The machine should be installed in rooms that do not belong to explosive and fire hazardous zones according to the PUE.

2. STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT

The device of the machine is shown in Fig. 1.

The bath 15 is closed by a lifting dome 1, which moves along vertical guides 17. The dome is attached to a spring balancing mechanism).

On the front side of the dome of the MPK 700K machine, glass is installed for visual control of the washing process. There is no glass on the MPK-700K-01 machine.

A handle 2 is provided for raising and lowering the canopy.

The bath contains:

Filters to prevent large particles of food debris from entering the washing pump;

Overflow tube 16 - for draining excess water into the sewer after rinsing;

A stand to which the lower washing 3 and rinsing 4 rotating sprinklers are attached, with the help of which the dishes are washed and rinsed;

Water level sensors;

Water temperature control sensor;

Heating element (TEN).

The top of the bath is covered with filter nets 14 to prevent large particles of food debris from entering the bath during washing.

Above the stand are installed upper washing and rinsing rotating sprinklers and lighting lamps (there are no lamps in MPK-700K-01).

The base of the machine is covered with facings, and the rear wall and control panel are removable, which allows access for inspection and repair of the components located inside the machine.

Under the bath, behind the control panel, there are electric washing pumps (pos. 6, Fig. 1) and rinsing 7 (pos. 7, Fig. 1, there is no MPK-700K-01), a boiler (pos. 8, Fig. 1), an electromagnetic valve and a shield assembly with electrical equipment.

The mounting panel contains (see Fig. 2) dosing pumps for washing (absent in MPK 700K-01) and rinsing solutions, a controller, starters, relays, circuit breakers, thermal switches. The can of one thermal switch is installed on the heating element of the bath, and the can of the second thermal switch is installed in the boiler.

The control panel contains:

The control buttons are connected to the controller.

The controller automatically controls the operation of the machine:

Controls the presence of water in the bath, controls the water supply to the machine;

Controls the temperature of the water in the boiler and in the bath, controls their maintenance;

Controls washing and rinsing pumps;

Controls metering pumps;

Provides automatic operation of the machine according to the specified operation algorithm, stop when the dome is raised and automatic continuation of the program when the dome is lowered.

Water level control is carried out using electrodes located in the bath. When the water level in the bath is below the middle electrode, the controller issues a signal to turn on the solenoid valve - water filling. Water filling continues until the water level reaches the upper electrode.

When the water level reaches the upper electrode, the controller stops filling the water and turns on the heating elements of the boiler. The water in the boiler is heated to a temperature (plus) 85 ° C. Water temperature control is carried out from a sensor located in the boiler.

After heating the boiler, the controller turns on the heating elements of the bath. The water in the bath is heated to a temperature (plus) 45 ° C. Water temperature control is carried out from a sensor located in the bath.

Washing is carried out according to a given operation algorithm.

The washing process is divided into three stages:

1st stage - washing. Produced with a cleaning solution using a pump. The pump draws the wash solution from the bath and delivers it to the upper and lower wash arms. The sprinklers rotate to direct streams of cleaning solution onto the dishes.

2nd stage - exposure. Produced to remove residual detergent solution from detergent spray and dishes.

3rd stage - rinsing. It is produced by rinsing solution from the boiler to the upper and lower rinse nozzles.

During each washing cycle, the dosing devices supply a portion of the detergent (there is no function in the MPK-700K-01) and rinsing agent, thereby maintaining a constant concentration of the detergent and rinsing solution.

Two operating modes of the machine are programmed:

Washing mode "60" - where washing - 60 s, holding time - 10 s and rinsing - 12;

Washing mode "120" - washing - 120 s, holding time - 10 s and rinsing -12 s.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

Persons who have passed the technical minimum for the operation of the equipment are allowed to service and operate the dishwasher.

When working with the dishwasher, the following safety rules must be observed:

Do not turn on the dishwasher without grounding;

Do not leave the dishwasher turned on unattended;

Perform sanitization only after disconnecting the dishwasher from the network;

Periodically check the serviceability of the electrical wiring and grounding device of the machine;

If any faults are found, call an electromechanic;

Switch on the dishwasher only after the faults have been rectified.

It is not allowed to install the dishwasher closer than 1m from flammable materials;

Perform cleaning and troubleshoot with the machine turned on;

Work without grounding;

Work without external protection;

Use the machine in fire and explosion hazardous areas;

Touch the heating element after the end of work for 20 minutes;

Do not use a water jet to clean the outside of the machine.

4. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

After storing the machine in a cold room or after transportation in winter conditions, before connecting to the network, it must be kept at room temperature for at least 6 hours.

Unpacking, installation and testing of the machine should be performed by specialists in the installation and repair of commercial and technological equipment.

The machine should be placed in a well-ventilated area, if possible, under an air-cleaning umbrella, to avoid the accumulation of steam in the room.

The installation of the machine must be carried out in the following order:

Before installing in the intended place, remove the protective film from all surfaces;

Place the machine in the appropriate place;

Adjust the height and stable position of the machine using the adjustable feet so that the working surfaces take a horizontal position;

Connect the machine to the water supply. The dishwasher is connected to the water supply system through the G 3/4 "thread (solenoid valve - pos. 13 fig. 1);

Connect the machine to the sewerage system (pos. 11 fig. 1);

Connect the machine to the power supply in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Connection is made only by an authorized specialized service, taking into account the inscriptions on the plates. Connect the machine to the power grid, taking into account the permissible load on the power grid;

To connect to the machine, it is necessary to remove the control panel, pass the power cable through the terminal input to the terminal block X1 (pos. 5 Fig. 2) on the mounting panel;

Install and connect in such a way that on the installed and connected machine there is no access to the conductive parts without the use of tools;

Ground the machine securely by connecting the grounding conductor to the grounding lug, the grounding conductor must be in the power cord;

Carry out an audit of the connecting devices of the electrical circuits of the machine (screw and screwless terminals), if any loosening is detected, tighten or bend to the normal contact pressure;

Check the insulation resistance of the machine, which must be at least 2 megohms;

Connect the power supply to the terminal block from the switchboard through a circuit breaker with combined protection with protection performance: current 32A, leakage current 30mA, for example VAK-4.

The switch must ensure that all poles are disconnected from the power supply and must be connected directly to the power terminals and have a contact gap of at least 3 mm on all poles.

The nominal cross-section of flexible power cables must be at least 4 mm2.

To equalize the potentials when installing the machine in the technological line, a clamp is provided, indicated by the symbol - equipotentiality.

After installing the machine, before putting it into operation, without loading kitchen utensils, carry out the washing procedure 5-6 times. Then completely drain the water from the bath into the sewer.

5. ORDER OF WORK

Before switching on the machine, carefully read this user manual and, above all, the safety instructions, controls and labels on the dishwasher.

Attention! Use detergents and rinsing agents intended only for specialized automatic car washes.

Use the machine strictly for its intended purpose, i.e. for washing dishes.

The machine is completed with a set of cassettes. Plates and trays are installed in the grooves of cassettes for plates and trays, and glasses are installed upside down in a cassette for glasses, knives, forks, spoons are placed in a cassette for cutlery.

The quality of washing is guaranteed provided that the dishes are washed immediately after they enter the washing compartment and large food residues have been removed from the surface of the dishes.

Open the water tap.

Plug the machine into an electrical outlet.

Visually check the presence of detergent (there is no function in MPK-700K-01) and rinsing solution in the containers.

Visually check that the rinse solution and cleaning solution hoses are in the containers. The hose labeled "Detergent solution" must be placed in a container with the detergent solution, and the hose labeled "Rinse solution" must be placed in the container with the rinse solution.

Note: When switching on for the first time or changing the detergent and / or rinse solution, it is recommended to wash 3-5 times without loading equipment in order for the pumps to pump liquid into the hoses.

On the MPK-700K-01 machine, pour the detergent into the bath in an amount corresponding to the recommendations of the operating instructions for the detergent (bath volume 30 liters).

On the control panel, press and release the "Power" button, the "60" light signaling comes on. Change the washing mode if necessary. To do this, it is necessary to press and release the mode button "120", while the button illumination comes on, and the illumination of the "60" button goes out.

Close the dome and visually check the filling of the bath.

After filling the bath, wait 20 minutes. - preparation of the machine for work.

Raise the dome.

Place the dishes on the cassette, rinse out small food residues from the dishes with running hot water, and load the cassette into the machine.

Lower the canopy to start the wash process.

At the end of washing, raise the dome, remove the cassette with dishes from the machine.

The next washing process will start after lowering the canopy.

