1. General information about the product.
1.1 Products consist of four main elements: a door frame, a door leaf, a lock and loops for hanging the leaf on the box.
1.2 The door leaf is a welded structure made of one (two) steel sheets, stiffeners and anti-removable pins.
1.3 The door frame is made of steel profiles of complex shape, welded together. Mounting ears or holes for fastening through the door frame are provided for subsequent mounting on the box.
1.4 The door leaf and the door frame are connected to each other by welded or threaded canopy hinges attached to them, which provide free opening of the door.
2. Main technical data and characteristics.
2.1 Produced doors can be made (depending on the order) with external, right or left opening.
2.2 The reliability of a metal door must be at least 100,000 opening cycles.
Overall dimensions of a metal door on a frame can vary in width from 860 to 980 mm, in height from 1800 to 2050 mm. Standards of overall dimensions established at the enterprise: in width 860 mm, 870 mm, 880 mm, 960 mm, 970 mm, 980 mm; height 1800mm, 1900mm, 1950mm, 2050mm.
2.3 The appearance and finish of the door corresponds to the samples.
2.4 Linear dimensions and limit deviations comply with the technical requirements of GOST 31173-2003.

4. Safety requirements.
4.1 Products must be safe in operation and maintenance and withstand the operating loads in accordance with current building codes. The material used in the manufacture of door blocks meets existing safety requirements.
4.2 To work on the installation and maintenance of doors, technical personnel with the necessary professional training is allowed.
5.Transportation and storage.
5.1 Transportation of doors in a package is allowed in any type of land, air and water transport in accordance with the rules of transportation for this type of transport. Transportation, as well as loading and unloading must ensure the complete safety of the product.
5.2 Products must be stored in a vertical or horizontal (number of doors in a stack should not exceed 10 pieces) position on liners of the same thickness in closed ventilated rooms at a temperature of -40 0 From to +40 0 C and relative air humidity 50 +_ 15%
Devices and accessories not installed on the product must be packed in a container.
6.Maintenance and operation.
6.1 Maintenance of the door includes preventive inspections and control of its performance. The frequency of door maintenance should be at least once every three months.
6.2 During preventive examinations, the following operations are performed:
The completeness of the door and the integrity of the main components (door leaf), rubber seals are visually controlled;
The necessary repair and restoration work, cleaning and lubrication of mating surfaces (if necessary) are being carried out. It is recommended to lubricate the hinge assembly with a thin layer of grease every 6 months.
7. Order of installation and preparation for operation.
7.1 Doors are delivered assembled.
7.2 Installation of door blocks should be carried out by specialized firms, specially trained teams.
7.3 CHECKING THE DOOR BEFORE INSTALLATION:
Upon receipt of the door, check the integrity of the packaging.
Check the appearance of the product for mechanical damage and the compliance of the product with your order (model, size of the door unit, color of the coating, type and color of the panel, opening side)
Check the completeness of the fittings and their appearance
Check the functionality of the locks
ATTENTION! Only after all stages of verification have been carried out, it is allowed to dismantle the old door!
7.4 The door is mounted in the openings of brick, concrete, reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 125 mm or more, as well as in the openings of walls and partitions made of other structural materials, the design of the openings in which allows the installation of doors. For high-quality installation, we recommend using masking tape (to protect the surfaces of the walls and the door frame from foam). Additionally, we recommend the use of PSUL (pre-compressed self-expanding sealing tape) for installation in the gap between the metal casing and the wall.
7.5 Mechanical damage to the door covering or decorative trim and overhead elements during the installation of the door leaf is not the cause of a claim against the manufacturer.
8. Warranty obligations.
8.1 Warranty period of operation is 1 year from the date of shipment to the customer.
8.2 The warranty period for locks and fittings is 1 year from the date of shipment to the customer.
8.3 The service life of the product is 1 year.
8.4 Warranty repairs are not subject to:
- Products with mechanical damage due to inappropriate conditions of transportation, storage, installation and operation;
Products with signs of self-repair, including self-disassembly of locking devices;
Products with signs of violations of operating conditions;
Products installed in violation of the installation instructions;
9.Certificate of acceptance.
