and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.

Take the "logs" out of the oven and cool.

Let's prepare sour cream.

Beat the cooled sour cream with a mixer with sugar and vanilla until the sugar increases in volume and dissolves.

We proceed to the direct formation of the cake. Put 5 "sticks" on the dish.

Lubricate with sour cream on top, lay on top of 4 more "bars".

Lubricate again with cream and add 3 more "sticks".

  • milk - 1 glass
  • butter - 150 gr.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (8 gr.)

Let's prepare the choux pastry. Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan, heat it up, add 100 g of butter, a pinch of salt. Let’s wait until the oil is completely dissolved and the mixture starts to boil. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, add 1 cup of flour, use a whisk or a regular spoon to knead the dough, avoiding lumps.

Remove the mass from the stove, it should be like thick sour cream in consistency. You should get a pretty tight mass. Cool the dough a little, beat the eggs into the dough one at a time, each time beating the dough until smooth. The dough should keep its shape.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment, use a pastry bag to place the cakes, they can be elongated or spherical. When baking, the cakes will increase in volume, keep this in mind. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, send the eclairs there for 30 minutes. Never open the oven door, otherwise the eclairs will not rise.

Preparing the custard.

Pour a glass of milk into a small saucepan or ladle, bring to a boil. Mix the egg, in a separate bowl, with 100 grams of sugar, two tablespoons of flour.