Turn off the machine by pressing and releasing the "Power" button and raise the dome;

Drain the bath water by removing the filter nets and overflow pipe;

Remove food debris from the bath, rinse it with hot water;

Rinse the filter nets and the overflow pipe with running water;

Install the filter nets and overflow pipe in place, and release the dome;

Turn on the machine by pressing and releasing the "Power" button, release the dome and visually check the filling of the bath.

6. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

6.1. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Maintenance of the machine must be carried out within the time frame specified in this manual.

6.2. INDICATION OF SAFETY MEASURES

The following safety instructions must be observed when servicing the machine:

Only persons who are familiar with the structure of the machine, the rules of operation and maintenance and who have undergone special safety instructions are allowed to maintain the machine;

Maintenance of the electrical part of the machine can only be carried out by persons who have certificates for an electrical safety group of at least one third;

During maintenance and repairs, the machine must be de-energized;

When carrying out repair and maintenance work, a plate must be posted at the place of stress relief : "Do not include - people are working!"

6.3. TYPES AND FREQUENCY OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

6.3.1. During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to perform the following types of work in the maintenance and repair system:

a) ETO - maintenance during operation - daily care of the machine;

b) TO - regulated maintenance - a set of preventive measures carried out in order to ensure the operability or serviceability of the machine;

c) TR - routine repair - repairs carried out during operation, to ensure or restore the machine's performance and consisting in the replacement and (or) restoration of its individual parts and their regulation.

6.3.2. Frequency of maintenance and repairs:

Maintenance during the operation of ETO - daily;

Maintenance (TO) ……………. 1 month;

Current repair (TR) …………………………. if necessary.

6.3.3. Maintenance during the operation of the ETO is carried out by employees of public catering enterprises operating the machine. Regulated maintenance of MOT and current TR repairs are carried out by employees of specialized repair enterprises or specialists of the technical services of the enterprise operating the machine, if they are provided for by its staffing table.

6.3.4. In-service maintenance includes:

a) checking the machine by external inspection for compliance with safety regulations;

b) checking the state of the light signaling, devices for starting and stopping the machine;

c) checking the clogging of the outlet openings of the rinse and washing spray nozzles and their fastening;

In case of clogged nozzles, it is necessary (see fig. 3):

Remove the plug pos. 2 from both ends and blow out with compressed air.

Assemble the spray arm in the reverse order.

In case of uneven rotation of the washing spray arm pos. 5 or if it stops, unscrew the screw pos. 4. Remove spray arm and rinse with water.

Assemble in reverse order.

After filling the water, the water in the boiler should start heating up to a temperature (plus) 85 degrees. The value of the water temperature in the boiler can be visually monitored on the seven-segment indicator of the controller.

f) checking the operation of the software device (controller) (see clause 2);

g) checking the operation of the dispenser (visually control the rotation of the dispenser motor during the washing process);

h) checking and, if necessary, adjusting the spring tension of the canopy balancing mechanism;

i) flushing the boiler (see p. 6.3.6);

j) cleaning the electrodes of the liquid level sensor from dirt and scale;

k) additionally, once a year, it is necessary to clean the boiler (see clause 6.3.7);

m) checking and adjusting the operation of the locking device, which ensures that the machine stops working when the casing is raised to a height of no more than 50 mm.

De-energize the device;

Remove the back wall;

Using a 17 spanner, loosen the microswitch fastening nut (see Fig. 1);

Determine the new position of the microswitch;

Apply voltage supply and check the operation of the microswitch. If necessary, determine the new position of the microswitch.

6.3.6. Boiler flushing.

From time to time, once a month, the water should be drained from the boiler, for this it is necessary:

De-energize the machine;

Close the water supply tap;

Unscrew the boiler drain nut and drain the water;

Tighten the water drainage nut.

6.3.7. Boiler cleaning.

The boiler should be cleaned periodically once a year, for this it is necessary:

De-energize the machine;

Close the water supply tap;

Drain the water from the bathtub into the sewer;

Unscrew the boiler water drain nut and drain the water;

Remove the heating element;

Clean the heating element and the internal cavity of the boiler from scale and deposits mechanically or by processing in special solutions (eg "Kumkumit"). Carry out processing in accordance with the instructions for use for the solution.

Install heating element;

Tighten the water drainage nut.

6.3.7 Replacing the lighting lamp.

De-energize the machine;