9.1 The metal door block complies with the requirements of GOST 31173-2003 and is recognized as fit for operation.
9.2 The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the door design in order to improve performance without being reflected in this instruction manual and prior notice.

Operating instructions
1. The door leaf belongs to the products of normal moisture resistance and is intended for use only in dry heated rooms with an air temperature not lower than +10°С and not higher than +40°С and relative humidity air 30-70%. Keep the polyethylene packaging as long as possible until the moment of installation. Before installing doors, especially in winter, it is recommended to bring them into acclimatization rooms for at least a week.
2. Do not install doors near heating or heating appliances. Sharp fluctuations in ambient temperature can lead to the appearance of cracks in the coating and warpage of individual elements of the canvas, box, casing.
3. Avoid rough mechanical impact on the product.
4. During operation, in order to preserve the appearance of the product, it is recommended to periodically use natural wood furniture care products.
5. To care for the surface of the door, do not use cleaning products containing abrasive materials and strong chemicals, as well as solvents. Use only neutral furniture care products in accordance with the instructions for their use.
6. When using interior doors in the bathroom, it is necessary to fully ventilate the room after using the bathroom for its intended purpose.
WARRANTY TERMS
1. Manufacturer sets guarantee period within 12 months from the date of sale, but not more than 24 months from the date of manufacture.
2. Identified product defects recognized as arising through the fault of the Manufacturer are eliminated at his expense.
Warranty obligations do not apply to defects in the door leaf, frame elements and platbands resulting from:
Unqualified installation;
Transportation from the trading organization to the Buyer;
Violations of the Rules for storage, installation and operation.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
1. When storing and transporting doors, measures must be taken to protect them from mechanical damage, pollution, moisture, exposure to precipitation and direct sunlight.
2. Transportation of doors is possible in all types of covered vehicles in accordance with the current rules for the carriage of goods.
3. It is strictly forbidden to store packed doors in the room where construction and repair work with a high moisture content, for example: wallpapering the room, whitewashing, plastering, screeding, etc.
4. During storage, it is necessary to avoid direct sunlight on the door for a long time, which can cause uneven fading of the tinting and paintwork of the door.
5. It is forbidden to store doors near heating devices, in a draft, as well as in unheated rooms. Sudden changes in ambient temperature can lead to the appearance of cracks and distortion of individual structural elements.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION!!! It is better to entrust the installation of the door block to a qualified specialist. If you decide do the work to install the door unit yourself, please read our recommendations
1. Door leafs are produced in standard sizes and can be installed without additional materials in standard doorways according to SNiP.
2. Assemble the door frame, on a flat surface, with a gap of 3 mm around the perimeter of the leaf. Cut the box elements at an angle of 45° and fasten them together with screws or a dovetail key.
3. Install hinges and lock. The selection must be made with a manual electric milling tool, taking into account that the design of the blade is not uniform and differs significantly from solid wood in processing. The hinges should be located at a distance of mm from the edge of the canvas, lock mm from the floor to the center of the handle.
4. Install the frame (if necessary, using extensions 95/135/195) in the doorway in level with the help of a mounting bar, distribute the gaps evenly (the gap should not exceed 40 mm).
5. Close the door leaf and install 3 mm thick spacers between the door leaf and the door frame in 200 mm increments
6. Protect the canvas and the frame from foam, and fill the gap between the door frame and the opening around the entire perimeter with mounting foam. The canvas can be opened no earlier than 4 hours later.
7. After complete curing of the mounting foam, cut off the excess and install the trim.
ATTENTION!!! Fittings for installation (locks, hinges, latches) must be selected for canvases with a thickness of 37 mm or more
