Chicken with champignons in the oven, recipe:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. This will be the marinade.
  2. We cut the thighs into three parts along the bone and place them in a bowl with the marinade. Mix well by hand. Let it soak for half an hour.
  3. We cut the mushrooms into slices, the onion into half rings, and three cheeses on a coarse grater. We light the oven, let it heat up.
  4. In a mold with sides at least 5 cm high, place the chopped chicken thighs in neat rows and pour the remaining marinade over them. There is no need to grease the mold with anything!
  5. Place mushrooms on top of the chicken meat, and onions on top of the mushrooms. Cover it all with a layer of mayonnaise using a tablespoon. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven.
  6. After 20 minutes, take out the pan, cover it loosely with either foil or a piece of baking sleeve, and send it back for another 15 minutes. Under the sleeve, the chicken with mushrooms will not dry out, but will give excellent aromatic juice, which can be used to pour over the side dish.

Ingredients:

  • chilled chicken carcass, weighing no more than one and a half kilograms;
  • two tablespoons of refined oil;
  • half a kilo of fresh champignons;
  • garlic;
  • small lemon;
  • large onion;
  • a bunch of fresh rosemary (optional);
  • sage and oregano - half a spoon each;
  • 250 gr. hard, sharp cheese.

Step-by-step recipe for chicken with mushrooms and cheese in the oven:

We rinse the carcass well with cool water, inside and out. We remove any remaining moisture by carefully wiping and blotting the carcass with disposable paper towels.

Peel the garlic and crush it with a special garlic press in a saucer, you should get 1.5-2 full spoons.

Add finely chopped rosemary. If we couldn’t find such grass, skip this step without much damage.

Cut the lemon, squeeze out the juice and remove the seeds, if any.

Mix oregano with sage and add to garlic. Add a little crushed pepper, a spoonful of salt, add oil and lemon juice, stir thoroughly.

Dry the chicken. If you took half a carcass, chop it up; separate parts: thighs, drumsticks and wings do not require this. It is important that the pieces are approximately the same weight and thickness, which will ensure uniform cooking.

Cut the peeled onions and chop the halves into thin crescents. Cut the mushrooms into slices at least 5 mm thick. If they turn out thinner, they will dry out.

Ingredients:

  • chicken carcass – 1.7 kg;
  • mushrooms – 180 g;
  • bulb;
  • dry buckwheat – glass;
  • coarse salt;
  • vegetable oil;

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken, carefully rub the skin with coarse salt, cover with honey.
  2. Wrap the carcass in film and leave to cool overnight.
  3. How to prepare the filling? The general technology is similar to that discussed above, but pre-cooking the buckwheat in the morning is added.

  • chicken fillet – 350 g;
  • bulb;
  • champignons – 300 g;
  • salt;
  • cream 20% - a glass;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l. with a slide;
  • hard cheese – 110 g;
  • vegetable oil;
  • ground nutmeg - a pinch.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash and cut the chicken flat and add salt.
  2. Chop the onion into small pieces.

  • any mushrooms – 250 g;
